I have emailed them 3 times since Jan 26 to have a school added They have not responded to my emails or added the school I requested The idea if this app is good if only they supported it Poor customer service
I was amazed at how precise this application is I work at one of the universities listed and they recently changed a lot of the academic and dormitory building names All the updated names are in this application Having the ability to change the maps also is a plus 5 stars for sure Amazingly precise application
Awesome app Very useful and has many bay area college maps I do not know a reason why any college student especially any freshman students would not have this app If you dont you will late for class Great app
I emailed the Logical Dimension team yesterday asking for CSU Sacramento to be includedthey were able to get it up and running by tonight Outstanding This app is great Im unable to access my schools map through their website but now I dont have to Combined with the fact that its freethis is an outstanding app If your school is missing the Logical Dimension team is responsive and helpful and will try to get your school on the list This is a great app and its free What are you waiting for Outstanding

I just got an email saying my school was added University of Minneasota The developer explained its a lengthly process to get it mapped approved and uploaded by Apple So give them some time its free worth it Excellent map app

Wow This app is clean simple and effective Ive been using this app daily to find out where my next classes are and how to get there Also I really love the feature that allows me to tell my friends where Im currently located Thats sooo useful I highly recommend this for any students especially freshmen A must have for students
A great app that provides interactive maps for tons of universities all across the US If your university is not covered send the developers an email They respond very fast and they often update the app to your requests The only thing I would like to see in a future version is the ability to save and create routes An iPad version would be nice as well Very Useful App Especially for College Freshmen
If youre gonna spend your money on this app make sure you visit their website to see if your college is even on the list first I go to Central Washington University which still doesnt have a map on here and I sent 2 requests for them to add it since the site says theyd make it a priority Two weeks later they havent done anything I dont know what everyone is talking about when they say this thing has great customer service I hope this message will serve as a warning to keep people from making the same mistake I made Check website before buying

i bought this app on Thursday before heading out to visit universities with my son on Saturday I noticed that one of the campuses we were going to visit was not included in this app So later that day I contacted Logic Dimension asking that they add this university Friday morning the school was added Now thats costomer service Great Customer Service
Texas AM UTA and all the Texas universities that I needed in one app a life saver I never write reviews but this app deserves a review from me it will save me so much time and hassle from looking for direction or carry around a paper map I notice they have inputted parking lots and structures very important to me Thanks for such a great app All the universities that I need
Well my school isnt on here and I got no response when I contacted them I wondering if maybe this app has been abandoned Dont appear to be any recent updates Too bad Looks like they were doing a good job Might be good IF your school is on here
Wow the creators of this app really know how to go above and beyond with their service and assistance I downloaded this app and couldnt find my campus So I simply contacted them regarding the matter and before I knew it BAM they added my campus in a blink of an eye Now if thats not exceptional customer support you better tell me what is This app has been incredibly useful and its FREE Exceptional customer service assistance
