Tomb Raider II

I would be more than happy to give this app more stars if there would be an update which stopped the app from crashing I am unable to play this game and have reinstalled and still no luck I am a Tomb Raider fan and dont mind waiting but will be very disappointed if I cannot play this game        Waiting

I got to 40 fathoms and as soon as I tried to reload it it deleted my saved data and saved it as Laras home please recover itfix it     My game crashed

My app keeps crashing on my ipad mini 1 everytime i try to load level 2 and now all i can play is level 1 and laras home please fix this           Great game but I cant load level 2

This is a fun game However the screen shots for this game are from the original Tomb Raider II Tomb Raider II the golden mask is different In this game there are 3 levels all fairly long but still a shorter game than the original you dont go to the Great Wall of China you dont pilot a boat you can ride a snowmobile and you dont fight a TRex Spoiler alert kind of you do fight a Bigfoot with gold armor as a final boss              Good but be informed

I cant get past the temple of Xiang level cause at the very end she wont jump and roll in mid air to grab the ladder           Control issue

I am highly impressed and satisfied I bought Tomb Raider II for the iPad and its Its HD tears of joy its so beautiful The creators did an amazing job on remaking the game in HD I still cant believe what Im seeing its so awesome My classic all time favorite game                 I am so amused

Is it at all possible to add keyboard MFiBlutooth keyboard support as an alternative to using a controller The original Tomb Raider games were on PC after all              Good port but

I had to pay 199 for a game that plays this horribly The controls are the WORST Its clunky as heck its broken It mixes running with side stepping and gets it confused and oh god the god awful camera This game blows maybe tomb raider one works better Or Lara croft and the guardians is better but I dont know Dont buy this     DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Please add support for wireless keyboard this will allow the game to be controlled with the keyboard like it used to be able to in the original game I was rather disappointed when I found out that this didnt work When the game detects the wireless keyboard it should then remove the on screen controls This was the most logical thing to do        Add support for bluetooth keyboard

I like the tomb raider series but the problem is though that I made it to Venice and I saved the game to go do something else the game crashes and wont load the profile and I really love this game if you can please fix this app then I will guarantee give you Thank you for your time This is a iPod touch 5th gen 841              Favorite

You can use the Icade mode controlle I use the ipega controlle work 100 you need to hold B and HOME on the system Bluetooth                 Good game

Adding arrows to the Loading and Saving menu is a huge improvement No more accidentally saving in a bad spot Only other thing I can think to add is the Restart Level from the PSX version but its not terribly necessary Now when is TR3 coming              Thanks for the update

This game would be a five star if it werent for the controls I couldnt get past the first lever because of it Even worse the camera is terrible I tried to jump one time but the camera turned and I jumped the wrong way because it f the camera The gameplay is fun but everything else is terrible although the first one is awesome the second needs to get a update that makes the controls better     Controls are terrible

The controls have a simple layout a dpad of sorts a jump button dodge etc but they are all poorly made I know this game is good look at most of the other reviews but for me the controls simply do not work for me again most people might be able to work with this but I cannot It took me several minutes to try to get past the first jump in the first level and I never passed it I honestly wish I could like this game but I cant with these controls Edit Well now I am starting to get used to the controls and I Looked at a walkthrough and I tried doing what they did and failed to do so I even once I did what they did but Lara refused to grab the ledge Which means I cannot escape the first room Well its not a room but you get the point     Controls are horrible

Why not add a joy stick I could fully enjoy this game i f it werent for the controlers I have no problem with the action buttons but the Dpad UGHHH Its infuriating I hate it Yes I did switch off the fixed controls and it just made it worst Also I remember the doors in Venice staying open for a longer time than here Cant go further into the game because of this I hope I get my moneys worth of game soon     Dpad ruins the whole experience

Too bad its so amazingly clunky The reviews are true the controls are horrible Laura is better than this It is so hard to control properly This is a game that requires you to have pretty precise control ability and thats exactly what it lacks The game its self is very close to the original TR2 but in order to be able to control her properly with a touch screen that gets confused between turning and side stepping ruined the game for me I tried I really tried I wanted this to be more than it is I gave it two stars only because it matched the original release very well but couldnt bring myself to give it any more only because it is so hard to control her properly        I really wanted this to be good

I have always loved this game but TR 1 and 2 both crash and loose entire games Fix Please        Crash and Burn

Edit please port over Tomb Raider 3 and Revelations Take all my money Overall really nice just like the version I had on PC back in the day It also includes TRII Gold the bonus levels which is nice The controls take a little getting used to and could have been done better for mobile and the menus are really weird they seem to use the accelerometer to move through the items which can be really annoying when you accidentally save or load when you didnt mean to But if you are careful about it wont be a problem Overall really nice very reasonably priced for what you get Im looking forward to TRIII that one was my favorite              Good port with weird bugs

