Space Invaders has been around for a LOOOONG time and this game shows us one thing it will never die It makes you see your game evolve as you progress and defeat more enemies and progress through levels Loads of content you can make levels out of your favorite songs and theres different difficulties and bonus levels and unlockable options and guns and ITS GREAT The only problem about this game is the price I would say its two dollars overpriced but the fact that youre reading this review probably means youre gonna get it anyway Enjoy PS The newest update says that it is full screen for iPhone 5G What about the iPod Touch 5G The game feels lame when its so small Cmon                 Great spin on an old franchise

I love this game and I can replay the entire thing several times and never get bored of it The only that restricts me of spending all of my time with it is responsibility                 Never gets old

A lot of the time you see cheap minimalist games sell for 99 cents or up and its a total rip off but this game is worth every penny and makes your ipadphone feel like a legit gaming console I highly recommend this game                 This is the best game I have period

This game is amazing Ive even played it on the ps3 but Ive noticed that in the ps3 version there are two more evolution sections 40 and 50 These two sections have evolved into the 3rd dimension and have higher evolved music and I absolutely love them Id love to be able to play them on the go and Im pretty sure a lot of people dont even know they exist so do you guys think you think you could add those two evolutionary sections in an update Or even as dlc I love this game so much              Add sections 40 and 50

Loses a star for extreme brevity and sometimes unresponsive controls but I love the creativity in weapons enemies and its nifty amped retro graphicsthe soundtracks OK technos not my thing but itll generate levels matched to your own music which is pretty cool It leaves me feeling what wasnt explored creatively more than what was so hopefully theyll add updates with stuff like gravity wells portals you have to pop around through and generally take fuller ownership and command of the broader gaming stage Would appreciate widescreen and the 3D levels to which others have alluded Excellent execution on expanding perhaps the most iconic videogame there ever was              short but sweet

I love this game so much I have ps3 version so I had to get this however I would like to see an update in the screen resolution so it fills it on the iPhone 5              Amazing

This game is awful I downloaded it by accident thinking it was the original Space Invaders This is some crazy game that only has side to side movement of your ship You dont even shoot your own missiles the game does it for you I am so sorry that I spent any money on this Dont bother trying to contact them the link to the developers on their website warns you of phishing and goes nowhere     wow

When you update an app state that you did so for the iPhone 5 then why are there black bars at the top and bottom of the screen still Thats the best the developers could do to update it after all this time add more space at the ends of the screen and say its updated Really     STILL NOT FULL SCREEN

This is the only game thats been on my phone from my iPhone 3G to my iPhone 4 and now my iPhone 5 I think it might even be the first game I bought on my 3G because I grew up playing the original Space Invaders The game is made incredibly replayable due to the music stages Two updates since the iPhone 5 shipped and still no widescreen support Taito Are you listening at all Very frustrated with the lack of updates Have removed a star on my rating because Taito wont update Infinity Gene for the iPhone 5 We are rapidly approaching a year since the iPhone 5 was released and still no iPhone 5 update for a game that would REALLY benefit from the extra screen size Becoming very disappointed It isnt just a matter of the graphics not extending to the edges of the screen but it is very easy for your finger to slip off of the are that the game is playing in and thereby lose control of the ship Taito please update              Please update for iPhone 5

This game is awesome Im really happy that they made a lite version so that I could see if I liked it first I am on stage 3 so far and I like the graphics The idea of making many different ships was cool and my favorite is lock on The bonus packs look epic and Im going to by some soon I If I had to say one thing though it would be that stage 2s background is the rushy and that it hurts to look at sorta If the background was changed it would be great The other backgrounds are fine Keep adding levels and updating the game please Its one of my favorite games now                 Amazing

OMG OMG OMG This is what Ive been saying for the past 45 straight blissful minutes the first time I played this game This game is so much better than your typical Space Invaders game Its not hype its real There are absolutely NO frustrating moments in this game I just love the precise controls on my iPhone If you are reading this review because you see a price tag then fear not this game is worth the few bucks When it comes to quality games we must show support because I guarantee that you will NOT find an equal on ANY competing video game system at any price The music has a beat that fits perfect with this game There is a music game where you can play to any track from your iTunes library The vast amount of ships that fill the display at once is just incredible I know what Ill be dreaming about in my sleep Recommended Yes                 I cant stop smiling

UPDATE 2 I have to lower my rating to 1 star because there is no workaround to the phone call issue I get frequent calls so that almost every time I try to play through the stages or survival mode I get a call and my score and achievements are lost I tried airplane mode nobody was able to call but after I got a high score it forgot it and didnt post it after I turned off airplane mode There is no way to turn off calls on an iPhone without turning off cellular data too STGs are no fun if you cant post highscores and thus this game is no fun Actually its much worse because it frustrates me so much There are some glaring problems that bring it down to 2 stars that most other shmups dont have a problem with The killer is the first one If you get a call during a game when you hang up the app restarts itself Had a world record billion points Too bad its gone Ive recently lowered my rating of this game to 2 stars because its so frustrating losing hours of gameplay to a phone call With this game you really have to turn your phone calls off first and risk losing a friend or losing your mind No leaderboards for each shipshot type Different ships score differently so that means that pro shmupers will only ever be playing with one ship What a waste please get those obviously hacked scores off the leaderboards Shmups are about scoring and tainted leaderboards ruin our fun ship control not as accurate as a Cave title Precision is important and swiping your finger in small increments or very low speed doesnt move your ship Theres kind of a coefficient of static friction that blocks your ship from starting moving making it hard to dodge thick bullets     One of the best shmups on iOS but

Good update As a long time user I would love to see a sequel Now before people complain about ingame graphics not scaling to iPhone 5 it may be unfair score wise Also they may need to get rid of older support for new changes I love this game and wish it all the best                 One of the greatest games of all time

This is a game that never gets boring Every time it evolves you get a new level a new weapon soundtrack or something It can also generate a custom level to match any song in your iTunes library each one different than the last How cool is that AND you dont need IAP to play                 NeverEnding Fun
