TimeSpent - Know Thy Time

This is a cute and little app but it lacks some essential functions to make it a powerful one 1 If you are currently doing something and want to record it you cannot do it You will have to record the beginning and ending time before you can save the record What if you want to use the iPhone during the mean time and switch to another app Well this one will be closed without saving anything When you come back to the app you will need to reenter the beginning the place and the activities etc 2 It lacks a time line page On this page one should be able to simultaneously close the currently running activity and start a new one Only by doing this can one actully record all the time in life as what the designor has been described what this app is capable of 3 There should be a Now button whenever I record a time so I do not need to scroll the selector to get the correct time Assuming people typically record time when the activity starts And ends a Now button will be necessary 4 A user should be able to describe the emotion by the users own words 5 I do not know how the app handles repeated task but that is important        Lacks some essential functions

If this app had a timer it could be really useful As it is not so much        add a timer please
