Like so many others have stated I have been using this app since the Palm Pilot and Treo days I use it weekly Your support site says you re working on upgrading the app to support iOS 11 If that becomes impossible please provide a tool to migrate old lists from an iPhone with iOS 11 I really hope it doesn t come to that This causes one to question if we should proactively migrate off other Splash apps I don t think you or we want to do that if possible Not a threat A concern     Please deliver on your iOS 11 update plans asap Farinco

I have been a loyal customer of many of Splash Suite products since the early Palm Pilot years 20 years The apps have always worked well been well organized and been extremely helpful I have accumulated many lists that have been tweaked over the years and without the upgrade that is needed they are now totally useless The company used to have outstanding customer service but I am afraid that seems to have disappeared The Splash website has previously promised that Splash Shopper would be upgraded for iOS 11 but unless that gets followed through the promise is hollow and without substance I would have given the app 10 stars at any point in the past but since it s useless now I would give it zero if I could For iPhone users PLEASE UPGRADE THIS APP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE     10 Stars Dive Bombs to 0 dfhawk

This is a very good customizable app It works very well for making a grocery list including one master list when you shop at multiple stores for various items It provides a variety of flexible sorting options to make moving through the stores much more efficient Synchronization with the Mac desktop app is a bonus it allows for easier typing of entries instead of having to thumb them on your phone I have come to rely on this app for both weekly and more infrequent shopping needs But if it is not updated to 64 bit code before the introduction of iOS 11 it will become unusable I sincerely hope the developers provide a 64 bit update sometime this summer                     Very useful Please update to 64 bit Papa Lynch

As many have written I ve been using this since Palm Pilot days I ve tried other list apps that end up being more complicated so I stay with this because it has all of my lists ultimately works better than any of the others I ve tried But it looks old doesn t open to the last list used gives a warning that using it will slow down my phone because it hasn t been updated recently With a little effort this would be a 5 star app Now I hear that these older apps will no longer work with the next iOS update so I sincerely hope they ll refresh soon I d be happy even if it s a paid upgrade as long as it will import my lists PLEASE FIX             Great App PLEASE PLEASE Refresh sconnell2

I have used splash shopper since it was available on a palm I LOVED the ability to customize the list put in aisles so I m not walking all over the store to do my shopping But most of all I loved the Quick Lists feature They have not updated this app in so long that you cannot add any new lists Also when you try to add an item to your existing lists the app completely freezes and you have to completely shut down the app and reopen in order to unfreeze it I emailed their support months ago and they seem totally disinterested in getting it updated as they had no timeline to fix the problems they KNOW exists Unfortunately I haven t found another app that works the way this one did so I keep working around the problems I ll be happy to update this review if they ever fix the problems     Don t waste your money until app is updated Karen Quilts

I have used this program on various devices and desktops for over 15 years I am tired of accommodating it s many idiosyncrasies and poorly thought through implementations Once again the update has overwritten all of my many lists with the default set and there is no backup of many I ve made that will refill the data I really wish SplashData would take the time to make sure the program actually works as promised I am SOOOOOOO tired of wasting my time having to recover from their changes Syncing is a joke It never works right Just another case of a company that worries more about making promises in order to get the sale than in putting in the effort to get it right Don t waste your time look elsewhere for a list manager This one is mediocre at best So unreliable I ll have to simply use the old version unconnected on my iPad so it doesn t get screwed by poor programming as well         Half assed Dotyman

I m glad they finally fixed the problems that cropped up in iOS 7 and 8 but this version does not work well on iPad even though their blurb indicated it was for iPad Doesn t use the whole screen and the font size is very large so only a couple of items visible at a time Not worth trying to use on iPad Looks and works fine on iPhone but I prefer to use it on my iPad mii             Not useable on iPad judyereese

I have been a SplashShopper user for years since I used it on a Palm Pilot Frankly it was better before they ported it to iOS but since years of carefully built lists were stored in it I kept using it I am one of hundreds thousands of paid users who have not been able to use SplashShopper for months because the previous version would not open on my phone And I had never been able to get SplashShopper Desktop to work so I could not access my shopping lists Like a dutiful customer I went to their support site and asked for help getting my data out of the app so I could at least have my information I never got a response Not even a thank you for submitting your question Now months later I get notice by eBlast that I can pay for a new version Not a response to my request for help saying that there s a version that could fix my problems And they want me to pay for it to buy a fix to the probelm SplashData created I m livid Sure I ll pay for the app and the desktop version so I can get my data out of SplashShopper and never look back Being withut my data for 4 months is ridiculous Being aksed to pay to get it back is inexcusable Unless you want to be stuck in the same position I am the next time they introduce a buggy version of their app that will not open and you can t get your data out of BUY A DIFFERENT APP         Terrible support renarde3
