Every time I try to reset my password it says I was sent an email to reset my password but Ive never received any email from curb Ive been trying to reset my password for weeks now and I have never received any type of email from curb containing instructions on how to reset my password        Reset email never delivered

Seems to be working fine in central Hollywood CA 2 rides so far and more convenient than calling or flagging for a cab Nice to see drivers name on app match their posted name on the city license placard                 Works good

I have tried more than a dozen times and the app does not work It just freezes when I go to use it or it quits abruptly I emailed tech support and boy that was a joke I received a reply back about how their tech support is currently working on it that was almost 2 full days ago and nothing No reply back or update from techcustomer support and the app is still not working     App does not work

This app is the worst I have tried to find a driver 4 times and it has not worked on all 4 occasions One time it finally connected me to a driver but on his way to my location the app said I had to cancel the ride as something had gone wrong All other 3 times the app just searched and searched never finding anyone To top all this off Curb has also charged my card twice but I havent ever gotten into one of their cars I also had a credit for 15 so why even charge my card This is ridiculous There isnt even a phone number to call just email I hope they return the money theyve stolen from me     The worst they are thieves

I used this app to arrange for an early morning ride to the airport It went great The cab showed up on schedule and taking care of the payment and tip was painlessly done through the app Finally an easy way to take a taxi                 An easier way to taxi

This app is okay It tries to close the gap between users of the like of Uber and Lyft to regular taxi service Theres a reason why Uber and Lyft are successful They are good at customer service Complaints and kudos are taken care of immediately to both customers and drivers Cities taxi service has gone long enough without a challenge and they feel like the have the right to treat you like crap like theyre doing us a favor This app is trying to close that gap but its still only the middleperson In the end youll still need to deal with regular taxi services with mediocre customer services I admit Ill still keep this app on my phone on places where UberLyft isnt available           Good attempt to copy Über and Lyft but

Doesnt matter what town Im in but every time Ive tried to use this app Im either waiting and waiting and waiting for no taxi at all or they cant use my credit card or their isnt a partner service Its always something Heres the summary the last 5 times Ive used this app it hasnt gotten me a taxi Why would I continue to use it     Useless

What started as a 3 cab ride 1815 coupon turned out to be a 18 cab ride I have a lot of travel experience as a former Peace Corps volunteer and I am fairly calm and understanding of emotionally intense situations yet my experience today pushed me to the edge So much so that I am writing my first review of an app today I booked a cab with Curb this morning but needed to adjust the time I was called by a dispatcher this morning at 10am when I went to cancel the cab but instead they told me they could just adjust the time to 230pm When a cab came to pick me up at 230pm he told me to cancel my curb because he had picked me up I cancelled and before he started driving I asked if I could still use my 15 curb coupon As he speeded away he said he only takes cash and credit I said I was no longer interested because the reason I was trying out Curb was because I wanted to see if this app operated efficiently I am sorry to say I was completely disappointed My driver David instructed me to call Curb so I called the only number I had which was to dispatch I am completely disappointed with this experience They told me I could no longer use Curb because I cancelled my ride I conveyed all of this to the dispatch supervisor who told me she could do nothing to help me The taxi driver had an incessant ringing through the stereo system in the car which he blamed on my noncancelled curb call and it would not turn off until I cancelled it Yet somehow he accepted my information through his computer system but was unable to use my coupon through the Curb app only cash and credit and many customer have this problem was his exact wording I was trying to experiment with Curb as an app and I am completely horrified and upset with my experience Do not use this app Either just call a taxi or Uber it all the way     Go with Uber

I like using the app to order and track my taxi It would be awesome if one could select the type of taxi sedan or van though              Very easy to use

When youre about to request a ride it gives you a fake ETA then spends the next 20 minutes looking for a driver until you finally decide to cancel and use Über which gives you an ETA and driver information that is based in reality     Never Reliable

Although uber can be cheaper Curb drivers are locals and know the quickest ways to go                 Curb boulder is great

I live in Riverside California not a very obscure city yet I cant find a single cab Ive tried in every part of my city at every possible time every day of the week yet all I get is No rides available USELESS Dont even bother     USELESS

Its June 23rd 2015 I just received a 10 promo code to use by May 31 2015 Thanks but youre just as late delivering a coupon as you are a ride The most recent time I tried to book a ride it never showed up And the time before that I actually got a confirmation and then a cancellation 15 minutes after my expected pick up time Ive tried to give cab drivers as many chances as possible but seriously how can I consider a late ride if Im lucky at all to be picked up in a smelly car with a driver who doesnt take the route I request be considered a service This is almost as bad as calling a cab company directly Either way Im not getting a driver when I want one Get on the bandwagon and deliver a ride when requested for a fair price        coupon 1 month late just like my rides

App is great in theory Ive only ever been able to use it once to successfully get a cab after waiting half an hour The driver looked at me as though I was insane when I asked if I could pay by credit or through the app This thing simply sends a request to a dispatch service driver has no clue Fortunately I had cash Last time I tried a can was never even dispatched Forced me into trying Uber and Ill never look back     Awful

Ive been using the Curb app for about 6 months now and Im generally pleased Sure during bad weather or after a big event it may take a little extra time to book the ride but thats no different than hailing on the street Im lucky to live in an area where we have a ton of cabs so Ive really never had any issues booking a ride ETA feature is generally spot on and you can watch the cab coming your way on the app Ive always paid through the app which is great because you can manually adjust and include the tip Theres always room for improvement but the app always works for me and has made getting a cab much more convenient              Works well for me

