SimplePractice - Practice Management System for Mental Health

This app is a great start allowing for easy access to patient records and limited data entry Unfortunately it still lacks the ability to enter client payments meaning youll have to find a computer to finish your data entry each day Additionally there is still no iPad version of the app and the web page does not work well via iPad Otherwise though this app has been fantastic and the developers are constantly working to improve it              Not bad and improving

Its so simple now to keep contact info and emergency contacts with me at all times No more HIPAA worries And to always have my schedule and notes with me makes life so much easier                 Simple

Last December I was looking for an app that could help me manage my psychotherapy practice better and I found Simple Practice You do need to be a paid subscriber to the webbased service but it is a wonderful service and has been worth the modest cost I see about 20 clients per week in my cashonly practice I have a lot of other things going on in my life and not a lot of time to handle paperwork etc Before Simple Practice I was often remiss in getting statements to my clients on a timely basis Since I see this as part of the service that I offer to my clients I wanted to get a handle on that With Simple Practice I can email each client his or her statement with just a couple of clicks I havent been late once this year Simple Practice has a caledar where you keep appointments I have to keep two calendars for a complicated reason which is a pain but doable Once the client has come in you click into the appt on the calendar to make your note and record the payment That is it The program then keeps track of who owes what and generates statements easily and accurately Although most of my clients pay at the end of each session I have a couple of people who need to pay monthly It would be difficult to keep track of balances without Simple Practice I can also see how much money I made each month With the iphone app I can even dictate my session notes so being up to date on my record keeping is actually possible now Finally the people who run Simple Practice have been really great to deal with They are obviously investing a lot in this and are very responsive to suggestions and questions I know they just unrolled an option for insurance billing and are planning on making more upgrades and changes                 This has helped me take my practice to the next level

Love the app Syncs well with ical Love that initials are used in iCal But the app has full names and demographics It also has The ability to schedule appointments from my iPhone Sweet and its HIPPA compliant too Thanks              Great office scheduler

This app is the perfect practice management app in my pocket I can manage all my scheduling write and review notes It would be great if I could use it to charge credit cards through the app as well                 Hands down best practice management on iPhone

I absolutely love this app I dont take my computer to the office and I love the fact I can still take care of business using my iPhone The app helps me with writing and updating my notes scheduling clients changing session fees and codes etc great job guys                 Lifesaver
