This is a functional and solid app for client charting that keeps getting better by the month I have practiced for 30 years with over 40 000 sessions of experience and I have reviewed multiple apps for practice When you see 8 people a day you need an app that is intuitive customizable and efficient to use The developers also are very responsive to support and requests It s not shiny and flashy it s intuitive clean and functional This is much different than having an app where you have to log onto the Internet and use it through your browser I am very impressed with app and hope they continue to support and improve it It has the makings of being the best client charting app I am not related to or have any interest financial or otherwise in the company that produces this app I was also not asked to write a review                     Best SOAP App only gets better Johnny465

Buyer beware Not reliable Did NOT receive any notification of change to this app from no fee other then purchase price prior to its changing to a paid monthly subscription It was a Free app for a year or more then it suddenly becomes a paid subscription app without warning and holds your data hostage Yes you can see the data but that s it The issue is I purchased the app for 20 as a STAND ALONE app and now they change it suddenly to a paid subscription app I WILL NOT continue to use this app There are plenty more paid subscriptions that are 100 better and more reliable Update now they re sending daily emails How can you trust a developer who sells an app with no monthly charges only to suddenly without warning decide to charge a monthly fee because they re small and didn t think they could make a go of it If they wanted to charge make a spinoff app and not support or update existing app so at least we could still use it This is a big rip off Buyer beware     No Notice Before Subscription Service Bristols girl

Made me pay for new version to continue to use the app and after I paid and updated the app all of 5yrs of my patient client files are gone And after some attempts to retrieve customer service disappeared also Five years worth of unreproducible medical documentation records gone And not even an offer to refund which could never replace the value of those files     Beware 5yrs of Patient Client Files LOST Selina7of9

Do not upgrade unless you wish to pay a monthly fee I recently upgrade to a new verision unaware that the app would try to force me to pay a monthly fee The pervious version was working just fine now I can t write any new notes unless I pay I want my old version back there was nothing wrong with it most importantly there was now addition cost after purchasing the App     DO NOT UPGRADE 123876354

I purchased this app upon release to document for my massage business The business model was recently switched to a subscription model without warning Now I can t use the app or access the hundreds of clients I have in the app without paying addition money I contacted the company via email crickets nothing Do not do business with a company that treats there customers this way The app is now rendered useless You ve been warned Terrible     Zero customer service OGPTLMT

Not only can I not even get the app to open now they are charging a large monthly fee All my notes from the last 2 years are apparently lost And I can t get anyone from the company to return my emails     Do not buy Nazataja

I paid 20 for this app a few years ago Now in order to use it I need to pay a large subscription fee for an app I already purchased Very bad for loyal costumers I wrote for a refund and never heard back     What happened jjw!!!

Just wish it would tell you it wasn t free from the beginning instead of waiting for you to get comfy getting used to it as it takes you to tutorials It wasn t til I finished a full SOAP note visitor information visits and additional notes THEN started to work on another client before it told me a subscription was required to proceed Then locked up my visitor information Lol Makes it a little iffy so I deleted all my client info before uninstalling Don t lock up my client info like that lol             Pretty awesome app here z0mdee

I liked this app quite well until the upgrade a month ago With absolutely no warning users were hit with a REQUIRED 7 99 monthly subscription fee to continue using an app we d already paid for No free trial to let us see if the improvements would be worth the additional fee I also find it interesting that reviews like mine get pushed down and can t be seen if you ask to see reviews of the current version         Blindsided with fees Earthmuffin

This WAS a fantastic app that I ve used for about 2 years Now with an automatic update you are required to pay a monthly quarterly or yearly subscription to continue to use it Bad move I believe to current users who bought this app with the understanding it s only a one time purchase only I don t even like the new update preferred the other version Yes the update looks cleaner overall But I personally preferred the ease of using the older version I normally don t leave reviews but this has been upsetting enough for me to take time to do so Will be looking into another program         Was great not now GFabricator

This app has been great but please note that latest update forces you to pay a fee to keep using it You can still see the data you ve entered but you can no longer edit or add to it unless you subscribe which is not warned for in the update notes It s a fantastic tool and for that I would give it five stars but having to pay 80 year for continued service especially without any warning is not great             Mixed review aklmbt

I ve been using this app for a couple years now and it s awesome totally worth the money to buy it My issue is that now out of the blue I have to pay for a subscription Next time you decide to drop a bomb like that on your customers at least have the decency to warn them in advance I have no choice but to pay because all my 200 clients are already in the system Oh and apparently you can no longer backup to Dropbox It has to be iCloud             The app is great but CRT1989

This is an outstanding application I have been looking for a solution for efficient documentation utilizing the iPhone in my clinical practice and this has helped tremendously However I have had a few technical support questions and have made numerous attempts to contact technical support for almost one month and No one from the application support team has responded to my questions If the software developer of this application reads this review it would be most appreciated if they would please provide the best way to contact them for timely responses on technical support issues All of my attempts thus far have been made to them directly through their website and no one has responded to my requests for assistance thus far Dr Major                     Great Application However DrMajor

I am trying to move my little massage practice to be as efficient as possible and using this ap on my iPad has helped immensely I do wish there was an intake form was told its in development and I also wish there was a way to have an alert pop up when opening a client For example a client who cannot be prone oil allergies preferences etc otherwise as the practitioner you need to put in the same notes for each visit or go back to first appointment Other than the couple things I feel are missing this is a perfect fit for me I am very glad I purchased it                 Great ap would love some additions Mrseggleston

This is the first app of its kind I have used I like the ease of importing clients from my contact list and backing up data I like having the Stamp prompts to make entering notes quicker I have printed reports for clients and one thing I would like is to be able to change the font size on the reports is there a way to do that because the font is very small It would also be convenient to be able to edit Stamps without deleting them and rewriting them is that possible And another great future feature would be to make it possible to create and save symbols or color codes for the drawing page That would elevate my rating to 5 stars                     Like this App HarpBird

This app has been improved overtime Now it s truly easy to import data by taking pictures of documents This app is password protected yay backups to your Dropbox or similar storage and it allows for pre made stamps customized notes which can save you loads of time and make each note extensive and detailed So soap note taking is pretty easy with this app if you take that initial time to create all the stamps and of course input all the client data One can also color in the anatomical map which often becomes a useful addition to notes Well if you love doing soap notes or if you are like me and have to do them this app is worth a buy I tried several other soap apps in the App Store and discarded them shortly I think the design of the app could be fancier but for the price I won t complain                 Has a potential Lic massage therapist

Even 1 star is too much rating After using this app for 2 months and praising it it crashed and lost my patient data It worked great up until then but then went horribly wrong I emailed the developer and it took him 4 days to respond He blamed the issue on the cloud eventhough it was a glitch in the app After losing all my patient data I m VERY skeptical about using another app for my patient files BEWARE     Don t waste your money Xpbabe

I like the app very much and use it for my massage practice The customer support is great fast answers and very nice I will give it five stars when they will publish the fix for the bug that erased all my info on my IPhone when I backed up through email I did not subscribe to the cloud and was doing fine with email back up but now it feels a little precarious I don t think that I should be forced to pay for the cloud Also waiting for a new option to take off the notes update date that started at last update If I had paid more attention to the update information I would probably have not done it I was quite happy before with the app             Fabulous app Capucin01
