Photogene for iPad

When I began shooting RAW I looked for the best iPad editor for RAW I found PhotoGene and looked no further                 Best for editing RAW

iCloud Photo Library is here and if youve decided to turn it on youll be disappointed by the way this app works If youve selected to optimize storage then youll have to go out to the photos app and download the albums you want to work with first           NEEDS UPDATE

Its very worth it                 I use it everyday

Despite some oddities with iOS changes creating some obstacles off and on Photogene is my goto app constantly Its quick and easy to crop balance color lighten shadows there are sliders for everything It doesnt bog down it makes the changes in seconds Having the ability to resize change resolution and save to a variety of places other apps email FaceBook DropBox etc is very handy As an artist I often need to edit images quickly and prep them for submission etc this is THE app for this                 My GoTo App Every Day

This has been my goto photography app since I first got it and continues to be I start and usually end with Photogene because it is does most of what I need to do every time It is the most like a professional photography desktop editing program that I have found and I have more than 30 or 40 photography editing apps including competitor Snapseed Photogene allows users to edit levels noise etc all while maintaining the highres quality when you export I like it better than any others Get this app today And no I dont know the creators of it not have they asked me or paid me to write this review I just really really love Photogene And with each update it keeps getting better                 Still my favorite photoediting app Get it today

I use photogene all the time recently when it went from photogene 2free to the 4version paidI wondered if we were being ripped but its affordable didnt want to do without Use it all the time with my photos luv the resizing feature                 One of best affordable little apps

Just Amazing                 Amazing app Has everything I need

Photogene has been an amazing app from its very first version and has become easier to use with each iteration The only drawback is that one can no longer edit photos in landscape mode I still discover new features after years of satisfied use                 The Best iPhone Photo Editing App

This has always been a great app for editing pictures but lately it keeps shutting down I run a older iPad which works great so it cant up grade the app its frustrating Update June 2015 great app but I had to buy a new iPad to get it to work again I wish the app still worked on the older iPad versions              Lately keeps shutting down

I check out all the featured and optimized editing apps yet five years later this is still my go to app for editing No matter which app Ive tried Ive almost always gone back and finished the editing in Photogene because no other app could meet all my basic editing needs in one place Its awesome and super user friendly If you ask me it doesnt get enough attention It has more reviews particularly favorable ones than all these so called it apps     It Never Gets Old

I use this app daily its the 3rd time Ive bought this app though Owned the previous two versions WTH doesnt the developer just keep the same app and UPDATE it instead I wont buy it a 4th time           Great app

Wrote this first review years ago Still the one I use the most Great easy app to use A must have This is the app I use the most for plain old simple editing I can quickly crop adjust and add a border and the photo is ready to use in my scrapbooks The clone tool is a little shaky but works good for large items like walls I also love the inner glow option and use it all I can I also use it to tag and upload my photos to Facebook and Flickr One of my 3 most use photo apps                 Go to app

Ive been looking for an app just like this I wanted to be able to quickly open and retouch RAW files from my Canon dSLR This is just the ticket I love the presets function to save and quickly reaccess my adjustments It makes for a fast workflow Much faster and less tedious than a PC with Photoshop Works well in conjunction with an app like File Hub too to open in and then export back to that app Couldnt be happier The clone tool is a little wonky and doesnt work as well as PS but I love the healing tool                 Fast workflow

It was working fine until last update Now my albums are all gone and there is no option to add a new one     Buttsauce

This App is so easy to use Im not very computer savvyif I can do itSo can you I LOVE IT                 My Favorite Photo Editing App

I gave it four stars simply because Ive had little time to mess with it My first impression is very positive Its fast responsive and seems to offer a great deal of editing features without all the bloated addon packs that other developers force you into If you are looking to edit photos and clean them up then this app is worth it Lots of touch up tools like a miniPS for your iPhone Only thing Id like to see is an intensity slider for the preset filters otherwise this app is well worth it              Awesome

I downloaded this app mostly just because I read it has raw support After buying this app and installing it I found that not to be true I have tried to everything I could think of and messed with settings and with no luck to get my RAW photos opened in the app There goes 3 lol        Doesnt support RAW

For the limitations on this app its not worth the price entry level setting that many other free IOS photo editors offer I bought this for the resizing options but even those let me down with the lack of freedom no aspect ratio settings As for editing aesthetics its not worth it an abridged version of Instagram VSCO and the in house IOS photo editor Waste of money to say the least     Entry level and overpriced

So glad this exists Among the truckloads of gimmicky filter and cutesy editing apps this is amazingly one of the ONLY ONES Ive found that lets you import and export your photos including RAWeven orf from Olympus at their ORIGINAL RESOLUTION So useful with so many awesome adjustmentseven brushes to dodge burn Sure hope the developer continues support this                 One of the few real photo apps

Love the presets the watermark and the copyright features this is the app I use when I need precision technical andor artistic The only thing I can not find now that I THOUGHT used to be an option was making a thumbprint of a photo whether it was or not and forgive me if I am just overlooking it that is my only request If I want to use a photo as my watermark I need to be able to make that pic tiny enough to use as small as say my initials also there are times when I need to actually print a tiny little picture even if it will waste a lot of space on my photo paper Its worth it if you are trying to make a card or scrapbooking project trust me and print options for iPhones and iPads used without a computer are still relatively limited so the options pretty much HAVE to come from the photo editing apps I still use the old version for my phone most of the time because it was so simple and easy to navigate but this is truly one sweet app                 THE app when you need precision

This app used to work fine but now it has started to not find all the photos on my photo roll Some photos were generated by other apps some were just simple shots taken with the iPhone camera app Sorry to put this here but on your support page your captcha doesnt work right It asks for four letters or numbers but the entry box only takes three                 New glitch

I love what this app can do with the exception of saving your edited work to your library        Great but cant save images

Very simple and intuitive to use The collage mode is cool too as is the ability to resize the image file size I wish there was a way to mergelayer in additional photos onto the image youre editing ie If I have a picture of the beach being able to take a pic of my dog and photoshop her into the beach scene If this app can do that I havent figured it out                 Great app
