System is not working saying my username and password are incorrect Not working

It works but their brand new online banking website was last updated in 2008 Oh boy Click continue is an OK button

I like that you can see more information on your transactions but now Im unable to see my credit card balance and payment due date Great Update Still Needs Improvement

Issue cant see credit card balance info Dont see where we can submit checks Need an update ASAP Need update ASAP

Seems awesome so far I like to transfer extra funds to my savings account frequently so this makes it much easier than using the site Keep it up Far better than the website

I am disappointed with this app With an upgrade there shouldnt be features removed that we helpful For instance I should still be able to see my credit balance like before and the type of account should be available like before Disappointed

It keeps telling me my login is incorrect but its the inly login i have ever had Not working

This latest version continues to have limited functionality More complicated login process than is needed Cant use it to check credit card balances On top of all that PFFCU still doesnt allow Apple pay I use the call center instead of this app whenever I can Its faster and less stressful Im actually contemplating leaving PFFCU after 20 years due to the lack of vision in the tech department at PFFCU Kicking and screaming into the 2000s

I followed the steps online and everything runs perfect it looks a lot better then the way it did before Im glad I can now transfer money on the app Great job guys Way better than before

To be able to log onto the app you first need to log into the online banking on the computer or the internet on a smart phone do the first time log in and set up your user name and use your OLD PASSWORD from pic express not pin after you set all that up then go to settings at the top in blue bar then click on mobile settingright under settings you have to enter your cell number and provider but if you dont want the text then say no but have to put in the info Then select which shares you want to see on the mobile appI hope this helps you How to work the appPLEASE READ

Much better But I would like to be able to see the names of my accounts pending transactionsholds on the mobile app You are able to see it in the website Other than that it is a GREAT update Good job

Cant log on because it says the only user name and password Ive ever had was incorrect Wish it worked

This app is easy to use and makes banking very convenient Great App

Pretty good could use Touch ID functionality but this is still a very new app and a rather small bank All of the critical reviews are from conversion weekend when the whole system was down Works

I dont understand the point of this app It will show all my accounts all the previous transactions all the transfers etc etcexcept it doesnt show any account balances It shows no numbers I dont need something that tells me I have a checking account I know that I need something thatll tell me how much I have in my checking account This is a stupid app Doesnt show numbers
