QVC for iPad

I have using qvc since the beginning but love this app it is so easy to use love it                 Love QVC

My disappointment came with not being able to use Or View ones wish list              A little disappointed

App designer should be fired That app is so ridiculous Cant navigate through without trying 10 times to do anything Must say get amazons app designer That where Ive been shopping Q Sorry try to get it to be at least as bad as your last app That was better than this     Stinks

I enjoy using the QVC App It is easy and fast Everything from A to Z Why shop at many places when you can do it all here You shop they service you Use it all the time I love the QVC App Very easy to use and so convenient I often go to the QVC App on my IPad because its right there and you can get anything you want                 Easy and fast

I love the simplicity and the video options                 Simply gorgeous

The app is great for browsing and shopping but making any changes to your profile payment method etc can be frustrating I just spend 15 min trying to update my password and cc info which is ridiculous Additionally the app has glitches from time to time that are really frustrating requiring you to shut down re open and start all over making the entire process annoying If they would fix this and the glitches at checkout it would be a great app as its useful to shop and find what you want        Positives and negatives

I love QVC Their acronym is spot on Quality Value Convenient I love when people compliment me on my purchase and the look on their faces when I tell them I bought it on QVC But my husband cant stand the UPS guy who likes to speculate on how much money we must have as he delivers to us so often I Q a lot                 Qing A Lot

I dont know what to say but I find it easier to look at products on the regular website Of course I am technology challenged Im on a slow learning curve           Mediocre

To shop it is fine To review your order or pretty much anything else it does not work The search just spins and spins when I push on my account This is after I am already signed in I then have to close the app and go to the website to view my order status or anything else I just dont bother using it anymore        Inconsistent and frustrating app

Have just started using the iPad app Its so easy to use Its as easy to use as the app for my laptop I so enjoy to just tap on everything and explore                 Review of QVC iPad app

When traffic is light no problembut during the day awful Kept freezing up and I would have to start over several times           Too slow

Their recent efforts have paid off They have addressed some of the inconsistent behaviors and made the app more touch friendly Video playback is good and consistent As long as it stays at this performance level its a very good app                 Improved shopping experience

I cant access Davids Recipes Other than this the app is greatNo laggingcrystal clear videos Where do I access Davids Recipe page                 Best Shopping App

I am very pleased with this app Never a problem and it makes shopping so quick easy Easiest app that Ive ever used I LOVE it                 QVC app

The app is simple to use I like everything about it except PayPal is not a payment option I normally dont make online purchases unless PayPal is available I think this will be the only purchase I make from QVC until PayPal becomes available Theres just too many online data breaches occurring           Needs PayPal

From what I have just read is that the last enhancement was to fix issues with My Account Well when I go to my account the screen is blank nothing is there I have update this app and apparently you still have issues     Cannot access anything under MY ACCOUNT

I get very annoyed using this app It takes so long and then I have to sign back in and by then the color size etc is no longer available The app on iPhone is much more user friendly Although on iPhone for some reason you cannot write a review on the phone Explain that please Also I find it very difficult to get to my account on this app Someone combine the two iPhone and iPad and get it right              Frustrating

Tonight I was trying to speed buy something on the air and it literally took 10 minutes before I could Was very frustrated with the app on my iPad tonight        Normally works great

My QVC app crashes constantly on my I Pad I have tried reloading numerous times It has not helped It would be great except for this problem This is a week later Sept 8 2015 My app has become almost useless Tonight every where I go I get error messages and retry Retry does not work at all I am worried about the security in this situation     QVC App

I have shopped with QVC since November of 1986 I was leaving for 3 weeks in New Zealand the next day and couldnt sleep I put on QVC and bought my very first item which was a silver rope watch which I still have today and wear with pride When I returned just before Christmas I purchased all my Christmas presents that year and many years thereafter because I was too tired to go out and fight the crowds Thank you for being available especially now that Im in my 70s and going shopping is hard for me                 QVC is great

This app is frustrating when trying to shop Freezes up too often Half the time I need to try over and over just to maneuver site or just let me log on and by that time my item has sold out        App freezes too often

I love QVC however many times the I Pad app closes for no reason This is frustrating to have to start over and search again Please fix this        Disappointing

