This is the app that I thought about long before discovering it Being the IT Guy of the house I choose all of the networking hardware study the design functionality of each component then monitor and maintain performance And what of my Customer Service department Again me There have been numerous times when one of my household or guests have said this wifi is slow and I have been able to immediately connect to the ssid with SpeedSpot and tell them Im getting Pingx Downloady and Uploadz which indicates either an ISP issue or their personal hardware issue and in a few instances able to advise them to connect to a secondary ssid or my newest 5GHz transmission Thanks SpeedSpot for making making my life easier Great Wifi Test Tool

I first got the wifi finder and found that speed test pro is a perfect companion to it I use to use Ookla to test my wifi but now I will use this It not only does the same thing but I can also help wifi finder users to find the best hot spots Win Win Please use this and submit your speeds people Great even with ads

This app does not allow you to choose which server to run test against Spotty server
The app is very accurate when it comes to testing normal network connections but not at all when it comes to testing VPN connections My VPN downloads content much faster than my default network connection but the app calculates a download speed of 15 mbps for my VPN and a download speed of 7 mbps for my default network connection Please improve VPN test stability in the next update Almost there
