The Tides US is now available as a free download on Apple Store for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 4.7 MB to download. The new Tides US app version 1.0.0 has been updated on 2014-11-18. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. I am looking at Puget Sound tide stations like Seattle and Friday Harbor and they are clearly offset by about 5 hours This makes the app unreliable and useless On top of that there are no settings for feet instead of meters for units     Tides are offset and not correct CptnDave

I looked up the tidal data for Santa Monica CA The app displayed 5 4M for the high tide The NOAA data feed was actually 5 4 feet There was no way to specify which units of measurement should be used In the United States the default measurement should be feet If the app is going to use M as the unit of measure then the data should be converted accordingly Also I second the comment that secondary stations should be added         App displays wrong units of measurement Tome Loc

Thanks for publishing this app It has the US Canada and some in South America but to be useful to me it needs Hawaii Please take a look at adding Hawaii     Needs Hawaii mjm30

I like the user interface but the app is of limited use It does not contain all the secondary tidal stations in the US The secondary stations are the vast majority of US stations My local stations of interest are all secondary stations I wish I could get my dollar back         Missing Secondary Stations SVTalaris
