My shoulder has been hurting and I wasn t sure what to do downloaded this app and it gave me a couple foam roller exercises I had a foam roller but hadn t been using it for this so glad I downloaded the app Once I started the foam rolling exercises I felt immediate relief will continue them going forward thank you so much                     Helped immediately AmberPartae
Disappointing This app consists of nothing more than very short videos of 3 foam roller and 2 stability ball exercises addressing the spine and lats There are also 6 strength exercises Meh         5 exercises Viewer22
