Having only landscape mode is rather annoying and makes the app less useful That said it does everything reasonably well Can we please have portrait mode back for the iPad
Fun and easy to use Great resource for looking up items and prebuying so its ready at the store Great catalogue and ease for checkout
Very slow to remove an item from the cart Not sure why the app needs to refresh the shopping card every time a change delete update qty is made I have 40 items in my cart which is not a lot and this may be very common for most users as we are planning for our home projects Please look at Amazon app their shopping cart is quite more robust and faster Easy to use a lot of useful features but very slow

Ive turned off notifications in settings Ive turned off notifications in the app Ive deleted the app 4 times and repeated those steps four times The notifications happen every time I drive past a Home Depot I live a half mile from a Home Depot They pop up even after Ive deleted the app how is that possible Its driving me crazy Notifications wont stop
Im a contractor and time is better spent on the job than in the lumber yard When Im ordering from Home Depot using the app is a huge time saver I place my order the night before and everything is ready the next morning I pickup my supplies on the way into the job I can order from any Home Depot on the planet whichever is closest to the job Its truly a great thing Great App Saves lots of time

Overall this is a good useful app however it always seems to try to bring me back to the Home Screen It has a lot of filters though which come in handy when Im not quite sure what Im looking for Navigation is Difficult

Glad you gave us the option to turn off message notifications I hated having to click on it to make the notifications go away It was useless Im a cashier at Home Depot and I use this app to look up items for customers I LOVE this app It tells you exactly where an item is and if we have it I dont have to call an associate and ask for a SKU that isnt on an item Just look it up and I have it in 30 seconds The InStore Only function doesnt work The first few results will be instore then after it shows all results I wish it would either not include them or let me know when it switches to online stock Review

Buggy lost my cart when I logged in then doubled my order when I rebuilt it I tried to order string trimmer line for shipping to my home but couldnt I guess Home Depot doesnt want to ship that to me but theres no explanation and I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to get it shipped and finally removed it from my order It seems like they have just decided that they dont have to make things clear that well figure it out which ends up wasting a lot of my time Clumsy

It got the job done but was not super intuitive regarding what is available for shipment and what must be picked up at a store Its clear they are driving us to visit the store but thats not always convenient Also should we have to put items in our cart to discover they are out of stock That was annoying and happened twice Tidy this up please HDee Otherwise why wouldnt I shop on Amazon Prime A wee bit clunky

Tried to take advantage of a Labor Day sale item but our closest store was out Opened the app searched for the quantity we wanted found the best location with stock made the purchase headed for pickup Got home to realize we needed more and already made another order while still taking advantage of the sale Easy to use got the job done and hoed us streamline our travels Easy to Use App
Placed order through app Changed both billing and shipping address Only billing address was updated even though app showed it was shipping to new address The order confirmation showed the old address Now less than 3 hours later they cant fix the billing address Apparently we are still living in the era where Home Depot has to CALL their vendor to cancel an order Good grief Last time we order anything with Home Depot Be careful if changing shipping address

We just bought a house so we had a ton of things to buy from different stores We dont have a lot of time so when Im in a rush I would find the product on the Home Depot app and either tell me what location the product is aisle and shelf so I can go to the store and just grab it or more often I would browse on the app buy it at night and pick it up early next day So convenient Information is mostly accurate so I know what to buy when I compare Awesome Quantity might be off or only available online hence the minus one star But Id definitely recommend this app and store Wow useful Quantity can be inaccurate though

This app is great for me to manage all of my purchases for remodeling my house I work in real estate and its nice because I can break out expenses by project and track via the app amazing app for a big remodel project
This app makes it possible to effectively shop and compare with other stores It also allows me to remotely order supplies for a job on a property out of state and have the contractor pick them up My only reason for a 4 is false advertising HD claims you can order ANYTHING online and pick it up Not so Paint and milk work lumber sold by the foot are not available for in app purchase The team at the HD has done an outstanding job figuring out if the items are in store and taking a phone order instead of through the app Love App one glitch
This app is actually slicker than their Pro app My beef is that when they improved the app a couple of months back they decided that it was too much trouble to allow the app to be used in the portrait mode This is a real pain to me in that I use it on my iPad mini and am used to holding the device in the palm of my hand Also searching is a bit unreliable One is never really sure if HD might actually have what youre looking for but you may have used search terms very slightly different and come up with nothing And checking InStore usually returns items that actually arent It would be nice if it would actually show you what is in stock at nearby stores rather than you having to know the zip code of the store you had in mind Landscape mode only
