Needs to update with alot more Hawaiian words Not worth 399        Needs updates

This seems to be a very comprehensive alphabetical list I cannot yet search for a word and just go to it Scroll scroll scroll down Forever This app really needs an index similar to the contact app And when I type in a word to search such as wai I wish it would GO to that word not just find Hawaiian in the first A definition listed Scroll scroll scroll Not fun        Difficult to navigate

I was excited to see a Hawaiian reference apphowever it continually freezes up and is limited in search words Not like a normal Hawaiian ʻŌlelo dictionary     App not worth purchasing

With the new version this app went from good to great It is a really good learning tool and reference resource and is a steal for the price The developers keep improving it and adding material Highly recommended                 Awesome

Im reading my Hawaiian bible and using dictionary assistance This app will be easier to use once you can jump to a section instead of having to scroll down to browse You can not yet type the first three letters of a word and find it in a list Also its true the search field is only at the very top I love the detail and content and Ill be even happier as additional navigational updates are added Thanks              Great detail could be easier to navigate

Ive been using this app for months now and finding it to be very helpful thank you However Im experiencing bugs crashes The app keeps freezing up every time I use the search bar Please fix Mahalo              Maikai

Slow and not very complete Not worth the money     Dont waste the money

The app looks good and is simple to use but either the search function is faulty or there are not many definitions in the database Common simple phrases are included but are more interesting to the casual tourist than someone who actually is a student of the Hawaiian language This looks like a serious language app and that may be the intent but so far it doesnt make it as a serious dictionary        Not useful for serious study

This is an exceptional piece of work and I dont understand the criticism It works great but if you dont know how to spell in Hawaiian it may appear to not work correctly That said it is made for the serious Hawaiian language user Otherwise search in English which is what I do most of the time The data is comprehensive and particularly deep for a pocket app The amount of information in this app is mind boggling It fleshes out to about 400 pages single spaced by my calculation over half a million characters and you have to appreciate the two decades of research done creating it I do even though it is not a conventional dictionary Well worth every penny I use it everyday Thank you                 Works Great Massive amount of data

The description says that you can search for anything not true Not sure how the selection of words to include was done I could find tomorrow but not today I could not find keia lā or lā Some phrases couldve been eliminated that are hardly used in everyday language and replaced with more common words and phrases The search function disappears when scrolling down So you need to scroll all the way back up to use it You could spend the same amount of time searching for translation on the Internet for free        Not worth the 399
