This value does represent the speed of the device I have done many observations Two phones can have different numbers and still open and close apps at the same speed This number determines the power on time of a phone only The more apps installed the slower power up time is Be aware
It says if your number is lower than your phone is faster example I get a 134 and you get a 457 then my 134 is faster than yours but they need a better app for a CPU speed test but other than that its pretty accurate Not sure
