Ride On Real Time Transit Information

What happened with this app It used to be so helpful before its update and now Im missing busses and becoming late for work and classes I really hope they fix it soon     What Happened

One of the reasons why I used to like this app is because it gave relatively reliable schedule and real time information on bus routes and stops But after an update that information no longer loads on my iPhone 5s So now it is worthless     No longer loadsworthless

The new algorithm update has made the app unusable The individual stops and favorites no longer load data only the wheres my ride section shows information but stops disappear and reappear on refreshes     Update Broke FavoritesStops

The app would claim the bus was here and it wasnt Complete waste of time No better than a printed schedule        Useless

Its pretty accurate and its come in handy many many times especially when I dont know what bus to take our the schedule              Great App

Which is what I use it for              Only good for checking times

It works if you dont expect too much It would be nice if the app distinguished when it was reporting realtime versus schedule data It seems that more and more often the app only shows schedule data which can differ greatly from when bus actually arrives This seems like an easy fix since the data is from two different sources Lastly dont waste time emailing support They dont respond           Mostly not real time data

Is not accurate and foes not gove all possible modes of transportation It is a big waste of time to download It gives you longer routes to reach your destination     Stupidest app ever

The prior version of this app was great This one doesnt recognize bus stops or schedules using GPS and doesnt load schedules when you put them in directly Totally useless     Terrible

This app promises so much but delivers so little 95 of the functionality doesnt work This is a black eye for Montgomery County and needs to be fixed yesterday     Pointless app

It rarely has real time info just shows scheduled time And the plan a trip function doesnt seem to work It doesnt understand twinbrook station as a destination which is ridiculous I still use this app because as far as i know its the only one for the MoCo bus system     Barely useful

Maybe its a use I live in the suburbs where its more accurate and predictable but this app is only off by like one minute at times I always check before I head out so I dont waste time waiting                 Great app

Uh guess none of the other reviews noticed that its not real time GPS tracking of the next bus Its a glorified paper schedule Worthless Proof app reported my bus had BOTH arrived and departed 7 minutes before the bus actually even got to the stop     Its not real time tracking

The app doesnt give you the right times when the bus comes It shows realtime but once you go to check again a few seconds later it shows the scheduled time saying the bus passed I miss so many busses thanks to this app     This app is horrible

I would give it 0 stars if I could The times given by this app are ALWAYS off I always have to wait 1015 more minutes past the time app says the bus is supposed to arrive Either the app is false or the bus drivers dont know how to do their jobs by being on time     Atrocious app

This week the app does not load the bus schedule It only says loading but does nothing              It is not working with IOS 82

I rely heavily on this app because of my dependency on public transportation It mostly does its job it gives me real bus arrival time In many cases the time estimates are very accurate However often other times I will be standing at the stop with the app claiming that the bus will be there at my stop in 1 minute then when Id refresh it itd tell me that itll come in 20 Sometimes itd come in 10 minutes sometimes it really never comes This has happened to me multiple times and of course it makes me quite dissatisfied with the app A minor complaint the design and layout The design of the app looks ancient compared to other iOS7 apps It could use some redesigning in terms of appearance In short the app is great Im not sure how Id do without it Its accurate most of the time but not always Finally the design could use an update           Relatively decent

Sure wish this actually worked Abysmal performance Fix it to show real time for every single bus and then make those times actually reliable     Fix it

Unless you have a GPS tracker that can show me exactly where my bus is please change the app name so that it represents a schedule and not real time Also I want to be able to file a complaint directly from the app You can start by allowing me to complain when a bus is late or doesnt show up at all     Please rename app to Estimated Time

Static schedules for Route 90 much more accurate as is Google Map The only value this morning after loading was identifying my bus stop number This app should be removed from the Apple Store until basic functions are at least as good as alternatives     Still Dreadful

This app doesnt have basic info like bus timetables Id love to be able to look up bus schedules and one would think this app could provide that     Little info provided

This was a very handy app until the last update which killed the Real Time feature Need to know when your bus is coming Sorry thats your best guess now Sent a note to the developers today and of course have not gotten a response Must be the same people who worked on v10 of healthcaregov     Latest update killed the app

Bus location on the map should be available I just missed a bus because it did not come It then listed the next bus in 14 minutes The bus that was supposed to have come was just leaving the station 4 minutes late If there was more realtime telemetry then I would have not missed the bus Please improve telemetry     Poor accuracy

I dont know what other people have been complaining about I have found the app extremely useful and while maybe off by a minute or so it was mostly accurate                 Great

this app has made me miss the busget lost at least 5 times if youre gonna make an app at least make it accurate and useful     terrible dont waste your time

It was always a toss up whether the app would show real or scheduled arrival times but now it wont show anything Maybe it was the last update but I cant get it to load any arrival times at all in any screen     Quit working
