Great sandwiches now a great app to reward me for eating at my favorite place I can use it anywhere to look for a Schlotzskys or browse their menu Really fun and useful                 Lotzmore to luv

Ive used other rewards programs that give you credit for every dollar you spend This gives you the same credit whether your bill is 6 or 60              Love the rewards program but it could be better

Ive never been able to get the barcode reader to work I wish it would let me save up my receipts and enter them at one time              Pretty good

When trying to add a purchase a permission screen pops up that cant be terminated in any way To escape from that I had to reboot the phone then delete the app Now its gone Who cares Surely Schlotskys doesnt     Lockup

This app pretty much replaces a loyalty punch card remember those and to that extent it works well The sound effects are loud annoying and silly and need to go A confirmation beep when the barcode is scanned would be helpful but the other noises add no useful information           Works but too noisy

The pizzas are great and a coupon for every seventh visit Easy to scan the receipt but could you please add wifi to your restaurants                 Thank you

In addition to their great food Schlotzkys has a great app with a loyalty rewards program thats the easiest Ive ever used                 I love Schlotzkys food and app

Good luck getting your freebies with this app 90 of the time the barcode scanner wont work and when you type in the numbers manually it tells you that this code has been used Pretty sure the same numbers are being used on receipts When you email customer service you get a rude and unhelpful reply that you are trying to use the same code twice Thanks for nothing I work on mobile apps and do testing but they reply as if you are a moron trying to rip them off Keep your 7 and your food cause I wont be coming back     Scanner manual entry wont work

Fix app in itunes It crashes doesnt work doesnt connect to lotz server and receipts time limit expires for entering the code FRUSTRATING     No rewards

This app works great and really easy to use                 Great App

The app is generally clumsy and doesnt offer a smoother user experience More importantly the barcode scanner takes way too long to scan a perfectly legible barcode in more than adequate light if it even works at all     Needs work

Well the new update killed the scanner Now you have to enter the bar code manually It worked flawlessly before It would scan it for you Guys why update something to make it worst Cmon you can do better than that        New update doesnt work

It was exciting to find a Schlotzskys here in El Paso as the ones in Knoxville TN closed It has not taken long to earn 7 punches however you do need to scan your receipt soon after eating in order to not lose out The only problem I had was redeeming for my first time My phone said I earned the reward but said to swipe the sandwiches to the left when redeeming for my 7 off This was incorrect and also made it appear I had lost my redemption The sweet cashier showed me that I should actually swipe to the Right and it magically appeared Also my redemption notice didnt show in the app under history nor did the congrats redemption email contain a coupon or alternative to the sandwich swipe instructions I would recommend doing both do customers that think they lost their ability to redeem for 7 off can either pull up a coupon from their email message or find it easier in their history area of the app Great reward once you figure out the redemption glitch though              Hard to redeem with glitch but nice rewards

The concept of this is great but I wish the program was more customizable I get the original medium which falls under the 6 threshold I dont want a soda and I certainly dont want chips I wouldnt mind the large sandwich but its like double the price The point is that Id like to see the program give you a meal after seven transactions that is equivalent to what you spend on the meals to meet this threshold At current this is useless to me        The App is Fine But 6 Minimum Purchase

For the past couple revisions the camera scanner feature is now broken iPhone 5 and the receipt code must usually be entered manually Once in a blue moon the scanner will work but seldom When that is fixed it will be a good app        Camera scan broken

I eat schlotskys every week I get the medium smoked turkey with cheese Delicious Every seventh visit I get 7 off my purchase and can use up my in my change purse I do understand if u do not purchase a meal and buy a small sandwich you will not reach the 7 minimum to punch your card This is unfortunate I do think they did this on purpose to encourage you to purchase the meal or a bag of chipsdrink Otherwise it is fabulous                 Well worth it

As a replacement for the loyalty punchcard there is one too many restrictions I can understand the 72 hour limitation to scan your receipt but to also require that the receipt must be scanned within 2 hours of your redeeming the reward is ridiculous I have already missed out on one reward for a free sandwich all because I scanned the seventh receipt right after receiving it Really Its just not worth it     Virtually Useless
