OK I signed up for a new account But I was setting the password on mobile which means it s more difficult to capture the password Apparently I had the wrong password So I tried numerous times to re set the password but never received the re set link I religiously checked the spam folder So I gave up and tried to create a new account under another email address I was told I have an account under that address so I needed to re set the password I tried to do that But the URLs I was sent to gave me Error Unable to validate requested client and This site can t be reached I don t understand why I would have these problems with Citrix I really want to use this app The reviews sound great     I can t get access to this OurLadyOfGuadalupe

Works great on the iPhone but upon closing it freezes and crashes the desktop PC That is not good         Buggy AJA1

It needs a standard computer keyboard because i use the up left right and down arrow keys I dont want to buy a keyboard app for this                     Great but Lambo ( .......

Having used Logmein for years I needed a replacement as they no longer are supporting a free version ShareConnect is a decent replacement and seems to do most tasks that I require remotely My 4 stars is because there seems to be a noticeable lag in commands but nothing that precludes using it as needed                 Not bad Thrumyeyez

I would love to get this app to work but it simply will not function It won t accept my credentials DOMAINUSER NAME to login saying they are invalid After locking me out for 5 minutes it now tells me after a connection attempt that it has lost communication to my device I would almost fall for it if I didn t have an active RDP session running from my iPad to my computer Additional issues with a glitchy UI that is constantly trying to reload refresh parts of the screen in a seizure inducing flicker of activity Probably the least impressive of Citrix s apps to date     Great idea poor follow through s0v3r1gn

If you travel a lot and need to take care of business using an American IP address this is the way to go Easy to setup and easy to use Very powerful tool                     Must have 8thDeadlySin

It was a snap to set up It was very responsive with little lag without wifi I didn t give 5 stars because you can t navigate windows 8 as if it were a touchscreen Still I love the app                 Easy setup Rocketiiiman

This app will not let me in It is distinguishing between a good and bad password because the wrong password results in an immediate error message But the right password results in a never ending wheel Please fix this     Not working MJSchaap

This tool is so helpful I work on the go all the time and ShareConnect is a game changer for the way I do business now I can access any application I still have at the office and they operate perfectly from my iPad even the heavy duty ones like CAD and QuickBooks The user interface is the most intuitive I ve seen from any Remote Desktop tools and I ve used them all It s like I have my office in my pocket now Perfect if you need to work from home or if you have multiple offices you work from Also great if you need to get to clients computers for support training editing files on the go etc Overall this is a bargain for the value it gives you because of how easy it makes my work life and how much time it saves me My business has blown up since I installed this 4 months ago Kudos to Citrix getting it right                     Mr Timmy Park
