I spent some money that doesnt worth 7us is too much for it Also it didnt let me put 1 star to rate it FAKE from Disney        Do not download it

If you are a Star Wars fan then you will like this game It is awesome The game would be perfect if it worked better I dont know if it is only my iPod or if it does this on all devices When I click on something it just blacks out and takes me back to my home screen I hope in the next update they will fix this so I can actually play the game completely Please fix the game Thank you                 AWESOME but Glitch

I love that you can see the character profiles and do pod racing to get more profiles add Star Wars journeys attack of the clones cause it is one of my favorite episodes                 Cool

This app is a great resource for Episode 1 The podracing is fun as well However the Profiles section is full of spelling errors and other oddities Please fix              A great app

Dont buy this junk Theres a new version called Beginnings but that one isnt worth the exorbitant cost either Pod Racing was more fun in the N64 game from years ago than this crappy app with terrible controls Ignore the lying positive reviews and dont waste your money     Outdated and Worthless

I spent 7 on this app and when I got it it was pointless for that much the racing was fun but thats all that was good Dont buy unless app goes for 2 or cheaper        Waste of money

Latest update cause problem with iPhone 5s Game cannot be play in horizontal position like it suppose to but switching to vertical If you would fix this as soon as possible it be appreciated Thanks JB                 Fix issue

Episode 1 Racer is my entire childhood played it ever since the old windows 95 days So when I saw the podracer feature in this app with improved graphics working on iphone I bought it without thinking twice I was happy to see many of the nostalgic characters but quickly noticed all of the missing racers Sadly the more I played this game the more I began to miss the oldschool racer this game just doesnt compare The races dont feel fast paced Most of the characters and maps are missing The maps repeat im sick of tatooine already stop Whats up with that boost animation It looks like the engines are on fire This game should be as close as possible to the original if not the same The original game was made with passion this game solely relies on nice looking graphics which I admit are great but I would give up the graphics any day for gameplay like the original racer gave us You guys have the rights to the original racer just make it compatible with the portable devices                 Podracer

I bought this for the pod racing alone which is actually very decent Love it The story mode is pretty good too the illustrations are nice and I love having the actors voiceovers in it              Podracing

Really just an average retelling of The Phantom Menace with an average racing game thrown in The story is barely interactive with one or two items per page that can be touched for extra soundsmovements The art is also lacking as the characters sometimes dont look like their movie counterparts Certainly not worth the price Wait for a sale even if youre a big fan        Overpriced Paying for the Star Wars name alone

Now Im just waiting for Episode II Ive waited forever for Podracing to come to iOS and I guess the old saying is true Good things come to them that wait Im so stoked to get to play Episode I Podracer They did a fantastic job especially adding the story book for kids Well done Disney EPIC                 Epic

After having enjoyed the pod racing game on an older computer I have been waiting for this fun game to FINALLY come to the iPad There are a couple of very crappy clones out there but not like this Very happy now to have this I love driving games and this is just a little different              Been wating for this

Pod racing is the only thing that keeps the app interesting but I think the cost of the app should be about 3 less           Story mode was a bore

The newest version of this app used on iPhone 5s with the latest os The pod racing goes vertical and no control what so ever please fix love the pod racing but this latest update messed it all up Just downloaded new update with bug fixes on 1129 Pod racing still messed up on iPhone 5s with latest iOS Please fix Look I paid plenty for this app shouldnt be that hard to fix getting ready to give it o stars Vs five              New version messed up pod racers

There are some really great things about this game The podracing is fun and longawaited and the art in story mode is fantastic If youve ever been to Pottermore for the Harry Potter interactive story telling its a bit like that I think there could be many more scenes included however and within those scenes I wish there was a lot more to discover instead of just like one character and a couple things that move when you touch them Other than that I think its at least a great start        Some things are great overall still lacking

Ive completed the 1st tournament multiple times and it never saves when I close the app what a waste of 700        Wont save

This is an amazing game Only one problem every time I buy a podracer and put upgrades on him it disappears after I exit the game but it gives me the points back I dont want to have to buy sebulba and upgrade him every time I play this game                 Yeah

Many games out there are better for less 6 for the name and 99 worth of game Pod racing is fun but thats it in my opinion        Not that great for the cost

Thanks for finally fixing the screen orientation Anyway I really enjoy this game ESPECIALLY the podracing activity Speaking of which I think this game could use more characters for the Pod Racing Activity and they got their reasons The following characters include Clegg Holdfast He is seen on the farthest right of the Pod Race page of the Story Experience Gasgano He is on the farthest left of the Pod Race page of the Story Experience Ben Quadinaros Despite not being in the Pages he Gasgano Anakin and Sebulba are the 4 playable characters that appeared in every Pod Racing game IF you include Star Wars Racer Arcade Besides his pod racers got 4 COUNT EM 4 ENGINES D This will make 9 characters and 18 different Pod Racer vehicles so whenever you do a quick race tournament or knockout race 5 out of the 9 characters will be selected at random Also maybe if you add quotes from Star Wars Episode 1 Racer for the N64 Dreamcast and PC it would make the game more fun Maybe you can also add Fode Beeds quotes from the same game as well There were some problems with the loading screen but it was fixed Heres the problem For some reasons Ive recently updated this game for the iPod Touch 5th Generation and the Assets wont load It always stays at 0 Even updating more than once doesnt work It happens with version 12 At first this problem also happened with version 13 but it was resolved later on Hopefully this game will continue to still work for the iPod Touch 5th Generation                 Add more pod racers

I should have listened to the other reviews I purchased this and cannot use it at all It needs an update badly to allow horizontal switching Until then this was a waste of 5 dollars I cant understand why it would be an editors choice Shortly after writing this I noticed something peculiar The app size without documents and data ballooned to 900 MBs Almost twice what the information in the store states     Absolutely Unusuable

This is a pod racing game that is tied into a comic book layout story Its pretty lame You have to earn points pod racing to be able to unlock animated features for the comic book characters If you think that this is a game whereby you can go into campaign mode by light saberlaser gun fighting your way through the galaxy you are wrong The comic book is about 90 cartoon art whereby you can hear a voice or maybe make an arm move by touching the character You cant affect the story or action There really is no action in the story to affect Save your money        Not so Hot

Cant get enough of the Pod Racing and the story scenes are beautiful Theyve done a wonderful job with the retelling and the movie soundbites are great                 The Force is Strong

This app seems cool but it crashes all the time so I havent been able to view more than a page or two of the story at a time I havent been able to try the pod racing because the app crashes I have an iPad mini     Crashes too much

I loved Episode 1 Racer for N64 and this game has me amped The look and play is solid If you liked the original or even the riptide games here in the app store than this game is for you Lets lobby for more planets to race on Developers I really hope this is the start of more podracer to come There is no other racing game like it Speed beautiful landscapes and quality layout So good Keep it coming                 A new hope for podracer fans
