Perfect Weather - NOAA Radar and Forecast

Submitted support ticket a few days ago with no response other than the automated one First dig the app Its generally quite clean and simple and intuitive Problems Update lost all of my saved locations Adding location by zip code does not work Think it didnt work in previous version Just adding a city probably results in less accurate forecast and current conditions as well as misplacing me in map No more Current Location Opening app from widget reveals no map initially until I tap screen or maybe wait several seconds and shows Edit button instead of full screen Dont think I realize any improvements from previous version other than the widget           Mostly loved No Current Location bugs other probs

After the update whenever I open the app instead of showing me the radar for the current location I am forced to choose a location I travel a lot and dont want to be forced to have to constantly enter a location Big downgrade Will be using a different weather app going forward     New Update locations

Latest update made what was a great App useless There is now only a gray screen on launch 626 update I emailed developer was contacted within a day So that is impressive and worth a star Upon reinstall the app is now usable in a limited capacity 2 cities are visible but attempts to add a 3rd do nothing Am running iOS 83 on iPhone 6           Update crashed App updated

It took a long time for this app to be optimized for the larger phones but it was worth the wait Functions the same as before This is my favorite weather app it shows a lot of information at a glance quick and easy access to radar and NWS alerts Keep up the good work                 Worth the wait

Its been nearly a year since we had an update It is glitchy and worked better on my iPhone 5 than my 6 Great app developer but this one is neglected        Ever consider an update

Clean user interface easy to use and most importantly easy to read The folding sheet to get moreless detail vs map area is very nice                 Very nice

This was my goto weather app for over a year Loved the simplicity of it and the beauty of the layout But the forecast accuracy is way off Usually its a few degrees off But the other day the app said it was going to rain and be 20 degrees colder than all other weather services It ended up being a sunnyblue skies day and warm like all others said Last straw for me Its in dire need of an update        Needs improvements

I wish I did review this before I buy it because this app will not keep your location when this app closed therefore I must to pick my location every time when I open this app I cant believe they did not do their homework before release it Best bet to wait for next version to fix bug     Dont buy it

Ive learned my lesson from this developer Theyll make an app to make a few bucks then never update it Still have yet to see an update for a year Free apps get better support than this out there     Needs updates

This is so well designed and easy to see everything you would want to know Ive been using it for over a year and never had any problems at all LOVE IT                 The BEST weather app

This has been my go to app quick and easy but while its still fully functional the screen bugs and lack of any updates makes me concerned and Im off to find another app           To Bad

UPDATE No iPhone 6 support and slipping accuracy means 2 stars for what once was my favorite weather app        Replaced ALL my weather apps

So fast great design I have tried so many other weather apps and was never satisfied until now The ability to create and share a gif of the weather map is super cool Would like to see the addition of a today widget                 My favorite weather app

Its been half a year     Needs an update

I was afraid the 66 support and a widget would never happen glad to see my fears were misplaced However I encountered a bug when first opening the updated app My cities had all disappeared I was forced me to readd them Perhaps related to the new screen size support Not a dealbreaker but frustrating nonetheless Also it occurs to me now that I frequently find myself wanting to display the current conditions top pane AND the oneday info middle paneWITHOUT being forced to display the extended forecast bottom pane Unfortunately the way the app is currently designed that appears to be impossible But perhaps there could be a way to make the choice of which info is in middle and bottom panes a userdefined preference Or better yet an option to allow users to openclose each individual pane as desired with a pinch or a slide instead of an accordionfold between all panes at once Other than that I still like this app and look forward to using it once again And the obsessivecompulsive part of me says Good riddance to the temperature badge not only was it seldom accurate but it partially obscured the degree symbol on the app icon              Thank you bug feature request

I downloaded after reading how much people loved your app it immediately starting crashing it has no refresh button for manual refreshing and I had it on my phone for less then 20 minutes can you please just refund me thanks I can change my rating when refunded     Refund please

do not buy until they update for newer phones weather data has is also questionable lately     needs an update

Delighted to see an overdue upgrade However all it has left me with is the Locations heading and a dark blank screen I hope you have nt deserted iPhone 5 users        Latest Upgrade

You can only have a few locations That is not cool for an app you pay for Also I would expect to see the temp badge Looks like from the reviews that it used to be there This is extremely helpful Please put it back Why is it so hard to find a good weather app This one seems good just not sure why it isnt better           Limits amount of locations

