Not the most reliable but nice to have for communicating with work contacts on the go              Nice as extension to PC version for on the go

Crashes too often Takes up too much memory Uses too much power Still successful at its primary function as a crossplatform messaging app           Meh

I love using Trillian to talk to my kids and get pictures of my grandkids Its easy to use and is always reliably up and there no matter what day or time Feel like connecting with loved ones Just jump on Trillian                 Great tool to communicate

Why on earth would I use this if on the beginning page the Username shows and anyone can hit enter because by default the password is already entered for you So anyone who has access to your phone can enter and read all NOPE NADA ZIP Dont care to use you     Visual password and username

We use it from office to office and from cell to office or vice versa Love it                 Great communication tool

When it glitches it loses everything and it glitches all the time I cant save history unless I pay money which is pretty cheap of them And for writing long posts sometimes I cant go to see the old messages Boo Boo But mostly does what I need              Free version

The newest update fixed the keyboard disappearing glitch on iPhoneiPad so the app is great again                 Finally updated and functional on iOS 8

This new update is AWFUL The inability to swipe left and right to other convos is unacceptable It no longer tells me within one convo if another has responded soI have to constantly check on the bl to see if they have How is that at ALL helpful or convenient The fact that when you switch from app to computer it still shows the names as the other persons aim sn is horrible Ex my sn is abc123 Im chatting on the app with cde345 and when I switch to the computer it lists all sentreceived as cde345 If I have two sns that both have one sn added abc123 and ghi678 both have cde345 listed and Im trying to start a convo with cde345 from abc123 through this app I cant tell if itll send from that or ghi678 This is hugely annoying and should be rectified instead of making the app LESS accessible This is a great cross platform app I love it but you need to work on flaws before unleashing a monster update thats much more frustrating to use Please please please fix these issues        The worst please fix

I rely on Trillian for work and find it reliable and easytouse The only feature missing is group chat for mobile Thanks for producing and maintaining a solid product                 Love it

I always loved Trillian for a messaging application Years and years ago when I made the switch from a PC to a Mac I was very sad that I couldnt use Trillian on a Mac years and years ago as I said Eventually that changed and I was thrilled The desktop version of Trillian for Mac never quite compared to the original PC version but nonetheless it was Trillian and that made me happy I was thrilled that you created an app for use with iPhone again it was never quite the same as the desktop version and leaps and bounds lesser than the PC desktop version but it was still Trillian I use messaging via AIM and such much less than I used to but Trillian is my goto app for it Trillian is the only app I use for messaging via AIM or Google chats or any of the others I have always loved Trillian The latest update is less than satisfactory reasons which have been outlined in other reviews A bit of tweaking to fix these complaints and its back to 5 stars As I said in the title I want to love Trillian I want to be a loyal customer I just need Trillian to want my loyalty and my happiness in return              Want to love it

Not much to say it does the job Nothing really special about it              Works fine

I am removing my previous 2 star review and replacing it with 5 stars After finally updating for iOS 8 and larger phones this app looks and works great All the great features like syncing between desktop and mobile are still there                 A great update

I USE to love this app Whatever youve done over the last several updates or havent done to ACTUALLY improve the app has turned this into one I am removing from my devices You have succeeded in making me HATE your product     So frustrated with app its maddening

Ive been looking for a Facebook Messenger alternative for a while now because about three months ago my FB messenger app quit giving me notifications Trillian gets the job done                 Just what I needed

I have been using Trillian on my devices for over five years It is the only one Ive found that support all the messaging types I use It always works well Bugs are fixed quickly I love it                 The Best Messaging Ap Ever

I like that I have it installed on my computer and my phone and the sync so I can be truly mobile when necessary I also like that I can import my IM accounts from AOL Yahoo and Google Talk into the same window and Im always alerted when I receive new messages I will say that sometimes it crashes and I have to restart but overall a great tool              Very Convenient

I would have given this 5 stars but todate Ive not been able to get it to sync up or use Apple iChat for instant messaging As popular as IMing is on the iPhone and iPad platform youd think this functionality would be included If theres a way to do it and Ive just not figured it out someone please let me know Until then it wont get 5 stars from me              Wouldve Been 5 Stars but no iChat integration

It syncs across all of my devices I can even use webmail on my work computer where I cant install anything it logs into all of my accounts including Facebook and it keeps logs of all of my chats I never miss a message Customer support is really responsive too Get the lifetime version Totally worth it                 Paid version is great

Still my favorite IM client and the latest update finally brings the UI up to date                 Love Trillian

App crashes when blocking AIM users        Love the app but please fix the block user crash

The new update screwed up the entire app which was perfectly fine I could swipe convos my friends actually got my messages the layout and style was nice and pleasing to look at and most important of all the app didnt crash every five seconds Now with the new update everything I listed works the opposite way 1010 Good job guys You really know what youre doing sarcasm     You guys actually made it worse

