Every single review say it crashes why havent you fixed it hmm I only got to play up to lvl 3 before it goes down come on its only sound If any game shouldnt crash its this one     Broken

Just bought this and never got to play it I get to the menus but then it freaking crashes Are you serious I just spent 499 for a menu Ive seen the previews and its an amazing game with an amazing concept and I really want to play what I paid for I really need you developers fix this because it seems Im not the only one with this problem Update Got it to work by closing the background app and relaunching it but it crashed again at the Island level and now will not relaunch again Im extremely frustrated with this app and hope that it is updated soon Im using an iPod Touch 4th gen 32GB        Crashes Are you serious

May 1 2012 awesome game really AAA presentation but desperately needs updated It crashes every time I play and uninstalling and reinstalling doesnt help This very serious software bug totally undermines the whole experience The player is meant to close their eyes and imagine a whole world based entirely around audio This takes time and a fair bit of mental energy Frequent crashes make truly experiencing the game impossible Could also use a sensitivity calibration for the controls which are definitely not a onesizefitsall thing in a game like this           great game needs updated

Where do I begin Basically its almost as if you would be blind And you use the sense of hearing to get through hell itself There were points that just made the hair raise on my neck It literally gives you an adrenaline rush Its almost like the movie Insidious PS make sure your headphones are perfect for this game and your experience will be perfect                 Thrilling and Terrifying

I playing Papa Sangre every time this is the 1st time I seing on my ears I cant wait for next update and I wish it working on my 3gs when always crashing at starting screen and back to the home screen but on a previous version is running smoothly on my 3gs anywho buy this game                 Awesome Game

At first I was hugely disappointed in this game The only cues I got were when the sounds got a bit louder Wandering aimlessly for way to long I didnt understand all the hype After trying papa 2 with the same results I almost gave up but decided to try The Nightjar Im impulsive and bought all 3 games based on the reviews it was the same Dont know why but I decided to check the iPads settings and found that the mono switch was on I didnt turn it on tried all 3 games again and all I can say is wow The experience is as advertised What a huge difference stereo makes Highly recommended                 Stereo Duh

Wow Im speechless What a creative game I was apprehensive to spend 5 on this but boy was it well worth it You MUST use good earphones I closed my eyes and played it Very realistic sounds So realistic that you actually can FEEL like youre in a dark room performing the actions you do use your touch screen for movement so its NOT just sound I would definitely pay for additional content Highly recommend this game if you like the unusual                 AMAZING UNUSUAL

Papa Sangre is a great video game Everything about it is new original and interesting The concept of a totally audiobased game is intriguing and the 3D audio is very welldone in this game The type of puzzles and challenges in the levels is new and inventive and a lot of fun Sure it may get a little repetitive at times but overall theres enough variety to make each level new and exciting Also adding to the fun in the game is its great ambient music and sound They definitely create a sense of urgency throughout the game and make you want to reach the ends of the levels as quickly as possible One downside to the game is that it has almost no replay value So once youve completed it theres no incentive for you to go back and replay any part of it There are no extra game modes no rewards for completing any levels within a certain amount of time and no unlockables to be gained from replaying the game There arent even leaderboards so you can see who completes levels or the game the fastest Basically once you beat the game theres pretty much no reason to keep it afterwards Another complaint about the game isnt really about the game itself but rather the recent updates beginning at version 12 This version was promoted as being a completely rebuilt version of the game based on a newly created game engine To be honest though I really cant tell the difference between this version and the last one In fact Ive actually had more problems with these recent updates than I ever had with the original version First of all when listing all the improvements that were put into version 12 the creators failed to mention all my previously saved game progress would be lost causing me to have to start over from the beginning As I stated before this game has virtually no replay value making the idea of replaying the entire game over again very unappealing Another problem I have is were the games added compatibility with the VoiceOver accessibility feature on the iPhone iPod Touch and iPad For the most part it actually works just fine But at the beginning of each level you must tap in order the left foot button the right foot button and the navigation wheel before you can begin to play through the level Since the game usually requires you to be moving at all times lest your character gets eaten or otherwise killed this can be a bit of a setback There were some initial problems with the game crashing during certain levels but for me at least these issues have since been fixed Overall Papa Sangre IS a great game and a lot of fun to play Its flaws are undeniable but the fact is it is clearly the result of a lot of hard work put in by a lot of dedicated people Whether its worth the full 499 is perhaps debatable but in the end Id say it is If youve got the money to spend I say go for it You will undoubtedly have fun UPDATE The crashes I experienced in version 12 have in fact not been fixed They are still present in this latest update And this after I had already emailed the developers explaining my problem They did not email me back nor did they fix the problem For that reason Ive taken my rating down to 3 stars           VERY new and original