I have tried Curb 8 times now and on only one occasion has it worked properly Today was the last straw I booked my cab 4 hours early to ensure itd be there on time Cabs have never shown up on time After the cab being 15 mins late I called the company it was booked through and they said they have no record of my booking I even read them the confirmation email I got from Curb and still couldnt find anything In theory this app would be amazing but after practical use Ive opted to never use this again as it is worthless I wish I could tell you about all the times I was charged through the app AND by the cab company but Apple is a family brand and I dont want to use cuss words So long Curb     App is next to worthless

I ordered a ride from them 2 days ago but had to cancel it cause my friend started to feel sick They charged me 20 for it I emailed them 2 days ago about it and they still havent gotten back to me Stick with Uber or lyft dont waste your money on this     Dont use really bad customer service

I used this app to call a cab The drivers name and distance showed up A moment later it was replaced with a different name and distance Ten minutes later my car was still showing as the same 21 miles away with no response after texting the driver and I cancelled it and deleted the app     Hung

Was a long time user of taxi magic and curbed however their lack of any customer support will occasionally lead you stranded and in a dispute with the cab driver No support from curb at all     Buyer Beware

Made the appointment online Standing outside more than 20 minutes They conveniently forget to tell us the driver can make it WHEN were they going to tell us AFTER we miss our flight for our wedding Can I send you the bill for my airfare hotel and MY WEDDING I cant attend because you dont know how to keep reservations     Thanks for nothing

Ive tried giving this app a chance multiple times especially given all the free credits they give and the fact that I think this is a service that I want to work However every time Ive a had negative experience usually involving having to wait a significant amount of time even when the clearly faulty map shows that the driver is a block or two away Once I had an experience where a driver picked up someone else instead and I was still charged Not worth it     Really just doesnt work

The driver knew where he was going and knew where I was located when he picked me up I enjoyed the ride and it was a smooth one                 Very Good

This app twice has over charged me for a ride Though in the end the correct amount was debited from my account the over charge from the ride I took to a venue left with nothing to cover my ride home from the venue I had no idea until I was getting home and my card was rejected This was on a Sunday and there was no way to get it fixed Call curb with no reply back to this situation or the first time it happened No apology nothing     Beware

On time friendly and easy easy easy I will definitely use Curb again and again                 Awesome

Ive paid on the app and in my cab and didnt have any problems either time Its nice to see the drivers name and picture so I know whos picking me up Ive walked outside right as the cab is pulling up multiple times so I havent had any real issues except maybe the time it takes for the ride to find a driver As long as its in the time frame as stated I didnt mind Will use again              No real complaints

I have used it in about 7 cities and I mostly had great Curb rides Had iffy ride experience in other 3 cities and the customer support has been great at handling these issues Its great for airport rides from my home especially for the ones early morning i dont have to wake up earlier to book a ride                 Must have this app if you travel around US

I dont like Uber Other ride sharing apps are fine but I tend to like cab drivers better In general the service has been pretty good but often it takes forever to get a cab and sometimes I have to cancel and restart the search multiple times or it times out It would be awesome if this was a consistent comparable cab competitor to Uber and the like As it stands with its lack of functionality and slow response Curb is a clunky also ran to the growing ride share market        Decent but needs a modern overhaul

You promote your app with a promo code to offer 40 in credit for new users and then when I download and install to add promo code I get only 10 Bad business practices from the beginning Not good     Off to a bad start

Completely unreliable booking process App seems to work fine but there is no certainty youll get the ride Ive been stood up twice out of 5 times I used it When you book in advance the taxi providers start looking for a driver at or around the time you booked the taxi for they do not book it at the time you make the reservation So if it is rush hour or say 3 am they will have trouble finding a driver for you which is why you made a reservation in advance right So they will be either late very late or a noshow Not sure whether its Curbs fault or the taxi providers but Curb is the one pairing me up with the providers in my case Orange and Eastside for Hire in Seattle so Curb is at least partially to blame for the crappy experience Not using it again I have said this the first time but now I am doing it for sure     Stood up twice

I usually only had to wait a maximum of 15 minutes for a cab to arrive On Tuesday I used the app in Denver at a location about 10 miles from the airport I waited and waited The app had a message stating assigning a taxi After 20 minutes I called Yellow Cab The rep said they were waiting for a driver to pick up the trip She said dispatch knows I was still waiting After another ten minutes I tried calling Yellow Cab several more times and kept getting put on hold So I called Metro Cab Because I was paying cash they were going to send a cab right away Before Metro got there a Yellow Cab pulled up The driver said he had just received my request two minutes ago Why the delay He said they wont answer the phone in dispatch if they see youre using Curb He said the person who did answer was probably new My faith in Curb is greatly diminished My faith in Denver Yellow Cab is gone           Sometimes good sometimes not

I live near downtown Portland OR Need a cab to the airport in 2 hours Tried to schedule it using this app No ride available Ive never had that happen in 10 years of getting rides to the airport from home I travel often for business I wont be using this app and would never recommend it     Worthless

Ive been using this app since it was first introduced as Taxi Magic and whether Im using the Im ready to go function or prebooking a taxi which I do for most airport trips Ive never had an issue with it in DCMDVA area I like how quickly I can pay and get a receipt before I leave the taxi                 Works fine for me

Thats an unacceptable response from this kind of app People grow to depend on apps like Curb after theyve used them for years When the app suddenly becomes unreliable its a very bad sign This is the first time Curb has really ed me and if it happens again Ill delete the app and close my account immediately Shape up Curb You used to be great now youre hanging on barely     The system is down

They hold 20 on my account Then they charged me for my FREE ride they promised So I had 35 of my account tied up over what they said was going to be a free ride Even after support tickets and phone calls I still paid for the free ride I am deleting this app now     TERRIBLE RIPPED OFF

Has always worked like a charm for me Theyre always on time and its so simple to pay if your card is linked to the account I can even track where the taxi is on the map to see how close they are                 Awesome
