This app nor the phone itself DOES NOT WORK It was a poor execution and Marketing scam DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE I cannot stress enough DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE The app takes five minutes to work and rarely finds the phone The app is slower than dialup 90 s service and the phone requires random updates that the user must initiate for it to work the phone will pocket dial any number programed in multiple times a day due to the dial button being flush with the shell This phone has to be one of the most horrible marketing scams ever invented by sprint this phone is marketed to help track and secure a child yet none of the features are child friendly innovative or useful The tracking program of this app does not work without massive user input and you must have the phone in your hand which defeats the purpose of giving it to someone else in a remote location When and if you can ever get it to work it usually requires an adult to be holding the phone and the app at the same time while running the app on a separate device It is also extremely slow to use the app it takes over five minutes to request an location If your child was missing would you be ok waiting five minutes to do something a another phone can do in five seconds also knowing that it may not find it at all The app feels like it was made by college students for a term paper and works as fast as a dial up did back in the 90s That s just the problems with the software the hardware on the phone puts the speakers and microphone directly where you would hold the phone so a child would not be able to understand nor speak clearly while using this device Also One of the biggest drawbacks is there is no button lock out so the phone will pocket or backpack dial you multiple times in a day The call button is also the same height as the shell so every bump or nudge will activate it And good luck finding a case for it sprint offered one supposedly but I have never been able to find it for sale nor can the reps at the store provide one     DO NOT BUY PHONE APP NO WORK Ban Playmesh!

This app has problems all over the place My attempts to follow find adjust text options and change contacts are a total failure It can t seem to accomplish much Even on the desktop it fails to accomplish much When I called Sprint they said it was created and handled by an outside vendor Unfortunately it doesn t appear as though Sprint tested this system with beta phones before releasing it to the public We have had the phone less than a week and it hasn t helped give us peace of mind I intend to return it     App doesn t work mlaj73

I purchased this phone for my niece on April 14 And the software still doesn t work Fortunately Sprint has refunded my service activation fee The problem is adding contacts You re are supposed to be able to add 20 contacts but I was only able to add 5 and I couldn t update existing contacts This software is not ready to Go The company bombed on such a great idea     WEGO a NOGO PigskinPam
