Remindy

I expected Remindy to be a todo list app It is not though so adjust your expectations Remindy is simply for giving you a quick reminder about things Its like a friendly tap on the shoulder Remindy nails three things first is entry Launching the app takes you right to the input screen similar to how Drafts by Agile Tortoise works Second is design It is simple with literally only two pages in the whole app and you can only set a reminder time in half hour increments The font and layout is clean and minimal Third is reminder removal As soon as you swipe the notification on the lock screen the reminder is deleted Keeping the notatodolist paradigm in mind there were a few things I thought could be better The sanserif font is a bit thin especially when you type a long reminder It capitalizes every word which as English graduate was slightly annoying A better indicator for how to set time for a reminder would be good I hit Create the first time instead of Return If youre someone who is decent at keeping track of what you need to do and just need a little reminder Remindy will be a great app for you Personally I forget things so I need a more persistent app one that has a badge icon to bug me on my home screen and has a checklist to mark things off So in the end Remindy the problem is me not you You are well designed and thoughtthrough Best of luck              A great REMINDER app
