I use this app a lot but it has issues like the App Store keep putting up things for other apps cant post message without fighting to do it Messages dont post right takes hours for some kind of a pain when you want info right away Sometimes they never get sent and when you need help with app you dont get a real answer you get some stupid thing to try Which I have already tried and told them that and they give you some stupid number to use so they can track the crap they tell you but its never the same so your problem get fixed           Needs fixed

Now that the have calmed down on the ads are not constantly sending you to the App Store I have upped my rating but they need 2 serious improvements You need to put a chat banner over chats not just experiences as our group uses this mostly for chat we need ways to distinguish them Also the person who starts the chat should be able to delete folks The way we use it we have to start new chats this gets confused with old chats Banners on chat dropping ppl not just them leaving Then it would be very good              Sending me to App Store

This used to be my go to app for communicating friends across multiple platforms The past month or so has been one things or another Heres the typical experience Get a message see 2 pop ups Go to the app see a number thats in the 9000s on the upper corner Open the app get redirected to the App Store Close App Store go back to app open chat get redirected to the App Store Close App Store go back to app open chat start typing response get redirected to the App Store Terrible     Broken

No technical support whatsoever Slow unstable and constantly crashing Not to mention endless perverts with sick profile pictures constantly trolling and adding you Kik is a far superior chat app     Waste of time

When I first got this app it was overall very reliable but then it started to lag out on me all the timefor some of the people I know this is my only communication If you could work on speed then Id be glad keep using     Okay

Every time I open the app in few seconds I get send to iTunes to download some other app     Why

This app used to be so amazing I miss ping chat I downloaded it and messaged a friend and he does get my messages but it does not show him d or r It only shows s and he read them This app isnt even worth it anymore It needs a huge update then maybe I would use it again I wouldnt recommend this app     Terrible app

Please add a report button so we can report the scammers on this app Its almost everyday i get requests from fake ppl trying to send me to website that will scam you At least make a way to limit people from friend requesting any random person     Report button

With every update its gets slower and messages are messed up To top it off strange random people friend request me These people want me to go to a a web link and see porn Just yesterday a guy driend requested me His pic was of his personal area REALLY No way to report or block them from friend requesting you again Dont download it There are alot better apps than this     Worst App Ever

Every time I exit the app or simply switch to another app I am logged out of Touch I am using an iPhone 4S with iOS 704 and logging in with an email Thank you for the help     BUG REPORT

The touch app needs to be updated ASAP Touch has been lagging and messages are appearing 34 hours later     Horrible Lag

Not only does it constantly boot you to your respective app store frequently it consistently lags out Making the device its on act ridiculous its also becoming a constant headache with all the errors and glitching Fix immediately     After the most recent update it has become all but useless

Stop sending me every two seconds to the App Store This used to be an amazing app but Im afraid if this isnt fixed Ill have to delete Its super annoying to be sent over 12x during a 20min conversation In one small entry I was sent 4x I dont want to buy a NFL app or any of the other dumb apps you send me     Vdhb

My family has used this app for years dating back to when it was called Ping Do not like it Slow uploads constant connection issues overall bad app Dont waste your time     Look for better

Its stopped working I see the message pop up in my notifications and when I go to read the message its gone Useless app I have one group of friend who use it and think its good no one else uses it     Doesnt work very well

I want to use my app thats just taking up space on my phone because it wont even open     Please

Lately this app has had a delay between notification and message appearing Many times message appears hours after notification I am ready to uninstall and move on to something else     Used to love this app

It keeps freezing up and message error wont send but other than that its good to have           Freeze

Have used this app for well over a year It used to be AMAZING Now its slow and wont load messages I usually have to send a message to get it to load the msgs it SAYS I have but dont show up I guess they think the ad traffic is more important than our using the app Poor customer appreciation I have to back out and reload and sometimes close the app and reload to get msgs Its beginning to be a pain Searching for a different app if this one doesnt straighten out Sad because I loved it til recently NOW THE APP WONT EVEN LOAD GRRRRRR FIX IT PLEASE     Used to LOVE it

No way to turn off unsolicited friend requests of which I get several per week And dont bother asking customer support about it they just ignore you Way to be Touch     Too many spambots

Not receiving notifications when a new message is received Permission has been granted to allow this        Messages not loading

Only the idiots who link every new app put out to their Facebook accounts get issues with this app Dont ever just quickly log in with FB take the 5 min to create account Third party apps send info to FB which it then redistributes to your other apps No virus no spyware legally they have all your info to start spamming the heck out of emails and using bots to friend request                 APP DOES NOT REDIRECT

UPDATE Now when I delete the App and reinstall it wont even let me sign in It says its loading my msgs and experiencesgets 23s of the way then stops and it just sits there and does nothingEPIC FAIL Touch App has not been working properly since ios7 My friends and I from all around the world use this app to communicate instantly as a game discussion board Except ever since ios7 it doesnt update I get the msgs in my Notification center so I know people are sending msgs But when I go to the app it does nothing It will let me post but doesnt update When I try to delete conversations that have lots of msgs it tells me theres a problem try again later Deleting and reinstalling does nothing The app was great in the pastnownot so much     Problems

Not impressed Ive had problems with serious lag I like kik better even if they dont support video        Mediocre

Touch used to be a really awesome way to keep in contact with my friends it would let me know whenever I had new messages Now it back logs hundreds of messages and barely works     Once was great now basically junk

I used to love this app but lately I have been getting constant spam Its always girls wanting to be friends but they are always just spam wanting me to connect with them on kik for ex chat This is unacceptable     Too much spam

Apps is horrible I get push notifications but it takes forever to revive pics and posts Other similar apps are much better     I get notices but no posts

Ive had to DELETE and reinstall this app far too many times Ever since the new upgrade for iPhone software this app no longer works smoothly My texts get hung up or do not load VERY FRUSTRATING Please can you fix whatever is wrong Thank you Also Each time I try to log in I get the same error message TROUBLE LOGGING IN It wont fetch account information Please HELP     FRUSTRATED

Upgraded to iPhone 5S from iPhone 4S Facebook login no longer works     Doesnt work after upgrading phone

I have used this app before and it was great but when I got a new phone and tried to login through Facebook again it said the app was not set up through it it needs to be fixed so I can go back on              Cant login

Have a few ppl that I dont know on here I cant blockunfriend them They are constantly making my phone go off bcz they chat me with spam Pls help        Good app but needs unfriendblock capabilities

Every time I try to post messages the app randomly sends me to the App Store for something I never clicked on in the first place So frustrating to close App Store multiple times just to post one message Please fixthis app used to work perfectly So disappointing        Glitchy

This used to be an excellent app but quality has really gone downhill Now it connects to the server but doesnt load messages Messages come to the app many hours later than they should My friends who use this app also have noted this at the same times so it must be across their system Originally it was a rare annoyance but over the last few days it has been almost all the time so as to make the app almost useless Im giving the developers till the end of the week to fix this problem or myself and my friends are all deleting it and moving to another platform I liked Touch I didnt even mind the slightly intrusive adds but at this point I cant help but leave a bad review and consider leaving all together If these issues can be quickly resolved I will replace this with a positive review     Used to be good Now useless
