At 1 this application is a steal However I would recommend putting in a back button somewhere Right now when I click on an internal chm link and it takes me to another place in the file I do not find a way to return to the place where I clicked the link originally Hope they add this feature in a later release for a 5 review              Very Good Application but no back button

Does not load all the images in a large document I have tried many different ways including deleting and reinstalling both the files and the App All the images on my documents open fine on my computer I have a few documents at around 1000 pages Smaller files seem to work fine        Daimon

Good for reading books and small help files but does not handle big files well It seems that file complexity index size or TOC size is much more important than file size itself This app is pretty good just for reading books but I was unable to view big manuals like J2SE or PHP references Loading content and index of this files takes SO much time           slow on big files

This app is not professional enough right now but has potential I request sorting out the following issues 1 Pictures in the document that are wider than the screen are cut off at the right screen edge Sideway scrolling to view the entire image is absent 2 Searching entire book is not possible Search is limited to currently viewed page Thats not useful 3 The app has Next Previous article buttons Back Forward views buttons not available Cant imagine how this one is missed 4 When both Pinch to Zoom and Double Tap options are enabled controlling the app gets unintuitive Double tapping causes the page to zoom as well 5 The number of iterations in font size line space are very few So not much of customization possible 6 No documentation is available        Decent but not polished enough

This app like most other CHM readers lacks the ability to control text flow or keep the document within the screen display whether in portrait or landscape views To view most CHM documents you must constantly swish your finger back and forth to read each line Annoyed that other reviewers shills did not point this out before I wasted 399 PS Some users may appreciate the texttospeech feature     Sorely Lacking

Do not buy did not work with the CHM I tried to read had to use a diff app CHMate which is awesome I bought it because I wanted Dropbox integration but it turns out any chm reader app will work by the same method this app uses 1 Download file in dropbox app then press the top right corner button to open it in the chm reader app of choice     Ripoff

After this updateI changed my rating to 5 starsPrevious versions can not open large chm filesbut now it getting better and betterFastLarge file supportSo far I have not found better than this APP for ipadWorth buying                 Buy it

I have this app few weeks back it was working well but today I cant open any book I dont know what happened if any face same problem     Stopped working

By far the best CHM reader that I have found for the iPad I use this app to read all of my medical school textbooks so that I do not have to lug them around in my backpack or pay ridiculous amounts of money for them most books can be found online for free in CHM format The search in wikipedia function streamlines studyinglearning and the find in text search function makes it easy to go back and find specific concepts A few issues 1 There is no back button Not completely necessary but would be helpful 2 Some images dont show up on books that are larger in size 3 The app doesnt have the option to highlight the text Once highlighting and image support in larger files are added this will be the ultimate textbook app and I will give it 5 stars              I love it

This app is really progressing nicely Page margins still feel a bit tight but in most other respects the reading experience is fast fluid and very pleasant Definitely well past the point where its reasonable to read an entire book Great job              Looking good

I like this appI use it to read my medical texts However it needs to be updated to include highlighting etc              Good reader

This app is by far the best CHM viewer to date I use it to reference technical manuals and such and this app works flawlessly This hasnt encountered issues even when loading large CHM files with many pictures chapters etc Dont wast your money on others get this                 The Best CHM Solution

I read tech books They dont render properly on chmlite and the other readers As the other reviewers mentioned margins arent so great but it isnt a show stopper for me I have tons of chm books and now I can read them on my ipad for 1 Converting CHM to PDF takes a long time Trust me This app is worth it Get it                 Blows the competition out of the water

Best CHM reader available for the iPad bar none This is to CHM files what GoodReader is to PDFs I am the Director of IT at the corporation I work for and I need to reference absolutely massive CHM files of over 200MB and over 2000 pages Read CHM does it without a hitch If these guys hadnt done this I was considering having our software development team work on a CHM reader app for in house use ReadCHM is so good though I havent had the need Love the new update And unlike the competition they are actually updating this regularly and respond favorably to user comments and feature suggestions If you need a CHM reader this is the one to get I still think it would be fantastic to have a full text search inside of all pages in an entire CHM But this is easily the best CHM reader for iPad I have both this and chmate and with update 40 ReadCHM destroys the competition                 Very Solid CHM Reader
