Many of the links do not work I crashes and shuts down Have the potential to be a wonderful family app needs much more work The worst thing is actually paying for it This app should be free until its proven ready     Crashes

Weve been using this app as our main bible study tool at home for over a year now Its such a valuable resource and is a tremendous blessing to our whole family Our 4 boys LOVE this app and look forward to our family devotions time every week                 The best bible study app for families

Ill admit this app ha heaps of problems when I first downloaded it But that have really stepped it up It always has relevant content that lines up with what theyre learning and my toddler loves it Its awesome that both the elementary and preschool both have content You used to have to choose which side you wanted and then had to pay again for the other Apparently they did away with that Great job fixing it Orange Im a believer again              SOOO much better

We cannot have too many engaging conversations with our preschool and elementary children This app equips us with content and encouraging reminders to connect in a meaningful manner                 Well done

I love this app but it takes forever to load on my i5s It might be because they just released the 6 but in any case I would have given the app 5 stars but every time I launch the app it takes anywhere from 20 seconds or more to load              Awesome app if it loads

I just bought this based on a referral from a friend The interface is a little boring and plain but my main complaint is the description doesnt give a clear picture of what you get So based on my friend liking it I bought So for 2 I think and hope in the future you should be able to access the previous months virtues I was a tad bit annoyed after downloading to see this I do like the songs and video and the other features included I hope the future holds a good update with more virtues available           Like it but

I love the concept but I dont appreciate paying for something that doesnt really work No sound for songs and videos Please fix           Great resourcebut needs sound

This is an awesome tool that helps cue parents to interact with their kids and continue the lessons all week that are being taught on Sunday mornings                 A great tool

First the crew at Orange252Basics put out some amazing material that is in a class all its own for teaching and training kids and parents This app is ok but not great As a parent I need an app that is 1 easier to navigate for example there used to be a quick way to check the virtue and definition of the month if theres a way to do it in this version I cant find it 2 doesnt block or ignore the other great ways to access info on my phone for example instead of subscribing to the podcast in iTunes I have to open the app to get to the podcast hassle 3 prompts me with a real que for example how about using the push notifications to prompt me weekly to check the latest bible story or parent tip or a monthly notify when the virtue changes 4 works as desired more often than not there are problems getting to videos to play        big fan of the plan and materials not the app

Im a family pastor and we are using the orange curriculum for birth through 5th grade The app has had its ups and downs but the latest fix does allow easy switching back and forth between preschool and elementary curriculum The push notifications are a helpful reminder and my two older boys 55 and 3 years love watching the weekly video with their dad Most parents just need a creative reminder and a helpful suggestion throughout the week and I have found that using this app has been both helpful and convenient My two suggestions would be for their to be a rolling 5 week curriculum instead of erasing the entire previous month at the beginning of the next month There are times when it is the end of the month and I would like to go back over some of the content from the previous month and it is no longer available My other suggestion would be to make the resolution of the videos ipad just a bit clearer somehow They are good but at times can become pixelated Other than that this IS a good resource for parents and I am encouraging all the parents of our kids to download and use the app When used with the church curriculum this is a fun creative and convenient way to connect church and home Thanks for what you do              Family Pastor

Oh I SO wanted to love this app Ive been waiting a LONG time for the Preschool content When I had the old app just on my iPod touch it worked just fine Then the old app moved onto my iPhone and never sent the push notifications I really wanted This New Updated version is even worse No push notifications and almost none of the content actually shows up I chose the Elementary version because I have two kids in that agerange but I also have a preschooler I have TRIED to buy access to that content but the button doesnt work I press it and nothing happens same for the monthly content Although I have to agreewhy are we now paying for what was free before The idea that they are going to charge families monthly for the content sort of flies in the face of we are here to partner with parents I dont feel partnered with I feel a bit taken advantage of As a Childrens Ministry Director between the problems with the app and the fact that we now have to pay for monthly content I am no longer going to recommend this app Its really disappointing too because this could have been SO good such a perfect tool in the hands of parents I REALLY hope they correct al these issues and try again The only positive thing I have to say is that the new more colorful design looks GREAT Too bad there is no content to make it worth looking at     Sadly this only breeds frustration

I love this app is full of wonderful information I love it Despite all the latest reviews I still purchased it and I havent had one single problem with it Love it I love getting the notices that pop up With life so busy it gives a little reminder I look to this app for quick ideas when we take off to school and such places It has inspiring resource that we have all been enjoying as a family Take a chance is only two bucks                 Wonderful Awesome

I cant give this app any stars yet because there is no content in here for my 4th grader Just a few articles for parents and one music video I really wanted to love this but right now it seems half baked and not ready for release A major Marketing NoNo Never go to market with an incomplete product and for the love of Pete if you do dont charge people for it Yeesh Please reinvest my 2 into developing this app Im rooting for you     No content for elementary group

Seems like a premature release There really isnt much on here especially when you have to pay for it Me and my wife are childrens pastors at about a thousand person church and I wanted to see whether or not to advertise it to the parents instead of passing out weekly devotions that get tossed in the trash I hope they make it better because we need a solution like this for such a fast paced world Hope this review helps     Not Ready