We were going to the 10th lvl The screen turned black and it put us back to the start My aunt and I were so mad WE DID ALL THIS WORK AND IT ERASES IT REALLY We worked so hard and this isnt the only time it has happened Im honestly disappointed It was really fun I would at least rate it 4 stars if it wasnt for that Please fix     Frustrated

Im not sure why this game has 4 stars but the controls are terrible to the point of making the game unplayable Dont get this game     Horrible controls

The controls are absolutely horrible You are unable to beat the clock go through passages on time and you make movements quickly Need a new controller that is easier to use     Controls are Horrible

If you loved playing Tomb Raider 2 back in the day then you will love this version Controls take some time to get used too but its well worth it Ppl are complaining about that but they just havent put the time in Its a touch screentheres only so much they can do to over come not having a controller TR2 was my fav and Im loving going thru it again                 Just like old times

Oh my So its a good port Layout of controls are great but the Dpad is HORRIBLE I feel very little control and its soooo cumbersome I loved TR2 on PC and was excited to play this but the challenge should be in playing the game not controlling the character I feel its the Dpad that is letting this game down the most Im glad it was only 99 Ps Why cant it have a similar control setup to guardian of light Import that Dpad at least Pps I get they have to have like a 11 input for touch screen to original But the guardian of light Dpad Just saying        Controls

I played the original tomb raiders on the playstation 1 with my dad We have some great memories doing that together when I was a little boy I played and beat the first tomb raider on the iPad and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT I was so excited when I saw the second one here in the App Store so I purchased it immediately Controls are much better and it is still the same great full game Thank you so much from a sincere tomb raider fan                 Thank you for doing this

I am thrilled that its Tomb Raider II in all its glory However the game gets buggy around the Diving Area and 40 Fathoms and it loses some or even all of your saves I now have to start from the beginning and that is quite frustrating Please update and correct this        Frustrated

Please add Tomb Raider 3 and 4 The Last Revelation Those two were the best in the series The controls work Beautiful on TR2 I completed the whole game on iOS with no issues with the controls Thank You Square Enix                 Thank You

The game itself is great but I hate the automatic save feature If you play the game often like I do oh have to have your screen display on high to see But as soon as I get a message or a notification The game automatically saves and it messes me up because I die and then it starts me back off where I was killed and Ill have to start the entire game over again from the first board rather than where I manually saved it Its becoming annoying           Automatic save

Wow Major waste If you get far be assured it will delete your saved game     Meh

Im soooo upset I paid for this for my iPad mini it was once one of my favorite games The controls for this are absolutely TERRIABLE So hard to move and just jump but its basically impossible to play it period I recommend you dont waste your money like I did because thats exactly what it is a waste of money They need to fix then and update before you even think of buying it HORRABLE     Waste of money

This game will always be one of my favorite games of all time but the problem here is the controls Tomb raider just wasnt meant for touch screen If you can get past the controls the game looks and sounds great           Great game If you have a PsOne controller

Updated review 6915 The game has been updated improved since since my previous review and I wanted to say thanks The sound effects in the gold levels arent buggy anymore which is perfect Some changes with the menus and things are much better but strangely Im still trying to get used to it lol I guess I got used to the mysterious menus not sure if youre tapping in the right place and such Anyway great improvements keep up the great work Changed rating from 4 to 5 stars as I said I would Original review 51615 Im a huge fan of the Tomb Raider series so the fact that TR 1 2 are available on iOS is amazing I wouldve rated this TR 2 5 stars had it not been for the fact that the Gold levels are a bit buggy soundwise Small problem doesnt really affect gameplay other than perhaps being startled by the weird sounds repeating over and over haha Please fix The really awesome thing though about this is that the Gold levels are included to begin with Pretty cool Will come back and change my rating to 5 stars if the bugs are fixed Great work                 Excellent

Was going great until about 34 of the way through level 10 then it began to not save crash and actually erase other saved slots Fix that issue and it would be a fun time killer        Starts out fine but crashes

This is by far the WORST game I have ever gotten It was such a waste of money It deletes saved games at least once a day Ive only had it for 3 and the controls are absolutely TERRIBLE The camera is also a huge problem It will randomly change or shift causing the player to make a mistake that will cause them to have to start from the beginning or instantly die Im so disappointed since the first one was so well made I would NOT recommend this game to ANYONE Hopefully these problems will be fixed in the future As for now dont waste your money     Beyond disappointed

Everything is great about this game Even the controls but one thing that has been bothering me is that when I adjust the controls they never get saved every time I exit the app I have to keep adjusting and its really annoying If you could please fix this it would be amazing Thanks                 Great But controls