This was formerly my goto weather app on iPhone 5 w iOS 7 Now the app freaks out with the 66 display resolutions it used to jump around on my iPad 2 as well and using the app is not a good experience I hope Contrast will put some resources behind development so the app can be great once more Id also like to see iOS 8 widget integration        Needs work on iPhone 6 6 and iOS 8

Would love to see the UV index info its the most major piece of data missing It would be nice to have nonUSA locations too but I know that is a big request              Good with room for improvement

I loved this app Its well designed and built and have been using it for over a year and a half However with the iOS 8 update brought with it plenty of bugs the most obvious being the views resize a few times before correcting themselves on the iPhone 6 A better hourly forecast view would be nice And I have noticed that the forecasts in general tend to be less accurate than those provided by other apps such as the Weather Channel app If these could all be fixedadded Id love to give this app 5 stars           Needs iOS 8 support better accuracy

Still a well designed quick app but with the new update I cant quickly look at where I am The current location feature seems to be gone              Where did my current location go

UPDATE So happy that this app was finally updated for iPhone 6 and latest iOS So disappointed that the temperature badge was eliminated because Apple has nerfed that capability to the point that it isnt worth having This app is still the BEST weather app on the App store but it is no longer PERFECT since it lacks the temperature badge hence the 4 star review Buy this app and ditch all the other weather apps that you have ORIGINAL REVIEW after all these years someone got it right Please dont screw this up by changing it which seems to be the trend with other developers As if change for no reason means new and improved or better The three critical elements that no one else has put into one app as if it were rocket science and necessitating the constant tedious use of three separate weather apps are here 1 Temp badge on icon 2 Fast animated radar on main screen 3 Accurate weather data with humidity and chance of precipitation percent on main screen Just open and view for the most part some swipes offer more info No additional information is needed yet nothing pertinent is buried in other screens I dont want sharing video photos horrible maps superfluous data a clock or convoluted ugly displays Even the weather icons here are simple attractive and modern A great UI Thank you              Finally

Used to be my favorite weather app but Im looking for a new one if they dont fix it Used to have a setting for current location but that was removed in the update So now weather doesnt track as you move Update also wiped ALL of my settings and saved locations So had to reconfigure it from scratch Also there is NO support I have contacted them to help with the issues but they refuse to answer Hence my review Never needed them before but this update blows     Update removed features and wiped settings

Says Unable to Load data and a button for Try Again But pressing the button doesnt fix it either        Notification center widget doesnt work

Needs work for the iPhone 6 Plus Runs all herky jerky when starting up        Meh

For anyone who is outdoors a lot this app is essential Can easily see when bad weather will be in your area Im a golfer here in Houston Tx and use it all the time                 Weather forecaster

The app should t be called that It doesnt even track your weather when you move     Perfect weather

Essentially unusable on iPhone 6 Glitches when starting up and looks awful compared to how it looks on older devices Update it to scale the resolution properly to new devices     Solid App

So happy we finally got an update for iPhone 6 Plus resolution This is still my favorite app because of the radar being right there on on start up So important in Oklahoma with our tornadoes I hope the temperature badge makes a return And Id love to see the radar map right there in the Notification Center widget if possible                 Yay for Resolution Update

App devs ruined it     Paying for this was a mistake

It seems the developer may have abandoned this app It pains me to only give it 3 stars it is a 5 star app but is badly in need of a refresh for iOS 8 and iPhone 6           Please keep this app going

Everything about this app just got better All the other weather apps are so bulky and annoying to use but this app just hits it so perfectly This longoverdue update ROCKS except for one big thing youre forced to pick a location instead of having the app use your location to give the weather wherever you are Bring it back                 More awesomer But

Ok the update did wipe my saved cities Sigh And I also could not find a current location when I tried to addbut if you remove the app and reinstall viola Current location is back and you can add multiple locations like before So not clean but good to know My only gripe is no iPad version so only 4 out of 5 stars it will run on iPad but the icon is not presenton only get a white icon              Still great but perfect

I hope I did not pay for this app I enter a ZIP Code and it does nothing I will give it another try or two but if it is not reliable I will delete it     Weather

Love the app but the new version has two problems 1 The current location feature is missing 2 The notification center widget caused my phone to lock up and reboot several times over When this happened the widget display was missing on the left hand side iPhone 5S iOS 84                 Issues with new version

Many a beautiful weather app has graced the iPhone but few have radar This is one of the few and in my opinion the best                 Includes Radar
