Still the only service that provides easy manual sorting albeit in web browser only along with a complete set of upload and sharing features Somehow they manage to make the photos look better without ever overenhancing All of that is done for both photos and videos They also have a sense of humor I wish they would support manual photo sorting on iOS                 Web native apps complement each other

Have been a huge fan of Smugmug for over four years now this app is a great app                 App is great but mysteriously deletes my galleries

Overall the SmugMug iOS app is pretty well done The critical missing feature for me is the ability to view add titles and captions for pictures It would be very convenient to be able to see this information when viewing albums and also to enter this information in the app directly after uploading pics              Good iOS version of web app

Had an older phone until a couple of months ago and my site wouldnt function properly in the browser so the SmugMug app was the only way I could access my site when away from a real computer which is often Now with a newer model phone I have not even tried using the browser because the SmugMug app works so well                 Love everything about SmugMug

Smug Mug is absolutely the best way to store archive and share your photos With their plans that offer unlimited storage this is a no brainer Ive been using it for over a year and have just scratched the surface in utilizing all the features Ive used other photo sites but this one is my favorite                 The Best For Photos

This app is terrific for quickly uploading apps and videos to albums Its so fast and easy that I upload photos of my family every day or two which means I share new content with others far more often now My main complaint is that the video playback often does not work on the phone app but if I go to a computer and play my videos through Safari or Chrome browsers they always work              Great workflows for easy uploading and browsing

Its completely worth the few dollars a month it costs Im an iPhone user so space is scarce and gets eaten up by photos fairly quickly But now I can just store everything on SM And theres so many things you can do with privacy customization and a bunch of features that I dont even use but are awesome Plus its easier to use and a smoother experience than any free photo storage anything Ive used before                 A

Ive had a Smugmug account for over three years and have been very happy I never really use the app so Im somewhat new to it in terms of that I never use it to upload images or videos Recently I started to use it as I ran out of space in my 65GB Dropbox account Realizing I Accidentally ran out space I realized I could probably use my smugmug account to backup by iPhone photos and videos From what I can tell this app works great for uploading photos although it would be great if it had an auto sync function and later go in and organize the media Interface looks and works great but uploading videos take forever if they upload at all I have experienced several glitches 1 uploading videos whether one at a time or several take a very long time I left two 4 min and one 1 min videos uploading overnight Set iPhone to never sleep mode as this app doesnt upload in background not keeps the phone from going to sleep The upload stoops several times due running over the time allotment or something like that 2 on another upload the videos didnt upload and received another upload failure message but then showed up later after I attempted to reupload the same videos So now there was duplicates Since you cant delete from the app I had to go through the web browser to delete the videos 3 several of the uploaded videos wont play I keep getting video not available yet try again later messages They play in the browser but not in the app Strange 4 Of all the videos Ive been trying to upload Ive only been able to upload 9 I was surprised that Carousel had uploaded those same videos without me knowing it before I decided to use my Smugmug account I found out my videos were backing up when I received a Your Dropbox account is out space message It was cool to see that it was happening all along Where now its been a real pain trying to do the same into my paid account and having to do it manually leaving my phone running practically all day and night at work and home trying to test these features           Not for uploading video

Am I the only one that thinks this app is limited It needs the ability to addsearch keywords captions and titles then it will be perfect Also needs the ability to make site changes The mobile site is much better than the app        Almost Perfect

Read great reviews so I downloaded After having to leave computer open all night to download 900 pics didnt have to do that with Google plus spent hours and days trying to read threads and site directions on how to create albums on iPad After finally breaking down crying I have given up I wthank goodness for 14 day free trail I am not great with computers but not stupid either The icons the direction never showed up I was able to get 1 photo Save your sanity and DONT USE THIS APP     Impossible to figure out

Recently smugmug app crashes a on my iPhone 6 as soon as try to upload a picture Very disappointing as I take pictures of my daughter on my phone and share on smugmug I wrote to smugmug customer support but no response     Smugmug crashing

Great app great photovideo storage but in the current iPad version you can not play uploaded videos Hopefully they smash this bug soon Contacted SmugMug today and brought it to their attention Will see how long it takes to get it fixed           Cant play videos on iPad app
