For Dummies is a national brand The fact that some of their inapp links to vital literature within the app are non operational and cause the app to crash is just embarrassing I would have thought they would fix those issues immediately I am perplexed as to why they didnt For the purposes of this review I made two inapp purchases both the slowcooker recipe modules because those are the recipes I would most likely use Each of those came with 6 recipes Nothing spectacular although nothing particularly bad I will likely try them all Basically once fixed this would probably be a great app for someone getting their feet wet in paleo It has necessary info without getting too wordy A place for notes a dieting journal of sorts etc Several basic tools one might find convenient within the app itself Also having a few recipes within the same app as you move along in Paleo also great However without the fixes its an amateurish tool at best and waiting for the fixes if they come is recommended           Mixed Review Has Potential for Great Beginning Paleo App

This is actually a very good app gives good information It has some initial recipes that are free that are very good and also has weight tracking and fitness tracking it could be a little better with the way tracking is done as the scale of the weight is too large and you dont see the progress well enough thats minor overall a very good app and my wife and I are losing weight                 Paleo for Dummies
