I m very disappointed in the digital version of this magazine September s print edition is out in stores but I only received the August edition last week It takes so long for the new editions to be available to download Not worth spending your money     Ayleigh AAmaya505

As previous reviews stated with the update back issues were removed and have to be re uploaded Since the update issues are delayed Issue came available late last month and it is mid October and still SEPTEMBER is my current issue When I wrote pocket mags support their email reply to me was we wait for the supplier Feel like the dog chasing it s tail UPDATE digital issues are still delayed I do not plan to renew I         Digitally distressed bglenn90

Ever since Pocketmags has taken over distributing things have gone straight to hell Great magazine if we can ever get the issues in a timely manner It took until last week and me sending multiple emails for them to get me the October issue I got the September issue before I got the July and August issues When I emailed them about the missing issues Pocketmags told me that San Diego magazine had published the September issue right after the June issue Laughable When I called them out on this lie they apologized and restored my issues San Diego magazine should find a new digital publisher Or go back to the one you had before Please     Pocketmags distributing is horrible Flysafely

Pocket Mags is a horrible distributor of this magazine Here it is October 16th and I still haven t received it on my iPad Pocket Mags stated that they haven t received it from the publisher which is wrong San Diego Magazine Digitial support said they submitted it October 3rd and to contact Apple AppStore support Apple says they can t do anything and to contact Pocket Mags All it is is a circle to nowhere and I m very frustrated Don t waste your time with this digital magazine     San Diego Magazine Pocket Bags

Apparently SD Mag has changed it s distributor and somehow when I updated with this latest version most of my issues were missing I have been trying to work with pocketmags to get this corrected but they seem to be ignoring me They asked for proof of purchase to register for THEIR website and pretty much I did all that and have not seen or heard from them since NOT HAPPY Where do I go now to get resolution for what I have already paid for     2 yrs of back issues missing whiskey sam99
