Overall very solid step 1 review source The app was easy to use and the filters were perfect for setting up the areas I wanted to study each day The questions were clear and the difficulty seemed consistent with NBME uWorld Likewise the answer explanations were clear and helpful with the citations to sections of First Aid being particularly useful My main complaint is the inability to make question sets in any number besides multiples of 25 it would be nice to be able to adjust this Additionally the interface often makes it easy to hit the Report a Problem button on each question instead of advancing to the next question Overall very happy with this app                 Solid Step 1 resource Browns93

I used Pastest while reading my books and the questions were very different from what I was studying It helped me a lot to learn some low yield material that in the end was tested on the real exam High yield material is not enough to ace the step 1 so I definitely recommend using this app                     Very tough questions MD Mauri

Overall this Q bank is a good supplement to First Aid review for USMLE I didn t want to purchase USMLE Rx and needed something in more first order format It s very simple easy to use on the go and it has the explanations to the wrong answer choices It includes First Aid pages associated to the topic for each questions I also find that there are additional information that I couldn t find anywhere else One thing I hope to see is to be able to revisit the questions in the past sets in case I needed to look it up                     Overall a good supplement to FA sunshinster
