So I have loved playing this game until it just updated and made me go from a rank of 36 to a rank of 1 I also lost the almost 2M chips I had won in the last few weeks Very lame Zynga New update lost ranking and winnings

Way too many BOTS on the higher limit tables Also lots of team playing where the betting escalates for no good reason other than to pimp the pot or drive players out of the hand I also agree with the others who have complained about too many great hands all the time definitely seems scripted at times to increase the excitement BOTS

1 I lose chips a lot 2 I was just prompted that an update to Zynga Poker was available I started the update and when it finished I lost my 53000000 in chips My icon was changed from military to alien I corrected my icon and name but I then given 60000 to start 3 I like to play I didnt mind getting dropped from a game or losing some of my chips at times but I spent a lot of time winning up to that 53mil and this may cause me to change to another game CAN SOME ONE in Zynga correct and replace my lost chips Zynga Poker

Disappointing app I constantly lose chips after a session Ill win chips but the totals wont add up and many times shows a loss in chips They know it is a problem but fail to correct Try going to support and get the runaround trying to complain about this No way to communicate to them Its obvious to me that they want to spend little time managing this site and happy to take your money without supporting the needs of the consumer The site should be investigated as fraudulent Zynga Poker

Several months ago I wrote support informing them the application was awarding wins that were not correct and clearly visible on my screen They wrote back asking for a screenshot Good luck doing that on an iPad This morning I played 8 or 9 hands and 4 were clearly scored incorrectly The developers need to review their work Thins happens over and over again as much as 45 error rates even when Ive dropped off a hand its still plainly clear to witness FIX IT 71315 iPad version still needs tons of work After cowinning a handon the next deal the system placed me allin on next hand without displaying current balance and without giving option to determine how much I might chose to bet For these reason among all the others I suggest NO ONE buy chips Youre throwing away your money Needs much work

I dont know if this is a part of the program but when I play poker I will lose connection randomly even though I have a perfect connection with my WiFi This lost connection seems to always happen when ever I am playing a hand that is pretty good and has a possibility of winning chips Its the only time I ever have an issue with connection losses Im glad I havent done the in app purchase of chips because I feel I wouldve lost a lot Lost connections
