Just like the website searching for an already shipped order under SHIPMENTS section is a waste of time You won t get any results Even for shipments you sent 3 days ago Very frustrating Everything else is great But on an iPhone that s kinda what you really need To check on orders Not create new ones         Love the company Hate the searching ability ShannonRawls

We recently changed to Ship Station to avoid the issues we have had with similar companies in the past They re one of the best out there and they have great customer service However their app is pretty much useless The only thing functional on it is loading your most recent orders Forget searching scrolling or looking up shipped orders because that won t load Really wish this app would work so when I m traveling I can stay on top of my orders since the webpage is much too large that it barely loads on most of my work computers much less my phone Your customer service is the only thing keeping me from dropping this to a one star             Great idea poor execution Annon84

I am very glad I found ShipStation I didn t realize there even were apps that did this so I was thrilled to get a fast solution for shipping that works this well My one thing would be to allow us to set a default for when you combine orders to where the first order is always the surviving order date That way I know how old my shipments are even after combining them This may already be a thing I couldn t figure out and if so please contact me if you have a way of figuring this out                     LOVE ShipStation Baby Mama 11234567

I have a subscription with ShipStation and I can t sign into the mobile app I tap Sign in again and it just comes up again saying you have valid credentials but no subscription     Can t sign Yehaawww!

Current version does not show sales figures for each of the different sales channels Also turning off the new order notifications option does not always work It seems to default to enable new order notifications each time you open the app This alert feature can be annoying when you get as many orders as I do     Please fix bugs Jank McStool

I ve been using Endicia on my iMac for 10 years the app is great I contacted them to ask if I could use my iPad or another iOS device to ship they said that their company owned ShipStation and that it was the only was to ship USPS on my iPad I was so excited But First it s a huge pain to get the app I had to sign up for a 2nd Endicia account then sign up to ShipStation then screw around trying to link the two accounts Second the app isn t designed for iPad it s designed for iPhone so it s runs weird in a little box with blurry edges the content is often cut off Third the app is so horribly designed it s unusable ShipStations user interface architect should be dragged into the street and shot in each limb and be left bleeding for hours before finally being shot in the face so that they might suffer as much as ShipStations customers This is by far one of the crappiest designs I have EVER run into The app is buggy and hardly functions It s so poorly laid out and poorly implemented that it s nearly unusable It s extremely inefficient it has all kinds of bogus ridiculous half baked features that don t work Don t waste your time it s a complete piece of garbage I just can t wrap my head around how or why this abortion was released     This app is a joke SavvyAJ

This app is really fantastic But as others noted could use a couple more features 1 for me is the ability to create multiple boxes in a shipment This is really important 2 is a nice to have the ability to modify inventory from the app Otherwise it is truly excellent                 So close Buckaroo Bonzai
