No search function Give me a break This app is useless if looking for ANYTHING specific Come on Gannett this is pitiful     Stupid app

IF you can get this app to open IF you can get past the infuriating login screen that pops up EVERY time you open the app even for subscribers you will still only find minimal content in this app It does not contain the full newspaper which is more than irritating so it is not a real alternative to the print edition Id be ok with this if this electronic version gave me late breaking news Youd think the CJ might be able to throw a reporter online to provide immediate coverage on urgent local matters Youd think theyd want to position themselves as THE local news source to turn to for local coverage But again no Ive found its better to wait until morning for the physical paper than to rely on this app I only use it when the carrier misses my delivery not infrequent or Im out of town but it leaves me feeling like I only know 15 of the picture Boo     Glitchy Useless

Much better application then the print edition However on my iPad it crashes after opening a story Sometimes I can read two or three stories before it crashes     Crashes on my ipad

Ive had an electronic subscription with my home delivery for a while This new app makes the esub usable and I get more out of my subscription to the CJ Nice work              E sub now worth it

Such a vast improvement over previous version You can now not only tell what the main stories of the day are but you can actually find them Its actually brought real news stories to the front too              Vast improvement

The new app is great It has the right amount of alerts for top stories plus other great news coverage Very impressed                 Fantastic

I am getting multiple daily emails with headlines from the Courier Journal I have unsubscribed from the bottom of the page multiple times which does not stop the adds I have called customer service who said they would stop the emails The daily emails are still coming They go to my junk folder The customer service rep said that there are some technical issues that the paper does not know about and this may be one of them           Poor technical support

I love having my morning paper on my iPad and updated throughout the day Great format too                 Great app

I havent even been able to use it because it crashes within seconds every time I open it on my iPad mini Ive reinstalled it several times and reset my iPad but no luck     Crashes constantly

Does anyone work there Im on hold now for over 49 minutes waiting and waiting waiting o In line they say     Customer phone service

The latest version for iPad is much more user friendly Like the convenience                 Improved

Love that I can get the CJ on my iPad because it is a thoughtful blend of deep coverage of the city Kentucky and a bit of the world too                 Great app for a great paper

I subscribed to the CourierJournal because as a child through high school and college I read it every morning Having not lived in Kentucky since 1967 I thought it would be fun to go back I have done that but would like to discontinue service and not resubscribe at the end of the first month I have found no way to do this either through settings or the app itself It is most frustrating     Unfriendly App
