I see this problem in a few othee reviews and it affects me as well For some of us it seems this app always has network issues that persist even when our internet connections are strong working It took a while but I eventually managed to navigate to the customization options but most pages would not load However some did and I see real potential in this app if the network connection problem gets fixed         Practically unusable for some XaaronXninjaX