Highly recommend this mobile version of a great app                 Trillion is great

Its not as seamless as meebo used to be although I am using the free version not the paid version with web history sync and such Doesnt seem to maintain status state between clients eg if I set to away on my Mac then check the iPhone Trillian still says Im online and I have no idea what the networks show my status as Other than that its great New update finally follows Apple Human Interface guidelines so yay For the complainers youll get used to it Youre not used to it because other apps keep breaking the guidelines                 Great IM client

Recently Cerulean has put a huge effort into its apps on all platforms and it shows Ive been able to switch to Trillian as my daily IM driver and it works great My previous go to apps were IM 7 Pro and Beejive before that Sadly these apps seem to go through cycles of greatness and neglect But for now Trillian is on top in my view One thing I especially like about Trillian is that I can seamlessly switch between iOS Mac Linux Windows and even the web and all my contacts and chats follow me As someone who uses all those platforms and values being able to go mobile without skipping a beat I find this a very valuable feature of Trillian as a platform Keep it up guys              What a change Awesome

I kept having trouble with the apps for my messenger services on both my iPhone and my PC So a friend told me about Trillian I tried in on the PC first and lived it Then I tried the app Not had a single issue so far Great Job                 Awesome

For the longest time this app had serious bugs on the iPad and a dated ios6 interface They cleaned everything up in this version and it finally works very well Thanks                 They Fixed It

Long time user of Trillian v2 I think Ive never been disappointed in this program or app It just works                 Trillian is awesome

Ive been a longtime the fan of Trillian I love having all my IMs in the same place Im glad the bug was fixed that prevented me from seeing what I was typing after a certain point Ive turned off notifications to all my other messaging apps so that they come through Trillian My main complaint is the lag time between opening the app and receiving new messages That is what is keeping me from giving five stars              I like itbut dont completely love ityet

I wasnt constantly signed out of my IM clients with no option for background refresh           Would be great if

Been using Trillian for a few years now It has almost always provided what I needed with the exception of the Skype incident Recommended              My needs are simple and this meets them

It serves a purpose but I couldnt log into anything else apart from FB Possibly my fault because my GTalk is a merge of 2 email accounts causing authentication issues           Its ok

So hard to find a chat client that works as it should on both computer and iPhone Trillian thank you The new design is innovative and helps me calm my interconnected life I love the new integrated approach for the standard contact list its great and this is now the only chat client I use                 Works perfectly

The layout is back to working with the iPad in the landscape mode I like being able to see the list again full time also Still having all of my IMs work across all of my devices completely seamlessly is by far the best thing going Thanks                 Back to being cool again

This is one of few apps that worked with my jobs openfire server Of the few that did work this is the only one I consider usable Great app                 Great for jabberxmpp

After using the updated app awhile I noticed 2 major issues 1 There is no background app refresh Background App Refresh is a must for power users otherwise it kills battery 2 Mobile app wont get notifications if you sent a message on the desktop version of Trillian This is important because sometimes you message someone on the computer before you leave And if you respond on the computer before you leave you wont get responses on the mobile app        Lacks Background App Refresh

All the other versions support other chat programs that the apple version lacks clearly a waste of time and effort     Lacks support will not do at all the apple version is not worth it

I have using the Trillian products since the first PC years ago The iPhone app is very good Its easy to use I like that I can use it to see when my friends are actually online I dont like that I cant delete a picture after I send it I also cant send any video even short ones              Very Solid

I used Trillian a long time ago and switched to something that had more features at the time A lot of things have changed since then and I am back Its working great           Im back

I rely on Trillian for work as an inter office tool So far so impressed However I went to upgrade to try the adfree conversation archive version and paid the 199 for a month and the app wont upgrade It prompts me to upgrade again and when I do it says I already have Heads up to the developers to take a look at this and fix        Upgrade isnt working

Trillian works wonderfully for connecting me to Facebook                 Great IM application

And so much more stable now that its iOS 8 compliant              The best for multiple IMs

You guys had such a beautiful unique interface I loved the tile style icons which I could order the convos how I wanted The ability to swipe from convo to convo was excellent AND I could see thanks to the icon on the top left see when I had messages pending while I was in another chat Now Now youre just an AIM clone A boring list that I cant order no swiping between convos and no indicator of waiting messages and loss of the chat bubbles making the chats cramped Also now if I want to addend or edit a message before I send it the screen skips This is awful Im a lifetime user and now for the first time I regret it Please offer us the the option to use the old interface for iPhone This is just a lame AIM knock off Dislike     Seriously If I wanted AIM Id use AIM

I cant believe I paid for the extra features I cant even log into any of my accounts I sure wish I could get a refund     Awful

I think its a great app Ive not had any problems with it I actually wish that I could afford a lifetimes license because I would definitely get it                 I think its awesome
