Todo 7 -The ORIGINAL To-Do Task List

This app keeps me organized I love the list option and the project option is a real help I love the reminders They really keep me on track I wish the finished tasks left the screen more quickly as it did in the older version but its not a deterrent for me to use it              Great app for lists

I used Todo for years and years When the developer decided to charge for Todo8 I started looking for an alternative I tried many other options but in the end I came back to Todo and Im very happy with it Everything works perfectly recurring items items with times and reminders and syncing across devices including Apple Watch The features that allow me to quickly change a due date are unmatched Its a great app and well worth the price                 The best

Ive tried A LOT of the to do apps out there And Im very picky about them Some I like more than others but this is by far my favorite Give it a try and you wont be disappointed                 The To Do App

Searched through quite a few apps to find one with the GTD functionality I was looking for I like that you can make multiple lists easily change a task from one list to another apply contexts manually sort the order in which the tasks are displayed and sync through iCloud with multiple devices I used todo 6 for a long time and had quite a few lists established The upgrade to todo 8 worked flawlessly as everything from the old version synced to the new one through iCloud                 Very useful

This is my go to app for keeping me organized for tasks lists and projects I use it daily and would be lost without it My only negative is it doesnt have a companion Windows desktop It would be so much easier to input and stay on top of everything Please Appigo put this on your todo list                 Great App

I was really happy to use this app until the last change which broke the recurring tasks There is no point of setting them now because they would have to be reset every single day manually I contacted the customer service which acknowledged the issue and promised to look into it Then they said it will be fixed soon A month later it is still broken The bottom line is if you plan to use recurring tasks you may want to skip this app for now     Broken recuring tasks

I am a power ToDo and ToDo Cloud Mac user 7 active projects 330 active tasks There are things I expect will improve Project and subtask creation can be odd Some abilities like draganddrop to calendar date are not obvious By todays software standards however this is now a five star product that works for a wide range of users from the 30 simple tasks to the obsessive workaholic Siri integration UI features mail in task search all the essentials There is ongoing steady improvement Lots of power but low barrier to entry Five stars                 As good as modern software gets

I switched from wunderlist to this app and so far so good It was a bit confusing at first but once I figured out the difference between projects tasks and checklists its great I switched to this app because it was more flexible to set up projects and due dates for individual tasks related to the project And its prettier                 So far so good

Todo was my first and only to do list to use I was reluctant to purchase the upgrade to Todo 8 as Todo 6 worked perfectly What a surprise features galore see other reviews Amazing Help button Its great they give you the option to use iCloud Without this feature I would be reluctant to purchase and subscribe                 GREAT

It seems with one of the last updates that the syncing between devices has stopped           Features stopped working

I had TODO 6 for a long period of time and had stopped using it for a while When I went to use it again I was offered to upgrade to 8 for 499 After about an hour of fumbling through trying to figure it out I felt that I had a fairly good grasp although things were still fairly poorly organized I had created 47 tasks and was pretty happy about them When I looked again they were all gone I was out an hour of my time and 499 Definitely not worth buying     Confusing and not very intuitive

Still one remaining annoyance Amid multiple lists I have one that is set to feed my Focus List Yet the App Badge HAS A GLITCH that keeps showing unfinished tasks from ALL of my lists though App Badge is set to only reflect my unfinished Focus List tasks App Badge clears when I pull up the app so my settings are clearly correct but the App is glitchy Getting REALLY old Constantly think Ive got some new task to complete only to realize I have a glitchy Todo App 3 Stars at best until this glitch gets fixed           Still Not Fixed

I started getting a message Error Updating Done Updating Now it is trying to sync some 160000 Notifications what are those I have 35 active ToDos 100 completed Have sent queries to Support No response Ive Ben a long time user but am ready to give up on this App I would recommend dont buy on this App     All of a sudden synchronization is messed up

Todo used to be my favorite app I still use it daily but Ive considered changing many times over the past year This is due to the instability and inconsistencies that occur almost every day           Its been unstable for some time now

