I hunkered down in my inground shelter yesterday May 20 2013 and with the app open on my iPad Tornado center came within 6 miles of us I thought this was an entertaining app before Now I know it is a life saving app Never Dreamed Id Really Need It

A tornado hit our city Moore OK last week and again this Friday and both times this app would not even start Just loadedwe ended up having to evacuate and go off random radio stations that contradicted one another The safety of my family was at stake so this app wouldve came in real handy yet it never worked iPhone 5 Uninstalling Did not work when needed

If you get booted due to some else inactivity you still lose your token or when there is a snafu with the App Needs work

Love it I have this app on my phones and iPad and computers That way if power is out I can get info when I need it most I give this app a 5 star rating
It not only keeps posting a flag in the App Store to update it when no update is available but followed by demanding I rate the app so I am rating it 1 star til they fix it I may delete it if it keeps screaming that there is an update available when one isnt Obnoxious app prompts for nonexistent update

Great app but it would be really helpful if you watch the live stream in landscape view We used the app in our storm shelter but it was impossible to see the maps in the live broadcast in portrait view Why no landscape view
Im in a major storm RIGHT NOW and this app is useless Im trying to find live coverage no powertv is off and they have none Their live section is dayold news about our NBA team and no live weather Their live radar is a tiny box pushed off the bottom of the screen by THREE ROWS of ad banners above it This associates KOCO with junk in my mind ADS and a dab of content

When you select the Prepare button on the far right there is a section called Fact vs Fiction At the bottom of that section it discusses how dangerous mobile homes are Well at the bottom it says If you live in a mobile home ensure you have But thats it Some people may need this critical information Please fix this critical lapse in safety preparation data Thank you One section missing critical info
