I got carried away and spent 100 on coins and cash I took a screen shot of my profile name and unique ID The game glitched I lost everything I had purchased including cues and chat packs I never received an answer to my email I still love to play but now I do it on the free money              Love the game lost my cash

This game use to be a lot of fun now its replaced by frustration anger As a lot of you have said its the best pool came out there It is Tho the glitches the no connection the throwing you out of gamestournaments even when you have great internet connection is crazy How can it be my turn then freezes then all of a sudden it un freezes balls are all in the same places yet its THERE turn No tickets no money back nada Ive emailed storm8 about this before a few months ago and they claimed they would give me my money back Months later none Fool me once shame on you Fool me twice shame on me There wont be a third Storm8do something about this     Sad

Ive downloaded four different pool apps and this is by far my least favorite Too many promotional offers and other game suggestions Sometimes two or three in a row Game play is lousy too     One of the worst pool apps available

I agree with HarleyNani53 game has great graphics but when you loose connection you also loose coins your game is forfeited and it takes 21 hours to get your coins reloaded I also have a question how do you earn gems        Great game but needs improving

I love this game However I dislike how you only have a certain number of times you can play per game unless you buy virtual cash to pay for more turns Other than that I throughly enjoy it              Very fun but waiting

I feel sometimes that this game is somewhat flawed It lets the other player win more often than myself I know this is true because when I hit the balls in sometimes the balls get stuck and dont go in the holes correctly                 Good gamehowever

I like this game but for over a month my level hasnt changed because the earned starts arent adding up so Im stuck on level 35 Annoying           Annoying glitches

My score and level is different on my iPhone and iPad are different instead of being the same that is why I am giving it two stars instead of five        Does not sync with ipad

It takes your money when it freezes And you cant have more than 40 at a time U pay 7 a game wether you win or lose your out that money I know they want you to pay with real dinero I just wish they would let you stock up on their virtual cash You even have to pay when you play a off line match Money money money           Could be a lot better
