So this app pretty much bites Im new to the apple world does anyone know how to delete apps     Aweful

This app is very clever and useful My only complaint is that it has an annoying little 5 second introthingy before the tool is on the screen and useable Just get to the app man                 Cool app goofy intro

It seems they are more concerned with selling you the other tools than giving away a free app like most developers The intro movie is lengthy and long after you get the point you are only half way through watching Once you get past the crashing and actually have the caliper in front of you things get better There is a disclaimer stating that they cannot promise accuracy with the instruments because of the form factor so they tell you measurements taken with this tool are for entertainment purposes only I am not sure if the same disclaimer exists on the paid version but I would be very upset had I paid for this and found out it was an approximation I could calculate that for free I dont want to seem ungrateful because the app is free and seems to be quite accurate once you make it through the drama of getting to the caliper Ill keep it on my iPad and I am sure it will one day have a use Thanks for the app but keep in mind you sell more when you win customer approval not when you bombard people with redundant advertisements              4 stars for being free

When you first open it theres a long long ad for the company and then after that you find out the app is crap     Very bad

Didnt know Id have to sit thru an add just to watch the app crash Pass     Crashed

Rewrite app to connect to Bluetooth enabled Caliper to record data Do not buy app until they do so     Real Caliber Useless Caliper

And then it crashes all the time     The ad is too long

Wow this is the biggest junk in the app store First you have to watch a super long ad for their other software which you cant skip and then once its done it just crashes the app TERRIBlE If it ever goes from free ti paid dont waste a penny on it     Long ad then crash

This is an example of bate and switch Nowhere it says that this is just an ad that has no functionality     title

I almost did not download this because of bad reviews of having to watch a long commercial every time and then the app crashing but Im glad I downloaded anyways Commercial ran only the first time and it did not crash for me Overall a nice app that may get me out of bind someday Of course you have to put whatever you want to measure on the screen of the iPad so few things are getting measured here Im not risking scratching my screen              download latest then write your reviews

This app deserves one star It starts up as a very obnoxious advertisement for another paid app then when you get to the actual caliper portion of the free app it immediately crashes     Waste of time

I cant believe that someone who want to sell an App via a free lite ver would do this to its customer The App works but the very long intro is not worth it     Very long intro

Deleted prior to the commercial ending If there was ANY possibility of me buying the other tools they are gone now     Ugh

Works great for me and its FREE                 Very nice tool

The free version gives you one tool a caliper and you are forced to watch a commercial for their other tools But how can you really get an accurate reading when you are limited to the native resolution of the iPad itself 005 increments assuming you can steadily measure your target item Measuring a tube diameter on iPad may as well be a guess assuming you cannot get a cross section measurement        Can never really be an accurate tool

This is fine for approximating object dimensions Performance on the new iPad is poor Slide stutters quite a bit           Performance

Maybe there is a way to calibrate I am not aware of Put a ruler over it and 1 inch was off by about 116        Not accurate

I got the app to work but it is very buggy and crashes often Handy if it works     Workskind of

I couldnt get it to work The worst part was having to sit through a 10 or 15second ad each time to get to the actual app which then crashed on me every time I tried it This was with the latest supposedly fixed version     Long intro ad then crashes

After sitting through a long advertisement every time you open this application you are greeted finally by what appears to be a fine looking set of Calipers I wouldnt know if they work or not because as soon as you try to start using them the application crashes out The advertisement I can deal with the app is free after all the crashing I cant cope with it makes the app totally useless        Crashes

App is useless it crashes after you sit through a long advertisement What a waste of my time I would rather get a root canal without anesthesia that click on this app ever again     Dont waste your time