I was excited about the redesign but trying to use it has been a pain I already paid for this app so why am I now being asked to pay more While I think the app was cheap to begin with you couldve charged me 499 for all the benefits I got now I feel Im getting gauged the Cue Box at 12 bucks each month the app subscription I have an elementaryaged child and a preschooler at another 4 a month are you kidding me Please fix        No streaming to Apple TV

Our 3 year old watches the video over and over and over They are great at reinforcing what was learned in church                 Fantastic

With the new update the interface is a lot better with the daily cues that are pushed out being integrated better Its also much easier reading with the brighter backgrounds as the old one was mostly black However almost all of the free video content has disappeared it looks like theres an inapp subscription purchase option to buy an annual subscription to get access to all of the videos other content However it doesnt work theres no obvious way to buy it through the iTunes Store or Orange Parents site The update to the new app is free but like the previous one there are quite a few growing pains to work out to make it a good app They also need a section that shows the monthly virtue memory verse to tie things together over the month        Better Interface But Less Content

Worked when I first paid for it and we enjoyed the drive time on way to school however now it does not work        Did work and was great now does not

This app was recommended to me Seeing only 2 stars made me raise my eyebrows Paid money anyways but immediately regret it Maybe its just this version but the app only launches 5 of the time and has never worked correctly Save your money and get with your church for curriculum     Wish I hadnt bought this

This is a poorly designed app Content is often not there Lot of quirks No push notifications The concept of this app has a great potential for being beneficial to parents I recommend ReThink stop marketing it until it is a GREAT product It doesnt match the quality of other material you make Promoting this poor app makes it seem you guys are just in for sales which I dont believe is true        Poor app

It worked the first 2 minutes now its frozen And it doesnt seem to want to go from screen to screen fast enough Other friends say the same     Really poor

Well when I first downloaded this app it was great the movies went along with the Sunday school lessons and everything worked Now with the addition of two different age groups one you pay extra for the app crashes Meal time doesnt even work anymore Please fix I dont mind having to pay for extra features I just dont want to pay for the extras when whats included doesnt even work           Not bad but needs work

I paid 2 for this app only to find hardly any content in it There is a free section with little to nothing thereafter Ive PAID for the app Theres NO WAY Im paying more money into this thingespecially if the free content is so scarce My money is definitely better spent in other places     Not worth the money at all

We love this app Especially the meal time questions I love that there are questions for the kids to answer and a different one for the parents to answer Love how throughout the week it reminds my kids the bottom line they learned on Sunday Also love how it will alert you around dinner time                 Encouraged many to get it

I already purchased this app but now after a recent update I cannot get to the elementary content I receive a notification that I dont have access to that content with a prompt to pay another 199 to get access I dont think that should happen Please fix        App Quality decreased after update

I just updated my iPad app as i already had the app and used it regularly with my kids Now the app is useless It doesnt function and there isnt any content on the tabs were there used to be content Im very disappointed in this upgrade and just want the old functionality back without having to pay a monthly subscription fee     Very disappointed

On its own this app might look like it doesnt have a ton of content however if used in combination with attending a church that uses the orange curriculum its a big win its a parent tool its not designed to entertain or teach your child it gives parents a few key prompts and ideas so they can interact with their child in an intentional way reinforcing what your child heard at church on Sunday It only gives you what your child is currently learning so any discussions or activities directly relate to that weeks topic If I gave this app to my 4th or 5th grader to entertain them on a trip they would not be impressed But if I happened to look at a few key discussion questions before we left and we had a family conversation on that trip it would be time well spent I have not personally had crashes or any tech difficulty I use it on an iPad not sure if that makes a difference              Good parent tool If your church uses 252 or first look

Would really like to have actual push notifications to cue us with reminders throughout the week Name and description that allude that the app does this are a little misleading Also seems to have more bugs now and can only get about 20 of the content to load Please update has the potential to be really good           Okay but

I just got back from Orange Conference and was excited when I heard the app was getting updated The update charges additional for having kids in elementary and preschool thats disappointing Also the whole app is very clunky I have loaded it up to be told I need to buy it again for 199 the videos dont load up the text for some sections doesnt show some things are from week 4 and some are from week 5 Disappointed and I dont want to recommend to my parents until its a smooth application        Clunky

We used to use this app regularly until the recent update The set up is not as clean and user friendly as the previous one Ive tried to subscribe by purchasing but the button never works Also the content is missing and unavailable the majority of times we try to access it The recent update is so disappointing We used to use this app daily as a family wish they would not have revised it We miss the old version     I used to love this appthe new update is terrible

I downloaded the app and gave it a good look through I was so excited to use it The next time I got on it it said loading cues They never loaded I have deleted it and downloaded it again It still wont enter the app It just sits there updating your cues It would be great if only it would load           Updating your cues

This app is awesome From drive time to bedtime there are stories that help promote discussion about the things of God between me and my little girl As a single parent I cant tell you just how useful it is and how thankful I am Keep up the great work                 Perfect
