Wont stay logged in for more than a day The passbook card should have a barcode on it like the normal membership card where store associates can scan it        Log in Passbook card

A few recommendations that would make this app better 1 make it possible to write reviews from the app 2 have an option to remain signed into account even when app is closed 3 show the deal of the week instead of only the deal of the day              Good app could be better

I cannot shop login or do anything else I have tried all the ways to resetreload this app and it still does nothing     Why wont this app work

Its difficult to review the ap when this version crashes I even deleted and reinstalled the ap it didnt help Pervious version was OK     Crashes on first touch

This app works great I love that it shows my dividend and saves my membership card in passbook Its easy to switch from regular REI to REI outlet and logging in gave me no trouble at all                 Great app love the passbook function

Its easy to browse for products and read reviews I also like being able to review my dividend which brings brings up a solid problem It always forgets my login information It also wont let me leave a review So I have to get back on the computer to do it Lame Minus 2 stars           Works with a few issues

Update Love using this app for purchases and to put things in wish lists Further negatives Ive discovered asks for my password every time I launch Instead it should allow me to stay signed in even when I close the app so that I can happen to the app and skim for products put them in my cart or wish lists not require my password again unless I edit account settings or check out my cart and THEN allow me the option of using touch ID instead of my password at the time of purchase Next I find it very useful to read other peoples reviews But unbelievably annoying when your app will not allow me to vote whether a review was helpful or not I can do it on the website why not on the app I found the iPhone app running on my iPhone 5s to work pretty well On an iPhone with the portrait shape of the photos of products plus the readablesized fonts I cannot ever imagine using landscape orientation in this app However today I opened the same iPhone app on my iPad Air 2 to take advantage of my bluetooth keyboard to add some shippingmailing addresses and do some more browsing BIG FAIL This app does not change display orientation as the iOS device is rotated so only the very first launch screen uses the landscape orientation my device is in as it most securely rests in my Logitech keyboard slot Thinking that perhaps there was an iPad version of the app I found one in the App Store As always before buying downloading or updating any app I read the Reviews for Current and Past Versions What I learned made me realize that even with the screen orientation issue the iPhone app has more functionality that the iPad version Hey REI youre based in a very hightech area here in Puget Sound please get your Software Requirements Documents insync for crossplatform parity of functionality Shame on you for not even achieving parity between iOS devices           iPhone ok iPad annoying

Still no way to set any granularity for the notifications I dont really care about the pic of the week but I do want know about sales garage sales specifically Also no way to mark these notifications as read in bulk I have 57 notifications and Im not going to open them one by one Its about as bad as the Starbucks app To get rid of the silly red dot Im just going to have to turn off notifications for the app entirely No way to email for support I dont have time to call Ill stick with the website for now        Lame

REI is a piece of Shiite Who can afford this stuff The only people that shop at REI live in a tent How can these hippies afford to buy pot AND extra camping equipment It baffles me and I am smrt     Yup I said it

One problem never fixed with every new release Check out item 8584400002 for example Only size 35 available but you never know that you unless you add item to cart              Good but

Even when logged in prior items in the shopping cart are no longer there and cant be retrieved Not a lot of value to this app without a way to tag items for the future        Shopping cart items disappear

Love the app but really needs to add a scanable barcode to the passbook feature Hope this happens in a future update           Passbook update

This is a great all things REI app Shopping from home or in store it is so helpful to find the gear I need I like to save an item for later from my cart or add it to my wish list I like to use the wish list like a shopping list with the items I want to go to the store to look at                 Love REI

Almost all products are ridiculously expensive     Too much

Completely closing the app requires you to enter s password again For the life of me once logged on I cant figure out how to integrate the passport app     Frustrating

Im not sure about the complaints App clearly shows my current dividends amount and has accessibility                 App works fine

I used the app today to place an order and it worked well I could easily find what I was looking for                 Works very well

I downloaded it for its great use of Passbook to add my REI member card to Passbook Ive been carrying my 10 year old card in my wallet and with as much use as Ive been getting with it lately figured getting it in Passbook would be better If the app were to also include support for Apple Pay it would make it a complete buying experience by making it easier and more secure to purchase gear via the app        Missing Apple Pay TouchID support good use of Passbook for membership

The app works well enough for finding items in stock at my local store However the weekly notifications that you cant disable make me want to uninstall it I dont need a weekly ad and need a way to disable this feature           Sick of notifications

The latest version is solid and robust                 Much improved

The app is much more useful now that it will stay logged in I still turn Notifications off to avoid marketing spam it would be better if the app didnt send ads as Notifications or if you could turn that great feature off              still tired of spam of the week

Its very annoying that the app constantly logs you out Otherwise the app is fine and REI is a good source for hiking and outdoor gear        VERY ANNOYING

Used this app for awhile Was great to scan items I needed or wanted to place on trip or holiday list But following a recent update I do believe my list are gone in the app but still there online via a web page Even new scans do not reflect in app and only appear online through a web page Hope they fix this soon Otherwise app will stay deleted     List dont Save

Sothis update has many bugs First off my wish list was cleared after the update was completed Thats always nice when youve been trying to keep track of certain products prices Second theres no audio when watching the product videos No clue what theyre saying The auto log in feature is a nice addition but since Im missing my wish list a little disappointing I suggest there be a compare option when you want to look at product specs sidebyside           Useful app but new update has problems

Naturally on the last day of member coupon week the app breaks and wont allow logon or shopping cart additions Its also giving bizarre errors saying I have no internet connection yet here I am on the web posting reviews I thought it was bad enough that the app constantly forces logins but this is ridiculous     Broken

I love shopping at REI because they have the best Customer service and the employees are usually much more knowledgeable about their products than I am The app is very handy to place a quick order online or to check the Customer reviews on an item I may purchase They stand behind what they sell even when the manufacturer doesnt You dont see that at other stores              Great handy app even in the REI store

You can browse merch and see star ratings which is handy when youre in the store and wondering if the piece of gear youre drooling over is actually something you should buy Theres a number of nits to pick 1 REI sends out beautiful nature shots regularly but theyre low resolution and do not look crisp on modern devices 2 Notifications arent granular so you cant differentiate said nature shots from sales and the like 3 Because gear cycles out so frequently most items arent in the store long enough to accumulate a significant number of reviews ratings and REI doesnt try to provide reviews for related historical items eg last years model           Improvements are happening but still not refined

Not sure whats going on but I cant read reviews and I cant stay logged in I can deal with the not staying logged in part but not being able to read reviews is an issue for me Please fix because other than that the app is great        Wont stay logged in cant read reviews

REI please add Touch ID for Account Access It is very irritating to have to manually enter my password to access account functions like ordering and checking order status        Needs Touch ID added for Account Access

Still havent fixed the issue with saving the login information Users cant see their dividends once they log in like it clearly states in their list of updates Very obvious no one tested it before hand     No saved login info

I like the pic of the week and shopping from the app is pretty easy and convenient However it is terribly frustrating that I have to log in to my account every time I want to view my notifications There should be an option to keep me logged in        Decent App a Few Aggravations

Got my REI membership card in the mail It instructed me to add the card to PassBook if I didnt want to carry it in my wallet Bar code wont scan and register and theres no way to manually add it that Ive found           Cant enter REI into Passbook
