Runners Interval Timer

The app does what it is supposed to do My issue is that it doesnt run in the background I can launch any other app I have and switch off the screen with the power button and they will run just fine Music app Mail etc When doing that with rTimer it just stops So I have to have it running and on the screen and the screen on           Doesnt run in the background iPhone 4 iOS 7

I should have looked at the latest version date Hasnt been updated in a long time Sadly this app crashes randomly requiring the user to start over at the beginning Beyond frustrating Love the flexibility love the interface Hate the crashing     buyer beware

I thought this would allow me to easily create intervals that would repeat x number of times an it does not     Not as advertised

Last week on a business trip I forgot my Garmin Forerunner and needed something for my interval training I came accross this and for 199 I decided to give it a try It certainly isnt a training tool of any significant degree as it neither gives speed or distance However I knew that when I ordered it So that didnt disappoint me What I didnt know and to my surprise it integrated very well with the MP3 on the iPhone so there was no doubt about the interval timing change This was particularly good as normally I have difficulty hearing my GPS signal when the environment is noisy or the music loud This program cut right through that So all in all pretty good but not great If this function could integrate with something that recorded speed and distance that would be great and would receive 5 stars and could given Garmin a run for their money no pun intended              Comparison to a Garmin GPS

Disappointed that I didnt know this going into it but this needs tow work with Pandora or iTuneslike other running apps     Nice but needs to work with Pandora

As a new runner that is following a walkrun training program I thought this app would be helpful For the most part it is However I run with 3 programs running music in iTunes Nike GPS and this timer However I find it resets A LOT So in the middle of either walking or running Ive realized it stopped timing my intervals        Keeps shutting off

I am happy to say that when I bought this App I thought to myself if it doesnt work well no big lose its not expensive at all and worth a tryso happy that I tried it out You can use other Apps at the same and switch back and forth which is the best part Its great to have the music pause for a second to tell you what to do Couldnt be happier and feel bad for those who dont enjoy this application Whatever bugs or negative feedback was listened to and this app now works great Happy customer              Wow surprisingly excited

Force to give the 1 star Does not run in the background or with other running apps ie Nike Running     Disappointed

Please fix it before our next Saturday long run Best interval timer but now it crashes with the new io7 update So upset Love Ana Alina Roxanne     Io7 crashes the app

Used this timer for the first time today Things I really like about this ap you can hear the interval timer over the music so you can listen to your Ipod while using you have the choice to unlock the screen right on the ap and not having to change your settings the numbers are large so that while youre running you can easily see how much further you have to go that you can custom the amounts of times and the colorsvoices of the timers Things I would definitely do to make this a fivestar ap I would like to be able to set the total time I want to run or at the very least the amount of intervals The total time ran the font should be larger The ability to store the time ran with a date I think a lap timer would be a great enhancement too           Decent Timer
