I bought two scanners this one and scanner 911 witch was half the price at 99 cents Scanner 911 has more channels and just added three scanners from hati after the quake This one is a waste compared to the other So save a buck and get the other one        Scanner 911 is way better

It would be nice to have more frequences for my area but customer service is very good and respond fast to request If you request it they will add it I would recommend this app              Really Cool

In the first two screenshots the display shows the frequency this is one reason I purchased THIS scanner app All the feeds I listen to do not show the frequency a bit disapointed           Frequencies

I recently had cause to contact support regarding an issue with this app They were very responsive and were able to help me after only a few emails Overall I rate this program excellent It is recommended              Good support

For the channels I am interested in it is wonderful Very very little down time Always great response from them if I have a question                 Awesome App

I love having the ability to find out whats going on in my city This app was great during a recent ice storm I could get first hand info on street conditions in my area Spent a whole lot of money for a police scanner that was absolete when the city upgraded their equipment For a 199 how can you go wrong                 Love this app

I have tried many police scanner apps and I have found this one to work the best I am able to listen to my local police as well as other areas of interest There have been a couple of occasions where I have contacted the support team and they have always taken care of an issue or question that I had I highly reccomend this app if scanning is your interest                 my nightly entertainment

The feeds never seem to work at night when all the action happens The devs need to screen the feeds to make sure they arent bogus        Nice when it works

Every time I go back to the listings of stations the current stationfeed stops playing Very annoying No reason why the audio should stop until I hit the Stop button or change stationfeed Also need to see the number of listeners for favorite stationsfeeds Constant reminder to rate the app even if I hit No Thanks keeps reappearing whenever I switch to a different app back Really        Audio stoppage

Ive tried out at least four other scanners and couldnt find one that came through clear on all feeds This one is fantastic and the exclusives are worth it alone DC Metro I can receive my areas police radio loud and clear and the interface is quick and easy to use as well Fantastic app well worth the two dollars                 Best scanner Ive found

San Jose CA is listed as an active service area but has been down since I purchased the app     Major City

Terrible     Dont waste your money Most everything is offline 50 much better

It isnt even real it says at the bottom of the info about it that it is for entertainment purposes only and doesnt connect to real police     DONT BUY

That feature alone makes it the best Ive yet to find another one that supports alpha tagging                 One of the only Scanner Apps that supports Alpha Tags

Overall the app is pretty good but the alpha tags come about 5 seconds before the audio Sync up the alpha tags and Ill give it 5 stars           Alpha Tags Not In Sync

Hmmm iPad needs newer version of software unable to put sync with iPad Strange thing this one Works fine on iPhone even on iOS40 Now why doesnt it work on iPad           Funny thing happened when syncing to iPad

A must have for radio enthusiasts and public safety buffs and for anyone wanting to be the first and perhaps the only one on the block to really know whats going on around them When the flaky fire alarm system went off again in our complex all I had to do to find out whether or not to jump out of the window to safety was launch this app and tap into the local fire rescue feed Within seconds I could hear them talking about our incident and within minutes found out at the same time the fire crews did that it was most probably a false alarm Why should I worry knowing that the fire truck is idling just around the corner I settled back into what Id been doing while my neighbors scurried about in a panic trying to look for flames or sniff for smoke It could hardly be easier to use but be careful just the same should you decide to use it while driving Dont even try unless youve had pilot training or lots of practice in minimal traffic and even then only when its relevant to your situation or by playing it in the background before releasing the parking brake Dont let a topnotch public safety tool become a public safety hazard                 Super Slick iPhone App Puts You In With the Action
