Easy to use but seems to crash a lot UPDATE I added one star for the improvements and the crashing stopped a few versions back The one thing I would like to see is Passbook integration I hate holding up the line when I have to unlock the phone launch the app wait for it to check in just to get my punch              Simple

Perka is awesome Ever since I started using it I have gotten so many perks from the restaurants I shop at Very easy to use and I love being rewarded for my business Makes me feel appreciated                 Love Perka

I like the idea of this however it is very limited and doesnt always work right I spent months accumulating points and then all of a sudden it wouldnt recognize my account and all my points disappeared into cyberspace There is no purchase history or any way to verify your points are correct I have had enough of this app as all it does is cause me frustration     Great Ideapoor design

This app stinks Its a pain in the bum to use in line for coffee and only works half the time before it loses all the stars Ive received Give me a stampcard any day over this     Lost stars

Normally a pretty good app the 713 update is completely broken The app crashes on startup and is completely unusable There is no point in downloading this until they get an update Zero stars until then     Currently broken

I love the program and I earn freebies at my favorite spots regularly But it can be finicky I had a patch a couple of weeks ago where the app would not open at all              Great app when it works

It only seems to work 50 of the time When I get close to a free item my account mysteriously gets wiped out I only use it at one location and I spoke to the owner and he said he hears that from a lot of customers I will be looking for a better app     Good idea bad execution

Once logged in there is no way to enter codes from hardcopy receipts You must log out close the app completely by removing it from memory restart the app scan or enter the code then apply it to an account by selecting the option to do so and THEN logging back in Really Did any one user test this before releasing it Sad Just sad     Desperately needs work

The new visual design looks great I really like getting my free coffees and pizza from my favorite local shops                 Looking Good this Time Around

I have VIP Status at The Bean I used to earn a free cup of coffee with every 8 cups bought After updating the app it reverted back for some reason and now I only get a fee coffee every 10 bought Is this a glitch or was the VIP perk taken away from everyone Hope its a soontobefixed glitch I have always loved and enjoyed the Perka app           Lost VIP perk

Details say iPhone version 7 or higher Im running 712 and the app crashes when trying to access account Fix it Great app idea make it work           Crush That Bug

I worked with the clerk but could not get it accepted on his computer He went ahead and completed the transaction printed a receipt We couldnt figure out how to scan the receipts code after turning on camera access for the app on the iPhone I finally went home and entered the data on their website using my MAC           A bit confusing

I continue to go from loving to hating this app regularly It has spurts of time where it works well and then other periods of time where it crashes and Im not even able to open it or if I am able to open it I need to sign in each time Sometimes when I open the app I need to push a check in icon and the location has been in a couple different places on the screen sometimes I need to press the name of the establishment Im at This gets old very quickly With this new update it says it will automatically check in Fail What gave me the option I was very excited considering all the other problems of how checking in I opted in and This morning when I went to get coffee nothing If the crashes could stop my login could be reliably saved and check in was something that I could a Depend on and b Happened in the same way each time Id be much much happier           Great when it works

Its integrated with the cash register somehow so theres no scanning involved As long as I check in they even call me by name at the register                 Works great

Ive been using Perka for just over a month and its been easy to use and Ive already redeemed points I look forward to having more businesses using the app If one of your favorite places is on Perka you need this app                 Easy to use

Rewards have never been easier So easy to check in at my favorite coffee shop and its great to get personalized service                 Great app

Love that my regular lunch spot now knows me by name and I dont have to keep track of punch cards                 So much easier than punch cards

Looks like something broke in last upgrade Im a new user and it would never launch Concept good but     Fresh Download Wont launch

Downloaded this app when one of the shops I frequent started using it and I am very pleased Super easy to use and it also shows other shops nearby that are offering discounts and what not I had an issue with an update that caused the app to crash but I emailed customer service and they informed me that they would look into it and let me know when a solution was found They were very friendly and even sent a follow up email to let me know that the issue had been fixed as soon as they had fixed it Overall just very pleased with that app and the customer service that comes with it                 Great app great customer service

I have to keep entering my name even after it has confirmed The search by location does not work And I really prefer not to have my location tracked all the time I dont understand how it will know my location if I have Bluetooth off Questionable           Buggy

This app has constantly given me problems either not giving me the points for purchases or then once I finally have my reward the shop tells me that they dont see a reward for me despite me showing it to them on my phone Frustrated with both the perka app and the coffee shop for not even caring that this app they are promoting doesnt work        Doesnt work more often than works

Seems like a decent app to track purchases at various local merchants but after installing reinstalling and repeating Im unable to verify email I keep being reminded to verify email even after accessing the link sent to me multiple times It just takes me back to a page to download the app again Im not going to 1star the app since I might be the only one having the issue and Im not sure that it prevents the app from functioning I just find it annoying to get thrown into a registration loop If theres a trick that Im not catching please let me know        Cant verify email

Im no longer able to use the app after the 713 update It looks like its crashing but it is just minimizing to the background I can bring the app to the foreground but am unable to interact and the app will minimize back to the background after a couple seconds Booo     App broken after 713 update

Ive been using this app for a couple years Its always been a little buggyglitchy but for the past month or so the last update you absolutely ruined the app Often times I can see my points but says I have to log in Thats not too hard except the log in doesnt ever process forgot my password doesnt process nothing works 75 of the time I have to delete the app and re download to get anything to work Once or twice I can deal with but its become a daily occurrence My favorite shop is more than likely going to kill their participation in the app because of all the problems Ive worked hard on my check ins and rewards which will all disappear Fix it     What did you do