Sometime making and providing more options it is not good Made simple sweet to do list into at complex and difficult to manage app I paid money for 8 upgrade now I need to delete it altogether and not use it at all Extremely disappointed     Chang to 8 was not good

I had the previous iOS 6 version of this app for years but didnt bother learning about all it can do so I was missing out Now that Ive updated to this latest version I took the time to read up and use all the features Wow Im now using Todo to help me organize the many concurrent projects that I have going on a very difficult task without a tool like this Now its almost fun The ability to set start dates due dates priority and to adjust these automatically by manually moving projects and tasks up and down in the list is powerful Sync with iCloud has been flawless and free Its nice having the paid sync option available for team use but the 3rd party sync does all I need for now If you need a highpower but easy to use todo app this is an excellent choice                 Incredibly helpful

This is a wellorganized and connected app I rely on it every day for work and personal tasks The recurring tasks and customizable repeat options are perfect I love the Toodledo synchronization They work hand in hand I request a feature be added from another toDo app add the option to visually cross out with a line each task as you mark as completed                 I use it every day

To Do app 8 is awful The interface is terrible compared to To Do 6 I wasted 499 thinking the app would be improved Will continue using To Do 6x     To Do App 8 Review

I use this app daily and find it very helpful to keep organized I have it on a tablet and phone and it updates via the Cloud very nicely I love the ability to assign icons to each of my lists as well as colors The only feature I would like that it doesnt have is a calendar view It does have a calendar but it doesnt function easily to see tasks day by day I think Ill buy it as gifts for my family              Easy and Great Features

Ive used this application for a couple of years and it has been immeasurably useful during that time Its rarely buggy It is aesthetically minimalist as any good organization tool should be Very simple to navigate understand and use                 An Excellent Tool

I was generally happy with this app but something changed and the new version 8 keeps crashing and has erased all of my information twice Not fun at all Guys pls fix this issue asap     New version Crashes all the time and erases all the info

This is one of those tools that can be used for simple todo lists or for more complicated sets of tasks The app lets you work according to your own style The sync feature is an excellent way to keep multiple devices up to date I use it with Dropbox and it works like a charm Love it                 Excellent tool

I just upgraded and like the new design and features All of my items back up to iCloud automatically I am able to set reoccurring items designate work and home items separately set times for items with the option to sound a reminder alarm and use a checklist format for an item if desired This app has been a lifesaver for me I highly recommend this app                 I use it every day

All the new features are very cool but he app is very slow in responsiveness compared to the old version Im guessing because of all the new features Hope this is something that gets remedied as those few seconds add up over the course of the day              Good and bad

I need a recurring checklist app Todo does that Its the only solution Ive found What it doesnt do is sync reliably I email support and they usually have a solution but not once have they explained what screws up in the first place Right now my desktop app is just borked and all they can say is wait for the new iteration Not worth whatever the small cost was The instant I find another recurring checklist app Im kissing Todo good riddance        Only because theres nothing better

Ive tried 3 or 4 task management systems Im a working parent 4 kids preschool to elementary and forgetful by nature I use this mostly for my home life but also for personal goalshabits                 Reliable and easy to use

I own a small restaurant I use this app everyday Some days multiple times I can easily keep track of payments due or orders that need placedeven prep work that needs completed When I am very busy I know todo has my back                 My business partner

This app has started generating an extremely annoying popup every time I open it that states that my premium membership has expired and gives me two options LATER or UPGRADE NOW What if neither of those options is good for me Are you going to make this silly pop up thing come up 100 times every day for the rest of my life until I give in Really stupid There needs to be a button NO THANK YOU And the incredibly annoying offer should never appear again     Annoying

This app remains fantastic and very useful I have not seen a better fullscale GTD ProjectTask Tracker Just enough and not too much The interface is not cluttered and includes a solid context and tagging system Checklists and projects are easy to add and it all syncs to a couple of places over the air iPad design is great too Ive used toodledo and now Dropbox with no data loss Been in the dock since 2008                 Very Powerful and Easy

I have been using Todo for 5 years and it is an important part of my life tools I highly recommend it to everyone                 Indispensable part of every day
