Tutanota

Ive been using Tutanota for the past month now and I like it a lot My biggest complaint so far is that the app has to way to force refresh your inbox which causes the messages shown in the app to almost always be out of sync with whats shown in the web client Fix that and itll be my new favorite app Also on my Tuta wish list the ability to export all of your messages so you can have a local backup Keep up the good work           Good service but the app has bugs

Great to see Tutanotas app drop Their mail service is great and I recommend it over any other free service Im rating the app itself 45 because it doesnt support squeezeandzoom but does everything else youd want an app to do Looking forward to future updates              The ideal

Tutanota is a great private email service the app it good but needs some work with more modern design message viewing and the notification I keep getting new email notifications when there is no new emails              Secure Email Service

Ive been using Tutanota for a while now and have been very happy with their service Their code is open source and peer reviewed which means that anyone can review their programming and make suggestionscriticisms Ive tried multiple other encrypted email services but they are way behind Tutanota in terms of privacy data retention laws imposed by their host countries IP logging etc While the service had been around for a while the app is relatively new and could be improved For instance my icon badge doesnt always show up and occasionally I get mail without any other form of notification But they regularly provide updates and it keeps getting better I think an optional password screen on app startup could be useful but then again if someone opens the app from your phone without authorization your email security is the least of your problems                 Great app great company

This is an awesome service I wish more people would start using the service I would like to make a suggestion If the app can be passworded to add the additional security level itll be perfect                 Password the app

Great email and so easy to use it Thanks for app it is fast response However this email will be brilliant if you develop and enhance the email interface and add some important features such as Create Folders Arrange the email box Faverate messages read unread features etc These features will help who uses this email every day              Great Need enhance email interface

Fixed bugs How bout added bugs Drop down menu not working will not let me log out I dont consider that secure     Worse

I am really pleased with the work the developers have done in this little app They have gone out of their way to make it stable There arent a lot of features yet like calendar but they are currently working on getting that added Its a free app and a free service with full encryption you cant ask for more Very happy with it Thank you                 Great and Stable App

This is a great open source end to end encrypted email service for those that care about privacy However its easy enough for anyone that just wants assurance that no third party is reading or logging the content of their emails to use Everyone should care about privacy unless they want to end up living in a world where powerful companies and governments know everything about us and potentially use that knowledge and power to limit our freedoms With that said the only thing keeping me from switching to this service as my primary and only email provider is the lack of a desktop app that allows me to download my emails to my PC and have the app keep them securely encrypted but accessible on my PC with the ability to export some or all of the emails to a format that can be imported by popular mail clients like Outlook or Thunderbird should I ever need to do so I really hope the developers create a Tutanota desktop app with offline encrypted email storage and export capability If they do Im switching email providers tomorrow           Service needs desktop app w offline mode
