Worked fine until a few months ago Downloads got to be slower and slower Now it doesnt download the latest edition at all It used to work
I have an original IPad running iOS 511 After the Sep 20 2014 update this app is USELESS It wont even open and crashes every time before I can even get to the log in screen Ive been a TNT subscriber for a while and never had a problem with the iPad app before Please fix this I am still paying for this as part of my subscription and expect it to work Ive tried turning my iPad off and on and reinstalling the app to no avail Useless after update
Easy to use this is the exact paper that is released in print Great app Great Paper great app
The e edition is pixelated and blurry on my ipad Difficult to read because of the eye strain E edition could be better
After using a TNT app for months we were asked to enter the user name and password which was rejected The next four hours were spent with two unknown entities one of which confirmed an active subscription while another maintained that no such subscription had been activated Yet we have paid for and used it for months After considerable trial and error I seem to be able to access the paper at least today However I must log in each time How hard is it to design an app that remembers the user Poorly Designed App
This was once a nice little Tacoma news utility and was FREE They now allow unless this has changed only those with paid subscriptions to access Stupid business decision and hopefully will lead to loss in advertising revenue forcing free access again There exist many venues for news so why pay these people WHY PAY
This is what I was looking for reading the whole paper as it is printed You can either zoom close to the article you wish to read or double click on it for a better viewing Youll also see the ads that are only in the paper not the inserts a little disappointing but you can get apps on all those separately Here you can also read the scoreboards and even the comics something that can be done on the nook version This is the same electronic version you can read on the News Tribune site for those that dont have an iPad Better than on the Nook
Im still a fan of the printed version but my lifestyle is busy enough so the eversion is a welcome version to have available when I want it It took me no time at all to figure out how to use the app its very intuitive Who knows maybe given enough time Ill be a regular user of the app and will decide to save a tree cancel the paper and just be a subscriber to the eversion Good job TNT Great addition to my subscription
Ive been a longtime subscriber of the TNT 40 years I liked reading the eEdition on my iPad when occasionally traveling away from home I had noticed some login issues that were not previously present in earlier versions so I wanted to make sure everything was working properly before an extended trip Again I found the app to constantly crash ask for login and password info Spent 112 hours troubleshooting my iPad iOS software app version and resetting password all to no avail Can get an occasional access to the paper but it still constantly crashes Worst ever Frustration PLEASE FIX Buggy Crashes Frustrating No Longer Works
Your update does not cut it Now have to enter user and password every time access not worth the trouble Update
Worked great for 6 months 5am sand boom there was my paper Now 630 am still showing yesterdays edition wont download the latest paper Im about to go elsewhere Don t need this in the morning Please fix it Doesnt work
I love the app its how I read my paper however I HATE that it requires me to log in EACH TIME It should be able to remember my login information like most apps do Ridiculous App is GREAT repeated signin is NOT
Able to get into e edition on line from the web site User and password no problem The problem is the app It works ok and then all of a sudden it wants your namepassword which does not work Doesnt even allow you the capability of putting either in This is the second time it has happened Last time I sent an email and they somehow fixed it Not going to call this time App stinks
