Mismatched and random colors account management that doesnt work says email address already registered but then password reset fails with same email address A total embarrassment of an app Garbage     Ugly broken

This is so convenient I love how it stores all of my info including my usual orders to add from This has made buying groceries with three little kids doable                 Love this app

I like almost everything about this app the convenience of delivery service is fantastic                 Convenient

1search doesnt work all the time It cant find items such as salad or Mint etc 2 The app logs you out even when using it After few minutes of usage if you dont use the app you have to log in again If other apps can remember it why cant this app 3 Cart becomes empty automatically while using the app 4 Lot of times the item is not available during delivery 5 Searching when it works is extremely slow I hope this app learns from other retail apps Not a good experience     Half baked app

I created an account and it will not let me log in I reset my password with the website should be in the app and it still did not let me log in I can see from other reviews that this app has many usability problems     Unusable

This is a great app Only issues I have is that some of the products in the store cannot be purchased via the app Also you cannot use other pay options such as Safeway gift card or the Fast Forward Safeway card              Only two issues

It is very slow when downloading cart give lots of messages not available at this time and very lame regarding the search has to be exact spelling rather than pulling up close to what is being searched           Vons Delivery App

Overall I love this app Its wellorganized and easy to use I like that you can shop by history making it a very quick process The one big thing I wish it would change is the ability to stay logged in unless you log out With this update it would be a 5star app to me              So convenient

Yes you have to put your password in each time It would be helpful to let us stay logged in unless we log out The app works well for me Ive used Safeway since 2005 for my shopping needs yes I hate grocery shopping so Im an expert online grocery shopper Ive not had any of the problems the other reviewers are complaining about It may have something to do with their service vendor                 Great app for on the go shopping

I cant use this app because Safeway does not deliver in my area I know that I just want to shop by aisle in my local Safeway but I cant sign in because I cant get past the registration page Argaaah     Cant use this app

The look of the UI is somewhat better now but browsing and searching are very slow and unresponsive Please allow a remember me option at login or add Touch ID its very frustrating to keep signing in every time Especially when multitasking           Still needs work

I really find this easy to use I like that you can pull up the nutritional info on items I like they show what is on sale I wish there was a top button at the bottom of long varieties Such as yogurt you have to scroll and scroll to get back to the top to go back to selections              Easy to use

Only used 2 times only So far the milk Doritos came with no probs Didnt see anything missing or damage goods here Prices are different for some items A 8oz tuna can in store cost 159 in app 259 Most of the items on sale for instore and app are the same Delivery times are fair and could be faster Not bad but not great in my opinion           Ok

Wow this app is outstanding Its great I even took a chance to order all of my groceries that I get each month Milk eggs and pretty much the breakable items came in one piece and nothing wrong with it Its wonderful and they are definitely gentle with your groceries I would recommend this for sure I would use this app anytime It worked perfectly for me I cant wait to do it again I have questions though How far to they deliver What is there delivery radius Example 25 mile radius from a Safeway store That I would love to know I hope everyone can enjoy this app like I do                 Safeway Delivery

Its fine once youre in but having to type in your password every time you open this is crazy troublesome You should be able to use TouchID or better yet just no login until you go to buy           Functional Once you get in

Every single thing you click causes a loading screen to popup even your own cart Even things you just downloaded a second ago and clicked on again There is no way to copy any text so you are forced to memorize coupon codes instead of just having a button to add them When you are in a section you have to scroll to the very top of it before you are allowed access to the back button In every possible way this app is abysmally worse then simply using the website which is also a navigational user nightmare Youve actually managed to make home grocery shopping not worth the effort Safeway Thats quite a feat     Simply broken

The interface is a bit clunky but functional If you cannot go out you can get groceries if you have a list of say 50 items expect to take an hour HOWEVER when checking out the app fails period Unknown error with no recourse usually around the credit card 2 out of 3 times I had to go to the desktop to complete the order and one time lost the work done on the list Telephone support knows nothing about the app They tell you to use the desktop I was using both the iPad version and the just revised iPhone6 plus version Suggest you use the desktop if you are desperate this app is a waste of time     Worst app Ive ever encountered

I wasnt sure about this app based on the other reviews but I REALLY wanted to order my groceries for delivery I am so glad I took the chance I absolutely hate going grocery shopping I hate navigating the cart through the store and around all the other people I hate the lines I hate hauling the groceries to my car and then from my car to the house I know this makes me sound lazy but I am a single mother of two who works 50 hours a week so ordering my groceries from the comfort of my living room couch and scheduling them to be here when I get home from work the next day is life changing The app is very user friendly and I love it                 Love it

I love the Milville version of this app because as I think of items that I want to put on my grocery list I just grab my phone and do so no matter where I am The app is very intuitive easy to use and quick Great app and great service from Safeway                 Accessible

Pros Delivery is very convenient although I almost never get everything I order theyre out of two or more items every week Cons Prices are more expensive than in the store No way to adjust the type size very small and hard to read App is slower to load items and cart than the website is           Not Bad Needs Improvement

Which is about all I can say its decent the pop ups with additional info are nice but it does quit occasionally and a lot of weekly in store sale items arent featured To be fair Safeways actual physical service once youve placed your order through the app is great The app is OK but it could be better Integration with Safeways weekly ReTale flyers would be one obvious improvement since items in the flyers are sometimes clickable it would be nice if that at least gave you the option of going to this app           Safeway decent app lacks in store specials

Really glad safeway made an app for their delivery service Really convenient to be able to order groceries from the comfort of my couch Unfortunately the downside to this app is that you cannot add just4u coupons to your card and you cannot see your just4u savings for this app You have to use the regular Safeway app to do this Also it would be nice if all my just4u coupons transferred to the products I order for delivery Ive noticed I dont always get my savings              Very convenient app

Clear wellorganized and responsive app the only change I would suggest would be to accept coupons The special deals offered are very good but Id also like the chance to use other coupons as well                 Love love love this app

Cannot log in to this rev Wont even accept the new password Safeway sent me Called customer service and finally gave up after being on hold for over 10 minutes Useful when it works but will delete it     Cant even log in

Launch the app try to log in the app says my password isnt correct Click link to reset password email from Safeway gives me a new temporary password Reset the password go to log in screen enter new password app says its wrong Delete app reinstall go through whole process again same behavior Completely useless     Currently Unusable

Safeway delivery is great I use this app all the time Im able to add things to my cart as I go throughout the week shopping while commuting is a great time rescuer then place my order to be delivered when I need it The delivery service is great arriving on time with the exact ingredients I selected you can specify substitutions of size brand or none The app is easy to understand and locating items is fast I really like being able to order from my past purchases Thumbs up                 My weekly shopping trip

Ive used the service three times now Delivery is almost always free thanks to coupon codes Drivers are friendly and usually call to deliver early The problems I have to log in every time This isnt a bank guys save my login or let me login with Touch ID limited products I still have to go to another grocery store to buy lactose free productsexcept for milk           Its good but needs some work

Best app Easy and always perfect Only way I buy groceries anymore Wouldnt change a thing except add more seafood available to order when in season I dont know how I ever lived without it                 Love it only way to grocery shop

I created an account on my PC and when I try to log in using this app I get nowhere It just keeps bringing me back to the log in screen An endless loop going nowhere              YUK