Im glad I finely got it every time I wanted to buy it before now it had been pulled from the App Store for software fixing As a college professor of my once said its the unknown that scares us the most Not being able to see anything makes the heart race and goosebumps come out I cant wait for the sequel they say they are making                 Great game

Bought the first after playing Papa Sangre 2 Was disappointed controls are worse no gyroscope and very hard to discern sounds coming not from the sides This should be offered at a different price than the second one           Just buy the second skip this one

Works fine on the iPad 2 32gb iPod touch 4g 32gb and my iPhone 3GS 8gb very interesting app but for feel it you may play in the silent and dark very funny                 Very good

Alright reading the reviews I decided to buy this I did pay attention to the people saying it would crash but I decided to get it anyway I got it it was amazing for the first few levels up to the bird one and I dont know which level it is because it keeps crashing I really loved this game but I cant even move on because it wont let me play Please please fix this after all I did pay 499 for this I would give it a 5 stars the game is overall very good but the crashing part makes it a lower rating           Ilovegames

This is a great game The actors sound effects music and stereo design are fantastic Although the same concept is behind every level it is presented in different ways as far as challenges I look forward to more games of equal quality in the future Excellent job              Great game with a thrilling feel

I too want to like this game so badly But cannot It took me a while to realize that the turning wheel is unbelievably sensitive Id move it say 10 degrees and the sounds would be completely elsewhere Without markers explanation or indication the player will start by assuming the wheel is tied to your actual orientation and rotates on a 11 basis Lack of sensitivity settings is difficult to deal with        I second uncoolcentral

Want to give the game a good rating but feels broken to me When the sound is in front of you it always ends up a dead end Not sure what they are trying to make you experience A maze or what When the sound comes from my left or right I turn that direction and walk but the sound gets further away What gives Please give me a refund     Broken

I think this is one of the most unique and suspensful games on the App Store The sound design is top notch and the concept is awesome too I think the controls are also very well fleshed out they are neither complicated nor unecessary However it crashes often enough that the immersion is broken which is unfortunate since when you get into the game you really get into it Other than that Id highly recommend this wonderful game to anyone looking for something new and often times genuinely terrifying              Awesome when it works

Biggest problem There arent settings BALANCE LeftRight control Maybe my ears are lopsided but front to me isnt front in the game Similarly PHASE Allow me to change the amount of difference between back and front sound timbres Finally TURN Turn wheel sensitivity How the have they never added these Ive owned it since it came out Really fun idea but thats as far as itll get you Gameplay isnt fun Repetitive     Ive tried to like this game so many times

I am playing this game on an iPhone 4s it crashes constantly I dont know if this has happened to anyone else but it tends to do so right when you are about to pass on to the next level Something else if you charge 499 for this app you should at least have the decency to fix its bugs This is undoubtedly an awesome game but now the ball is in your court What are you going to do with it app developers Ive also read previous reviews going as far back as seven months ago and the app developers seem to ignore them because the problem remains To anybody interested in purchasing this app I strongly recommend that you wait until it is fixed because you will most likely end up as frustrated as the previous customers and myself     Attention app developers please fix
