This app is great i can put my phone on the dock and turn on rainy mood and just relax My only complaint is i wish i could change the pic to any rainy day scene Please add this in a future update thanks Love this app

Great app Instantly puts me to sleep but the only down side is that it doesnt let you individually pick what type of surface you want the rain to fall on or to change the type of thunder sound For a 399 app they should have definitely included an option button to customize your own storm sounds Surface Options

perhaps a lower price supporting sound cloudPandora longer timers maybe a city mode where cars can be heard Must haves

Ive been using Rainy Mood for a couple years now I found it online through a writers group Im glad they made an app for it Its a great way to drown out other noises when I want distractionfree writing time Great app

This app is so beautiful and peaceful I love falling asleep to the sound of it especially since they updated it to work better on the more recent iPhones Fantastic App

Would give 5 if there were more options for the timer than 1 hr but love it overall Great app

I didnt realize you could still have rainy mood play in the background while listening to music with another app besides iTunes if I had known this I would have bought the app a long time ago but yeah it works with rdio Good app

The app hasnt been updated since it was first released Therefor it doesnt fit to the format of the bigger screens like the 5C that I have I have to go into the app to pause and play it And if I wanted to play music as well there isnt two volume levels like if I wanted the music in the background and the rain as the loudest And it just shuts off at random times even when I have the timer off The only redeemable quality is that the sound quality is fantastic Outdated

this is an wonderful app in this area much better than the copycats but could the author make some adaption for IOS7 and add the startstoppause on the first screen it seems like no one continues to dev this app

Normally this is a four to five star app as far as what its supposed to do But since the last iOS update the volume controls next to the thunder and rain settings are just Gone The volume controls are just Gone

I love this app but itd be reallyreally nice to be able to control the volume of your music separately from the rainthunder Independent Music Volume

I love this app It is calming soothing and helps me completely relax I absolutely love the sound of rain and I play music while while I listen to Rainy Mood One problem with app is it is not made for the 5th generation iPod so there are black strips on the top and bottom of the screen I dont have any issues with this though because it does not effect the sound of the rain It will hopefully be fixed in an update soon All in all its a wonderful app and I would recommend it to anyone Highly Recommend This App

This app is in desperate need of an update It hasnt changed since I downloaded it on my 4S It works mostly except now it is impossible to change volume proportions since the new iOS8 update I used to go to the rainymood website all the time especially while studying So I dont mind paying the higher price for this app I play it while Im trying to sleep or study or read Its a lovely app and I do adore the rain The sound generator doesnt play in a detectable loop so aside from the one sample of bird twitter youll never notice a repeated sound Beautiful

The app lost its independent rain and thunder volume controls after an Apple update Only the music volume is changeable now The app is useless until this is fixed Useless without the separate volume controls

I love the fact that this is not a detectable loop but I do not want thunder and would like to hear a different ambiance occasionally If I could turn the thunder off completely I would be much happier Hope you like thunder

It would be greatly improved by more robust timer options Great app but

Used to have a great sound Now its terrible The loop cuts off and its obvious where it stops and starts again Rainy mood was amazing when it was web based Now its terrible and the app is unappealing and clunky NOT worth the money

If youre music is louder than the rain and it bothers you try adjusting your volume limit from your settings under music Set a lower volume limit for the music so the rain will be louder than the music Hope that helped For those who cant hear the rain

User interface aesthetics are horrible features are quite limited and its not even updated for the bigger iPhone screens But it plays the rainy sound and it sounds alright So I guess I cant complain too much However it is way overpriced 99 cents would be pushing it Feels very barebones as if the developer put the minimum amount of effort possible into this app Meh

After the iOS 83 update the volume control is no longer existent the layout is out of date and could use some retouching Update

Its too small for my screen but besides that I have no complaints Needs to fit iPhone 5 screen

I love this app It helps me fall asleep so well and the continuous track is awesome I love how they recorded rain falling on different things like the window or metal sheeting stuff like that It adds awesome variety to the normal raindrops on ground youll find in most other apps Also the ability to increasedecrease the volume of the thunder is so cool Amazing app definitely worth the money INCREDIBLE

I love this app but it hasnt gotten updated in 2 years and is not ios78 looking At the top and bottom there are two black bars at the top of the screen and the bottom That is the one complaint I have as other than that it is lovely Needs an update badly

This is great white noise that helps my baby to fall asleep I use it all the time right now I just wish you could turn the thunder OFF completely it sometimes wakes her up even though its on the lowest frequency setting Great Sound Incomplete Settings

To all those complaining about the sound quality Please oh please tell me your not playing these high quality sound samples through your iPhones tiny speaker and then saying the audio is sub par Your not right Ok please sit down I hate to tell you this but those itty bitty speakers are not capable to reproducing the HUGE professional dynamic range contained in these samples Yes it sounds like hissing noise Now calm down Plug some speakers into your audio jack Even some cheap computer speakers will greatly enhance your experience Your welcome Now with that out of the way I love this app and use it often I play the lovely rain through my stereo and enjoy a fantastic sleep reading time and zone out time Buy without hesitation The best rain sim available

However as soon as I started using the app I realized how awesome the open music feature is Listen to your own music with the storm in the background Tried this out with the Walter Mitty soundtrack shut up and Stay Alive comes alive Worth buying I RARELY write reviews

I love the app helps me study but as pictured it shows customization options such as turning up or down the settings However my iPad and iPhone dont have those sliders Please fix and I will be more than happy to give a five star rating Keep up the good work Great Overall but no sliders

Cant control the thunder and rain volume after my iPad updated We use this for my daughter at night and it works wonders but we usually turn the thunder all the way down and now we cant Please please please update it so we can turn down the thunder Love but needs an update

It says the app has the random surface generator but I cant find that anywhere I dont see an option for it I still do love the sound effects but I want to find those options as well Please help

With the most recent ios update on my iphone 5c my volume bars seem to have disappeared I would love for them to come back since it is sort of a pain to invisibly control the volume My volume bars have disappeared

I love the app and how you can listen to music while its raining but the description for it is totally lies You cant change the volume of the rain or thunder You cant choose wear the rain is located and theres more It was very misleading and it cost a lot of money for one app Good but misleading
