I have ordered on the app numerous amount of times and each time u get to the store and I have to reorder because it didn t go through This happens every time I use the app and it is a great inconvenience for when I am in a hurry     Waste of Time Selenator2002

They advertise a 6 footlong Sub special for each day of the week but I m not seeing what the daily special is anywhere Also the audio announcement as soon as you open the app is extremely annoying serves no good purpose             Falls Short T-Cric

I find the subway app is very helpful and easy to use I m always in a rush during my lunch break and I like to be in and out The only problem is that only one store in my area supports the app so I can t use it to any Subway I m closest to                 More Subway s should support this Marinis89

And my daily life revolves around apps I just placed an order for two sandwiches a drink two cookies and a bottled water It took nearly 15 minutes to accomplish this due to having to re enter my credit card 3 times having to change my password and Yeah I m frustrated that this app is such poop This app is near the top of the list of why I strongly dislike subway Beyond their poor food quality and strange product choices and availability It s really disappointing As a kid I loved Subway I guess Subway has changed I have changed or both     One of the worst apps I have encountered thus far NickPagliochini

Love this app for ordering food It really seems to get across the amount of each ingredient you order unlike a system like Grubhub for Subway specifically The only thing I wish it had was a tip system only because I do not always carry cash so sometimes I have to order using Grubhub to make sure I can tip                 Almost Perfect CobaltChameleon

Have no problem creating and placing orders The only thing I found tricky is making sure my order is being placed at the correct store location Always double check store location before finalizing and submitting your order Once I almost submitted my order to the wrong location I think the process for switching store locations could use some simplification I have it down now though I ve used this app for at least 3 years now and my order is just about always ready to go Only once or twice when maybe I got there a little early and my order wasn t ready to go but at least they were already making it when I arrived Only once ever did I have an issue when I got there just to be told they never received an order I don t know if it was because girl there could tell that I was upset or if there is a policy when things like that happen with the app but the girl gave me my entire order for free two 6 combos The only thing that would make using this app even better is also paying through the app I believe that is done through a different app download However I am happy playing at the restaurant when I get there Unless of course I can associate payment with a gift card the way Starbuck s allows you to I only gave it 4 5 stars because I think Subway could do more to make the store locating and verification process a little simpler There should be a screen near the end of the process that undoubtedly lets you know where your order is going and from that screen you should very easily be able to change your store location                 Works Great QLSJ

Very convenient way of ordering my subway sandwich App gets glitchy sometimes and if the store is busy I understand that I may have to wait a bit but for all the other times when I bypass the line and my sandwich is ready and waiting it makes up for it                 I use this app all the time Tito menudo

Update this app has taking a hold on my car for 5 purchases declining my zip code when I called the credit company and conf I have the right one but yet this app didn t approve purchase and has 55 00 on hold on my card for days now unbelievable I use the app quite often how ever I m gonna look into getting my sandwiches elsewhere it s like every time you change your payment on the app and if you don t get your zip code right it will decline and still have the money taken from my card then I have to wait days to get my money back and be watching to make sure I am credited this is too much If it declines no money should be taken out my account if it s being declined     Sandwich order not ready Alex5832

I placed an order and was given a 23 minute pick up time I can walk to the store stand in line and order there in less time than that so no benefit There s no way to cancel after you learn the wait time This should be a standard option for check out After arriving I learn the store never got my order and now my lunch break is over and I have no food to eat I don t have enough time left in my break to wait for the sandwich to be made     No Benefit 5 minute apps

Nothing easier for ordering and picking up sandwiches Love how it saves your previous orders so you don t have to build your sandwich each time The glitch I have come across was when I tried to switch stores which was difficult to do The other problem I had was when the store couldn t find my order when I got there even with my confirmation number They had to start from scratch and that wasted so much time which defeated the purpose But aside from those two times I have loved this app                     Love this APP Nikka's mom

I downloaded this app because my other subway app was a fail so I thought I d give this one a try to help me save time since I only have a 30 min lunch I thought my order went smoothly but apparently it didn t because when I arrived at the store they told me they never even received the order Luckily I put the option to pay with cash otherwise I probably would ve been charged if I had put pay with card I ended up having to wait in line at the store which was what I wanted to avoid     Waste of time Cat1000011010

I tried it first time when we were about to take my mom to visit her doctor with her caregiver I used this app to order some food for my mother as well as for myself It worked so well with our limited tight schedule and bypass the long line to pick up the food Anyway I was confused when it was based on meal set instead of individual item when ordering remember that I tried it for the first time and wasn t familiar with its GUI I m sure I will be more comfortable in using this app as I use it again number of time Great tool to have                     Great for quick order in hurry DeafGuy876