Great site Easy to use but a little difficult to get easy pay option Maybe if was a little confusing because when the order is almost threw thats when you see the easy pay went threw Concerning if you are on a fixed budget                 Everything is what I wanted

I hate when I try to order a hot item and the app freezes up because then I either get stuck on the wait list or miss out completely on the item I have to completely go out of the app and come back in from the beginning           Slow

It could be better I have ordered things that didnt go through I missed out on things because I showed that it went through but didnt           Qvc app

What an improvement over the earlier App I love the ability to be able to sign in without having to enter user ID and password It is easy to find what you want The ordering process is a snap and a pleasure to use Well Done QVC Since my first review the Speed Buy function broke Every time I use the function a notice says Your cart session has expired I hit the Speed Buy again and the order goes through How many items did I order The receipt said one but I received two Contacted QVC in writing and by phone The function is still broken One Star Now     WOW

I did not like using this app I found it took longer to find items and then to finally place my order was not quite as easy as I have previously placed orders     QVC Appnot really easy to use

Love the app The QVC APP is great I have not yet had any issues with it and I love the instant buy availability                 OVC

I love have my information stored so that I can speed buy but the last few times I tried to speed buy it crashed One time I lost out on the product because of it crashing on me        Crashes to often

The app is not intrinsic I order on line frequently yet I had problems with this one For example when you touch a choice it usually highlights and moves on This app had a small blue check at the end of the line I almost missed        I d rather call than use this app

Easy to navigate and find what youre looking for As good as the website too                 Easy to use Great app

I was trying to order a product and three separate times I had to leave my order to update old information or credit card expiration dates There should be a way to update that information on the shopping cart screen Totally frustrating and I would go back to the actual web page before having to deal with this        Too hard to update stored info

Most of the time there are no issues but once in a while the app has an issue with my password on the tablet When that occurs I have to go through the reset process It is a little frustrating              Good with occasional issues

I love QVC and I get that apps crash but this app crashes when I try to run video add something to my cart or look at my cart Ive had this app for a while and there arent any updates to fix this Cmon QVC technicians     Crashes at horrible times

I found the app to be very easy and very quick to get to where you want I just ordered something and I just caught the end of the presentation but I was able to very easily find the On Air Now within 2 minutes think it is GREAT                 Very easy to place order

It is easy to use this app The search is simple and useful I just wish it didnt shut down frequently              Solid app

Maneuvering between windows is a breeze However I was interrupted for half an hour while browsing and when I got back it said my cart had 0 items in it I touched the cart icon and it did have my three items but when I tried to continue shopping I discovered that my filter settings were erased and the Filter would give me only three choices Category New Items and something else Nowhere to put size fit or style preferences which I think it would be nice if the site retained those for me as well Also the Zoom feature is kind of limited Good site but needs a few upgrades              Fairly good but

This is one of the easiest apps Ive ever used Love being able to get on my iPad and order items with ease                 QVC App

The PST time zone for recently aired products has been incorrect for months now Example currently Tuesday Night Beauty airing from 57pm PST Under product review time period for Tuesday Night Beauty is appearing as 24pm PST Also each time you try to check out you get an error message that your cart session has ended even if you literally just added something to the cart App was better in previous versions           Can you please fix

The app was great up until recently It crashes all the time and gives me to many issues I had to go as far as uninstalling it and reinstalling it Please fix this app I loved it so much     Disappointed

Hard to move around and confusing you have to look to many places for information I just call in and use automated phone its so much faster           Could be less confusing

Please make this app harder to use so I wont spend so much                 Way too easy

I like the app overall but I am frustrated that the items recently on air and the on air now front page links arent kept up to the second Can never easily get to the item that is on air without having to enter the item number under search Its a pain in the neck Also why does the on air now link have to disappear when you post a one time only Give that its own spot You also need to clean the bugs when you try to add something to the cart or try to get to your account Others have already mentioned them I also would like to see a change made so that when click on the link to look at a product and then want to go back to your page of items it takes you back to where you left off instead to the beginning so you dont have to scroll and scroll through what youve already looked at to get back to where you were Thank you              Frustrated
